the place is run by great, very nice people who get the job done quick! they also have a super cute and friendly dog that’s usually there. he stays behind the counter but he’ll jump up to say hello whenever somebody comes in :)
These people are super super nice. The place is very clean. I do relate with other posts about being closed.
I went today and they were closed. Not everyone is on Facebook and if you have to call each time that's not pleasant either. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Maybe they should put on the door when they will be closed ahead as well as social media.
The hours listed on Google are not correct. There have been countless times I have tried to return cans during their listed business hours, only to arrive to a closed business. I just wasted 25 mins driving there and back for nothing. Do not trust these hours! I'm done attempting to go there.
I brought in 16 bags of cans and was out the door in 15 minutes or less. Great people and environment. Just wish they were open on the weekends for a few hours.
Super nice and super super quick. Little more consistent with hours is only minor complaint but understand owning a business and time off for personal reasons.
After rushing home from work, packing up my returns, and racing over to Lakeville; I showed up at Livonia Redemption Center today at 4:30PM only to see that they were CLOSED, AGAIN! This is the 3rd f-ing occasion I have arrived at Livonia Redemption (during "open" hours) to find them closed when they were supposed to be open. This is the last time it will happen to me. NEVER bringing my business there again, ever. Save yourself the frustration and wasted time, go somewhere else!!!
