Great Service as usual. Needed my Truck inspected they got me right in for my inspection the Truck had to have some front end work done. The work was done fast and at a good price. I will always recommend this shop!

My husband, Dave Morales,just brought our car there for an oil change. This was his first time there because we just moved down the street. He highly recommends this business. The owner, Ernesto, is very professional, knowledgeable and fair. So glad that we found a mechanic so close to us.

It is hard to find an auto mechanic that has a fair hourly rate and does excellent work. We just moved to Fairport and I was lucky enough to stop at E’s Autoworx. I needed an inspection on my car and was shown that my front brake pads were getting close to metal on metal. Ernesto gave me a fair price and was able to complete the work while I waited. They now have my ongoing business.

They were great about getting me in. But last time they told me it would be a few thousand in repairs, I went back to my old mechanic.. it ended up being a few hundred dollars from a clogged fuel line.

I had an issue with my clutches and Ernesto went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. He kept me updated and offered multiples solutions to my problem. Upon recieving my car i was very satisfied. My car ran smoothly and every other problem i needed to fix he did. His ccustomer service is great and the job he does is exeptional. His attitude was very welcoming.

This guy should be called the honest mechanic!! It’s so hard to find someone who is truly trustworthy about your car needs and dedicated to really trying to help you out. Ernesto is the only one we let touch our cars! We have been going to him for over a year now! We always get our cars back in a timely fashion and it’s very easy to drop them off and pick them up! Highly recommend! They are very kind!

The owner went out of the way to drive me home while my car was being repaired. I asked hime to take it for a spin in hopes, he would hear the same - intermittent - sounds I heard. he and his technician nailed the problem. He did an excessively thorough work at a very reasonable price. He took pictures of what was wrong with my car so I could provide proof for warranty service.

They were super helpful and got me in very quickly for a car inspection. Ended up needing a ball joint replacement unexpectedly as well and he got it done within a couple hours. He even showed me the part that needed to be replaced. Definitely would recommend!

I originally came in because my engine light was on and needed and inspection. The problem with my car was quickly found and fixed even faster. He even went out of his way to show me the malfunctioning part my car had. I ended up coming into the shop like 2 weeks later, because the engine light came on and I needed a new sensor. The guys ordered the parts and they came in so quick. I was able to get my car the next day. They do an excellent job here. They are also very friendly and available to fit you in whenever your car is giving problems. You can definitely trust them to fix any problems your car is experiencing. 100/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Ernesto was so helpful and kind to me when my brakes weren't working. He took the time to show me what he was noticing about my car and explained what the issues were. He repaired my car within 24 hours! He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely go back.

I cannot say enough good things about E’s Autoworks. I have been taking my vehicle (Jeep) to him anytime I needed any auto service or detailing done well before he opened his own Auto mechanic garage! I have never been disappointed in the service I received. Recently my brakes (he replaced close to a year ago) needed to be replaced. Ernesto replaced/fixed the same day-no charge! He is honest; trustworthy, knows what he is doing and stands behind his work. In todays world; you would be hard pressed to find an auto mechanic like Ernesto. My husband had his truck detailed to sell it. He picked it up and was amazed and told me it looked brand new( it’s a 2014) My husband is very picky and was very pleased. I went here to get brake and rotors. The Service was very professional & friendly & the job was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend anyone here. He also gave me tips on my next up coming work that would need to be done on my vehicle and he made sure everything was okay before pulling off the Lott. Very satisfied with the work that was done.
