Great and fast service. Husband was stuck with a minor issue on his diesel truck, they fixed it right away, he was back on the road within an hour. Wonderful people.

I originally went to them for heavy equipment repair and line boring work related to a broken backhoe component. They took the time to properly evaluate the part and explain the situation in plain terms. Although they could have repaired or manufactured a replacement, they were upfront that it wouldn’t be the best long-term solution.
Instead, they helped me track down a good replacement part and had it located within a few days. It’s clear they care more about doing the job right than making a quick sale. Highly recommended.
One of the worst and most dishonest shops I’ve ever dealt with.
They first quoted me $145 to fix my trailer door hinges, but when I showed up, they suddenly jumped the price to $648.70 — pure fraud and manipulation.
Before I even paid, they intentionally shut my reefer off and told me I’m not allowed to turn it back on, trying to force me into paying whatever amount they demanded. That is straight-up extortion.
On top of that, 4–5 mechanics surrounded me and acted aggressive, trying to intimidate me like I had no choice. Completely unprofessional and unsafe behavior.
This place is not safe, not honest, and not worth trusting with even a simple repair.
They scam, they intimidate, they tamper with your equipment, and they put your load at risk. Avoid this shop at all costs.
These guys act like a threat — nothing is safe inside their shop.
Great experience with a Class A inspection. Another shop was giving us a song and dance about brake issues... And we were having zero issues with the brakes (in a 12k vehicle, you know when you're having brake trouble). Jack's cleared us right away and we were off and running. Will come back for suspension work.
Called these guys for 2019 freight-liner cascadia wheel seal repair and turned out to be epic failure & total waste of money for making my situation worse than it was.
They sent an incompetent, hard of hearing, good for nothing fellow who relishing at my misfortune(breakdown), gleefully collected $602.64 for just coming out because he claimed “wheel is welded and wont come off hence he need to tow my truck to their shop till Tuesday from present Friday”
God forbid if I ever need service, I will avoid them like the plague
***Great Service*** Due to the fact that several brand name RV dealers in the Rochester area, will not service older Class A rig 'chassis', we were referred to Jack's Repair. Brian (service mgr) was up front and honest with work estimates. We needed several smaller repairs and we needed our Auto Park and Powergear Jack system repaired. The owner was up front as well with repair expectations. I was able to leave the rig. They have large workshops and a huge lot (safe rural area). Very customer service oriented. Our rig is a 2003 Airstream Land Yacht with a P32 chassis. If you are in the Rochester, NY area I highly recommend this shop if you are in need of service. There is also a huge RV park down the street. We did not stay but the website looks very nice.
We had a breakdown with our Freightliner Motorhome and we called the nearest truck repair. We were lucky to have Jack and his crew, excellent service, fast and efficient, the fuel line was repaired quickly and we were able to get back on the road to Wisconsin. A business owner who likes things well done. Thanks again!
I had my RV towed to Jack's just by a chance selection. I was broken down 400 miles from home. They fixed it in a timely manner at a reasonable cost for the work performed. Easy to talk to. Highly recommend.
Would not recommend them to work on a Hatz diesel engine. I am sure they are good with trucks and large equipment. They are good guys, but definitely not Hatz repair specialists.
Absolutely will recommend these guys to anyone, Needed an axle stub repaired, had me on the schedule within the week. The tech came out got the job done very professionally and worked clean ! Thanks again Jack SR
They seemed like nice people when I called to see about getting roadside assistance, but I was told that they didn't have anyone available today to send out. Seriously?
Yesterday my truck quit airing up my air tanks. Glenn the mechanic showed up checked things out and went to work...it was cold and snowing...he worked on the different airlines from the air dryer to the trailer, the air compressor to the air dryer and cleared all the airlines in the end it was determined that the air compressor although pumping air was not able to pump enough to bring up the pressure. Watching him wiggle in and out from under the truck and work in such tight quarters and keep at it no matter how difficult the circumstances was amazing. He knows his stuff and kept up a dialogue explaining what he was doing. A lot of the work had to be done without gloves and he would warm his hands a little bit and have back at it. He arranged for a tow truck and would have lined up a motel if I needed one. A new air compressor is on it's way.and his shop will finish it up. A Great Job...the People here at the shop are very nice...and Jim's Towing who bought my truck here are also very nice....Very Satisfied with the whole experience.
Just had a truck fix there with a bad axle seal, I call ahead of the truck and they were able to bring the truck in and fix it within an hour! Thanks for the great service and a reasonable price!
Waited over 5 hours for road side service to come fix a flat tire. I am only 10 miles from there repair shop. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not call them for road side service!!!
If you want to wait couple of hours to wait until they get to you , try to call them...
Was 20 min away from them . Engine belt broke. Waiting and fixing time 4 hours.
