Reminder: not to pull up to get cans out of your car as there is not enough space for cars that are parked to get out of the parking spaces. Just park your car.
It sure beats Wegmans for returning bottles! The staff is quick, pleasant, to make your day great! You are greeted by a hello, then you dump your bag(s) and off you go. 2 bags would take me me at least 10 or less minutes, then you have to take the receipt to the cashier. By pass all of that, by dumping, holding out your hand receiving cash and out the door! Great concept! Plenty of parking, but you have to step up onto the curb. Those with walkers or wheelchairs, I haven't seen a ramp. 😪, but the plaza should have one!!
awesome service! im the guy that brings 20 kitchen bags full of cans and im in and out in 5 minutes. this is my go to place and i appreciate their service. keep up the solid work
Worker had major attitude and made me dump out my own cans when I have been coming here for years and never done that before. Told me I was dumping the cans wrong and needed to “use the whole table” and told me to do all my bags at once even though they started to almost overflow off the table and he had to hold them up. Tipped my coins and kept my 1’s because of his poor service. When I was pulling away he came out and had me roll down my window and threw coins at me while I’m driving my car and told me not to come back. If the worker is reading this, I know you desperately need a couple extra ones so you can maybe one day buy a nice car like me! Thanks for the $$.
Went half an hour before they closed and was the only customer in the store. I was politely told to come back the next day, they were too busy with the 2 bags someone else had left.
Penfield: Excellent service from the phone number customer service rep and the owner, to the very hard working front line! Fast, friendly, prompt and fair. The ease of just dropping off and follow up later is super! Highly recommend!

Awesome place! My house go through tons of seltzer and before long the garbage bags start piling up. Even if I bring in a half dozen they're done in just few minutes, all the guys are super nice and it's so much easier than other options.
Be sure to tip em a few bucks for the service!
Super quick and easy can and bottle drop off. They helped carry the cans in from my car, which I really appreciated, and then were very helpful and quick. Definitely would recommend!
If you go on the 6th of any month you get 6 cents instead of 5 cents, so you're making money on your bottles and cans.
5 cents or 6, having these guys sort and count them for you is always going to be better than having to stick your hand in a gross bag and feeding them to a machine one at a time. Would definitely recommend!
