Wilbert’s helped restore my nearly pristine interior, aswell as my piece of mind. After an oil spill in my trunk, I frantically weighed my options. After two quick phone calls, they had my part ready in less than 24 hours. I will be back for any spare part needs from here on out.
Though i've only dealt with wilbert's only through my job, if I ever needed vehicle parts that weren't super expensive, I would definitely go here myself, very good customer service, very good, reliable used parts.
I've been going to junkyards for over 37 years. This place was the nicest junk yard I had ever been. They were easy to deal with, priced fair and condition of my seats were exactly as described. I couldn't be happier with making the choice to call. I believe that I spoke with Kyle. He was quick to respond and great to deal with.
This place has a pull your own, or they pull the parts yard. How great. We needed a truck part that is our of manufacturing currently. This place found one, pulled it, and had it ready the same day. One phone operator at the place dealt with my 85yo father with agitated dementia (extremely overwhelming). By the time I spoke with him, i was the 3rd family member to speak with him. He had so much patience, was kind considerate and kept a sense of humor. Thank you for that. When I arrived to pick up the part, the staff were accommodating matching the parts and carrying them to the car in the wind and snow. Busy and efficient operation. It's 1.5 hours from my home. If I am in need of parts I will contact this place first. I highly recommend them.
Wilbert's is an amazing company. Neil, is the greatest sales rep.! He is diligent and efficient at finding what you need, at a great price with quick delivery. Issues with products or anything...Neil goes above and beyond to resolve the issue. It is so rare to find this level of customer service. 5 stars is well deserved!!!!!
Great company! My first time when I found them and started using them, I had a mix up and they was awesome about it and fixed it.. ( Thank you Greg..GM ) great guy. Them I recently needed a radio for my wife's new truck and bought it. Was helped by a kewl guy named Kyle ( hope that's how he spells it. ) He went above and beyond to help. Bought the radio on Thursday 20th and woke up today Friday the 21st and bam it was on my doorstep. My wife was expecting it to look a little used, maybe even a few scuffs, but no it looks BRAND NEW like it just came out of a factory box. I would recommend them to anyone who needs parts!!! Kyle took care of me and did a fantastic job sourcing the parts. One of them even arrived a week earlier than expected. The parts were accurate, on time and packaged very well. I will be bringing my business back to Wilbert’s for sure.
Customer service is awful now, not even close to when Art ran the business when I started going there 35 years ago. Its very sad how the place has become. I ordered a part online and paid for it. Got the confirmation to pickup a few days later. Went in and the computer system had the order yet wasn't showing paid. I showed them both emails I received and went as far as showing them the withdrawal from my checking app that stated Wilbert's and the exact amount. I wasted nearly 45 minutes of my time standing there, and even left work early while they tried calling people to straighten it out. He tried to tell me I couldn't take the part even with all the proof and documentation I had. Paul at the counter was very unprofessional during this entire process. He also tried to get me to let him write down my credit card info for who knows what reason even after he saw the money was pulled from my account! He even blew me off after he turned it over the accounting girl. The other gentleman (I didn't catch his name) was very professional. He apparently finally got in touch with someone and told me I was good to go. Not to mention I was credited $50 for shipping on my order and the total reimbursement of the $50 is still off $4 in their favor because they added tax on the shipping yet only credited me the $50. I have to wait and see how long until that credit back. I really miss the old days there and will never be returning. I have already shared my experience with many people I know. Just be warned if you go there, the good ole days of Wilbert's is long gone and they are just greedy for money. I will now go out of my to deal with other yards even if I have to go out of my way to do so.
By the way to person who reads this from Wilbert's, there is no reason to reply to this with your lame apology and to call and speak to management. There is nothing to discuss. I see in other reviews the customer service complaints and apparently management is just to greedy and doesn't care about bad publicity.
I called on the phone explaining what I needed and the customer service rep. Took it and guided me to the correct number of the part that I ask for. He was very polite and had great knowledge of what it was that I needed. It had been some years since I had been there and the service from then 70's till now is the same I am satisfied with the service faster and all around I will be back if any of my vehicles need anything
Stopped in to see about getting a replacement for my rearview mirror on my 2014 Buick encore. I didn’t have to wait long, I was showing pictures of the vehicle where the part was coming from, great advice from the salesman, and fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to get parts from Wilberts.
I'm disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I went to the Lakeside road location to pick up a part I had ordered- a rear tail light assembly. I got the part and realized it was not the correct part because there are two separate pieces. Ok fine so far. The part I actually needed had to be ordered which they told me would go to Salt road and be exchanged evenly, and that it would be in Monday. Just to be safe I went in on Tuesday and the part still hadn't arrived, and they would notify me when it was in. Fine. My bad I should have called first probably. Thursday I received a text saying the part was in. Now we're cooking right? Stay tuned. I went in Friday morning and the part that arrived was the same as the original one which I had ordered. There was some kind of issue with it being mislabeled I guess. Ok these things happen. Frustrating but not a huge deal. Here's where I started to become dissatisfied. The employee told me that the part I needed was roughly 50 dollars more than the original- remember I had been told they would do an even exchange. I reminded him of this, and was told it was a totally different part. Yes my friend. I know it's a different part which is why I'm exchanging it. Not happy but I need the freaking correct part. So I told him ok go ahead and order it. He said it had to be shipped from Canada and I would be notified when it comes in. Fair enough. Good day. About 30 minutes later, I received a call stating that the part was not available at all. Like.... what? The issues I have were being shafted by the additional charge when I was told it was an even exchange, and then having gone through all this for nothing. I realize mistakes happen and yada yada but I think there is some disconnect with their inventory/tracking system and I'm quite put out by the whole shebang.

Drove 9 hours, to pick up a door, that was confirmed more than once over the phone. Once arrived, door was not the right color, was tagged as the wrong color, and was told the one that was confirmed on the phone was thrown away because it was damaged. Guy didn’t seem to care at all that we had drove all the way here. A phone call or something would have been nice, letting the person know what was going on instead of just assuming that a different color door would be alright. 9 hours, and a few different states away is kind of a big deal, and in this scenario customer service was 100% NOT their number one priority. In my eyes this place is absolutely garbage.
DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to wilberts this afternoon to get tires. I walked in just after 430 (1/2 hour before close) everyone from the shop was going home. Even though my tire was bald they couldn't be bothered to replace it and absolutely refused!! I've had my tires done multiple times here. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THE LAZIEST PEOPLE EVER!!! Wish I could give them no stars!!!!
Great place to get a quality used tire when your daughter pops one in a curb. I purchased a near new goodyear tire for more than half off. Staff is friendly and the work was done quickly.

The rim caps on my car starting coming off so I was looking for a place to get the OEM Honda rims for a reasonable price. I was referred to Wilbert’s and to say the least I am highly satisfied with the service provided to me. From speaking with a representative in regards to finding the right wheels to actually getting the wheels fixed was amazing service. Mike was very informative on the phone and helped me get the right rims for an affordable price. Perry and Dan provided excellent customer service to me when I arrive to get my rims fixed. The service was very quick and hassle very. The guys overall were very honest with me considering that I don’t know much about car parts. Very happy customer! Thank you!
I've always gone to them for parts and tires. They almost always have used tires with 80 to 90% tread life. If you are waiting for them to install, they are quick but there might be a line. Always friendly and always helpful.
I have been able to get replacement parts here i the past today I ,conveniently, found unusually sized tires for my jeep. I have always been glad that they have tire balancing and mounting right on the premises. This has been great for me. The place looks clean and professional and the staff act like professionals being both courteous and friendly. I can count on Wilberts.
This is the only place I will go for tires or anything related. I had a cracked rim and they had a replacement shipped the next day and had the rim and tire on in 20 minutes. Todd was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Great experience, great prices and extremely fast.
Great experience purchasing and having 4 new tires installed. They ordered in the specific tires I wanted in one day. When I came in to have them installed, they got me right in with no wait and I was out of there in about 40 minutes. Very professional, nice facility. I paid a little bit more than I might have if I waited for a special deal on a lesser tire at one of the discount tire places but I have piece of mind going here. I also like the location, away from the heavy traffic commercial areas. Highly recommend.
Worked with Brian to purchase a low mileage replacement engine for my wife's beloved car. Sale was simple and engine was reasonably priced. I stopped by to look at engine and had it checked out, purchased and loaded into truck within an hour. Every person (4) I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.
I had the option of purchasing a less expensive, similar mileage, engine elsewhere. I choose Wilbert's due to past experience and 6 month warranty vs 1 month. They also had a huge inventory of the same engine, which is good if I needed to do a warranty swap. I also talked with a friend who told me Wilbert's warrantied a transmission for him that was a few days outside of warranty. I felt good about giving my $$$ to Wilbert's. Nice Job!
06/12/2018 Update: It's been 9 months and many miles without an issue. Coincidentally, my neighbor had an engine failure with his '11 Impala, which is basically the same engine. He went with me to purchased an engine from Wilbert's. The purchase experience was positive and the engine has been running well for over a month.
Oh my goodness Todd and the rest of his crew at Wilbert's were so helpful and professional. They were friendly on the phone and in person, made a newbie like me feel so at ease. It's hard because in these situations you never know who you can trust (with your wallet!) But these guys were fair, affordable and trustworthy. I highly recommend! Go to Wilbert's. Even on a Saturday they are cheerful, treating customers wonderfully. I hope I'm not back TOO soon... But if I ever have the need you bet I'll be back!
