I was the only customer in the store. I entered and walked up to the counter. There were 3 employees at the side back of the counter talking. None of them greeted me, none of them said please wait a moment... nothing. I said hello twice before one came to the counter. Not very friendly and not customer focused. Not recommended!

No complaints. Nice clean store. Well organized. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent selection of just about anything you're looking for. Yeah, I'll be going back there again.

Good place to get parts but their help is limited to find the exact part you may need. Their computer service is the same as online. But overall better behavior from the staff over their leading competitor.

After getting the run around from Nissan Service I came here to have my battery checked. It turned out the battery was purchased from Nissan (confusion on the battery purchasers part) The gentleman helping me was kind enough to still check my battery, clean it (Nissan service claimed it was leaking acid and no longer working) and have me start the car and check the alternator. He showed me that in fact everything was fine with the battery voltage and my issue was probably more involved. I am so grateful for his help and the time he took to explain things to me. As someone who is very naive when it comes to cars and maintenance it is hard to know what/who to believe.
You can tell he cares about his customers/potential customers and wants to do right by people!

It was an okay visit, I there to get oil for my car and the woman that was "helping" me had her own ideas on what type of oil I should get.

Pleasant knowledgable staff, always has and takes care of my needs.

I went in for a headlight bulb and did not believe that I could replace it, once I saw the intricacy of the mount'. The owner came out and as she began to ready the replacement, she dropped the cover into the engine. Needless to say, she was convicted to grab that lid which was out of her reach. She went into the store, got the tool box and began to remove bolts and screws to get to where that lid had found itself. 35 minutes later, my light bulb was working and the lid for the light bulb was in place, protecting the wiring of my light bulb. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts.

The woman who run this auto parts store are friendly and intelligent when it comes to the store inventory and needs of the customers. Top notch, especially when compared to auto zone across the street. Those guys didn't know what a torque wrench was, nor did they mention that break pads need more parts that are no longer sold in the box as once was. But the ladies at advanced auto.. they know their stuff. 1 stop and your ready to get your car back on the road.

I had the lovely experience of having Sasha help me out. I'm sure glad I dealt with her because she sure knows her stuff. I will always go to this location if I need assistance

Matt is extremely rude!!! Very nasty and unpleasant to work with! He has very bad customer service and doesn't know how to talk with customers! I will never revisit this store! If I could give no star I would gladly do so!!!! For store on stone & w. Ridge Rd

The best around! We use them all the time for all of our parts need in our truck repair shop. Great prices and fast delivery! We really appreciate them as a partner to our business!

I own an independent auto repair shop and have been doing business with Advance for 15 years. Customer service from the reps from Dave, Ashe, Matt, Bradley and others is top notch. Their drivers are very friendly and prompt. Product knowledge is beyond great. Any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Rather than calling some other parts stores that have barely trained people, deal with the PROFESSIONALS at this store. If they do t have the answers, they dig to find it. Great job guys.

The employees are extremely helpful. They actually take time and answer your questions and if needed will try to make it so you can actually understand your car trouble.

Everytime I've come here the employees are more than helpful, today I believe his name was Joey had me on my way out in less than 5 min. I cant remember the name of the guy who put on my windshield wipers last time but thank you so much!

They gave me a lot of help I got what I wanted in the price was right. In all actuality they were the only ones they have the part for a 1964 Corvette thank you Advance Auto

Staff was too busy to help me with a simple exchange, when I was given the wrong part. Brand new unopened item but It was from a different Advanced auto location in Rochester, they should have been able to simply exchange it but instead told me I had to drive all the Wya to the other location to do that. Seems ridiculous they are the same company! The other location was super nice and did it no prob, also said they should have done it at ANY location!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Advance Auto serves a huge need for DIYers and they serve it well.

I went in purchase spark plugs for my 2.7 engine on my chrysler 300 2006 the guy behind register said they were pre set... So I get to my mechanic puts them in and there set way beyond what's listed on box. I go return themto get some that are preset properly 1 hour later the guys who checked me out the registered says "I didn't sell you those" I sitting with 6 six champion shiny spark plugs which is their btw and I say look at these spark pluga which had a different pregap number then he says well "whatever you say" call my boss keep mind I'm calm no yelling no cursing no scene made but that way he spoke to me as If was someone returning something brand new days later or that I never brought them made me feel like... Wow..his remarks and comment which was the reason women don't like to shop on there own ... It was humiliating, degrading and embrancing to have someone try make seem as you were some addicted drugs or unknowable returning parts.. I am 14 yr verteran in U.S. Air force who can't even buy parts from large corporation who hire rude, insensitive, and unprofessional worker who needs to be retrain on customer service and common sense... I would never shop here again period and I will let every female on base and at the hair salon know don't shop here go auto parts ... Never again and I'm calling corperate worst auto shop experience ever ..next time I'm order off amazon
