I had called the company to come pick up my ford focus and was in the middle of registering my Toyota cam when jordan (the driver) had showed up, he sat at my house for about 20 minutes because I had the key in my pocket and my roommate sat with him, when I showed up they were both smiling and laughing. Jordan had a lot of patience with me and I appreciate it, he was very nice and super helpful, 10/10 one of my new favorite people
We tried for a week to sell our junk car to this company. The first attempt, we waited past the 4 hour appt window without them showing. It turned out we'd missed their call earlier, so they didn't come. Understandable, but annoying since we'd called to check on the status a few times and no one mentioned this. We gave them another chance. The next try they were supposed to arrive between 8 am and 12. We waited, called after 12 and were told the truck had just departed the dispatch. Seriously? We kept waiting, and calling to check on things for the entire day. At 6pm (!) I was told by customer service that we would at least receive a call back that night updating us. The call never came. The next afternoon customer service called asking if they ever picked up the car. Nope! We told her that we'd go with a different company. I then got a text asking how they could get back our business. I suggested adding $100 on to the payment. They initially said no, then requested pictures to show a purchasing manager. It took a full 24 hours to hear back the same original offer. It's hard to believe this is a real business. Stay away!
