On a Sunday during Bouckville Antique week, the tire pressure light went on unexpectedly. Although closed, someone was there to get the pressure up to last until I could have them repair it first Monday morning. These guys are great! Tire was repaired immediately! Thank you very much!
Have a 2018 A4 the check engine light came on so I brought it up to Audi in drivers village for a diagnosis. Came back a faulty thermostat and water pump with a coolant leak. Audi quoted me $1447 for the repair. So anyways I contacted Pierce Auto told them my situation set up an appointment and gave them the diagnosis from Audi. They ended up ordering the parts and doing the repair for only $1300.08. Parts came fast and the repair was done just as good as Audi and I was able to save $147.
I never leave Google Reviews for anything but if there’s a place that deserves it, it’s this place. I’ve driven my car to Alaska and back and have kept this car for years after, this place gives you a peace of mind thanks to their honesty and quality work. They will never recommend replacing parts/ any services unless absolutely necessary. Always pleasant when I go, and very trustworthy. I read a previous review how refreshing it is to find a shop that is so transparent and helpful, couldn’t agree more. I bring my car from the Utica area here about twice a year, more than worth it. This place has replaced shocks, struts, 2 rounds of tires, sway bar links, an axel, rear brakes, and a timing chain (probably more I’m not remembering) on my car over the years and I’ve never had an issue. Thank you to this place for their services.

The crew at Pierce Auto is the best auto maintenance in the Northeast. They have kept my 2000 Jetta TDI on the road for 586,000 + miles & 2015 Jetta TDI for 115,000 + miles. Thru thick and thin Pierce has been there for me. They have correctly diagnosed problems that have stumped others. When you make an appointment repairs are made while you waite. They have renewed the head, water pump,timing belt and all the bearings in one day....for a very reasonable price. They also tell you what will need attention in the future. They are the best repair shop for VW & Audi in Northeast....well worth the cost/effort to get your vehicle to their shop. Best of the best. Five star all the way.
Simply the best place to bring your Audi for any kind of service. They are friendly and Honest. I have felt with them for many different types of service from a new convertible top to changing the timing belt, every service is always perfectly done and for a reasonable price. I have been going to Bouckville since I bought my 2005 convertible from them 10 years ago.
I brought my Audi q7 to them after a dealership told me I needed to replace my front brakes for around $1,500. These guys are the most honest auto repair shop I have ever dealt with, they told me I don’t need to replace my front brakes yet and when the time comes they quoted me a fraction of the price of what the dealership did. Pierce auto now has a long term Audi customer because of their honesty. I highly recommend them for any work that needs to be done to your vehicle.
Solid Volkswagen repair shop. Recently purchased my first used Volkswagen that my go-to mechanic refused to work on (check engine light diagnosis) but knowing Pierce Auto specialized in Volkswagens I brought it over, had it successfully diagnosed and repaired. Pierce Auto NOW will be my go-to any time i need work done on our VW.
Asked them to review and assess a used Audi. Audi's can be great or if there is an issue, they can be expensive. Everyone was friendly and easy-going. They spent a good half-hour and returned with good news. Major relief that it was a good purchase. Great atmosphere, helpful 'can-do' attitude. I will bring my service work to them going forward.

Honest and reliable. Brought my car in thinking it needed a front wheel bearing replaced, but come to find out it was an issue with the tires. Guess what, instead of just going ahead and replacing the bearing to get the money, they instead called immediately and informed me of the actual problem. Wow! That's refreshing to see such great customer service and integrity!
I have also contacted them on several other occasions for advice, and they have ALWAYS been courteous and helpful.

These guys are the best! I own a older Audi and never realized how much you really need a “specialist” to take care of them. Anytime I bring my car there they are quick and thorough on explaining what is wrong and what they need to do. I highly recommend them!
Have a casual environment, but have always acted with professionalism. They mainly work on VW and Audi vehicles, which affords them the ability to really understand the vehicles they work on. They are willing to reach out and verify whether or not you can or want them to do the work, and explain what they're doing as they do it, letting me feel safe they're not racking up a huge bill without telling me. Would highly recommend their shop services, have never purchased a car from them.
I almost dont want to write this review because I worry it will increase their workload and make it harder to get fast service! These guys are straight-shooting, honest, and FAST! The prices are amazing! If more people knew about this hidden Audi/VW facility hidden in Bouckville, every flagship Audi dealer in a hundred mile radius would be out of business! I have used them MULTIPLE times and they have never done me wrong. And to say they have gone above and beyond on several occasions is an understatement. I have never in my life with ANY garage had someone fix the problem at hand and not try to sell me 200 other things. These guys DONT do that, and tell you what has to be done, and make it happen without a bunch of bullcrap. Thanks again guys. See you for the next repair!

I have been going to Pierce Auto Parts for a few years and they are the MAIN reason I still drive an Audi. I am now located over 2 hours away, but every time I need a repair, oil change, or inspection, I drive down so that they can have my business. They are extremely honest, very good, and very quick! I have never had an issue with their service or their prices.
Me and my wife get our Audi q5 fix here all the time, Craig and his stuff provide great service and this is the very rare palace that you can trust for!
