This store is the best! When I need help for car stuff from windshield wipers to oil I go here. Recently I needed a seatbelt extender. Not only did they have one, they ended up giving me one for free because the packaging had been damaged & they couldn’t sell it. It is perfectly fine & works great! This store is awesome!!!
Brian H really helped us out tonight, with our windshield wipers he even put them on for us! When we asked if we could get a key fob battery, he even did that too!
I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle who works here and he did an absolutely phenomenal job helping me with my car that I just got and he put all the parts in for me and he was honestly just a wonderful guy 10 out of 10 would recommend coming here
They’re nice people who have installed my battery backwards TWICE now. This most recent time caused sparks to fly several times and a fuse to blow that I now have to replace. One of the employees helping me kept openly stating that they had no idea what they were doing. I actually began to fear for everyone’s safety as they kept playing around under my hood. There was only one older guy that eventually showed up and DID know what he was doing. He was a big help up until he dropped a couple small parts he had in his hand for another job into my hood. He proceeded to have an aggressive and immature temper tantrum about it where he yelled, swore, and kicked debris. I then had to stay an additional 10 or so minutes while the man looked for and fished out those lost parts. What I was hoping would be a simple battery change with some mild hiccups at worst was instead an incredibly stressful, uncomfortable, and frustrating visit that has officially made me not trust anyone working here to touch my car. If you’re someone who needs a new battery, you should just take it to a garage or do it yourself. The products are good and the employees mean well but do not let these people near your car.
They will go out of their way to try and find parts that you need if they can, and more affordable than most auto parts stores with good deals and products
Called about a fuel filter for my Chevy duramax. The guy on the phone was completely clueless on what it was even after I told him the year of my truck and what it was. Then proceeded to tell me he thought he had one. And asked if it was a cartridge or a cylinder and I asked him to check if he actually had it . Be nice to talk to someone with at least a little bit of knowledge when you call these places.
Just a warning don't ever purchase from AutoZone online. I ordered front and rear brakes and rotors. They sent me the correct front brakes and one correct front rotor. The other parts were just mismatched pieces. No clue what vehicle they went to. I was able to exchange the front rotor at a local store so that was taken care of but no local stores had any pieces for the rear. So I purchased from Advanced Auto. I called AutoZone for a partial refund and agreed to send back the wrong parts. They want me to remove the front brakes and rotors and send them all back for a refund. They're refusing to give me a partial refund and accept the wrong parts back.
The staff are very knowledgeable fast service and if they don't know the answer to your question then they will help you find someone that does never had a bad experience going to this store.
I went here for my battery to be replaced. Anthony helped me and he was wonderful! So helpful and nice. If you come here have him help you. Customer service was the best I’ve had in a long time.
Had a dead battery and I lack the skill and necessary equipment to change it. Stopped in and Anthony was happy to help and had it swapped out in a short time. Will absolutely visit again.
Anthony was so helpful and fast. I came in because my car wouldn’t start and my battery was dead. He tested my battery and swapped a new one with my old one for free and I paid little to nothing. It was freezing cold and raining and I’m a woman so I was very thankful for that. They’re always helpful when I come here.
I came in asking what kind of oil my car needed. An employee here swore up and down that he knew exactly what I needed given the make and model of my car. He insisted I buy it, so I did, and it turns out that it was not the right kind of oil after all!
Terrible customer service, 1 of my 2 orders was picked up by someone else and they refused to give me my part that I already paid for and they let someone else walk out with. After alot of back and forth (about 20 minutes) I finally got all of my stuff. I'll drive farther to a different auto zone or order my parts from someone else.
I guess being helpful or source of knowledge is a thing of the past. Asked a question about car audio tuning and got a crisp "I don't know." I replied asking if the gentleman knew anyone who did know - and got a crisper "No." In shock, I thanked the man before walking out, not knowing what I could possibly be thanking him for.
Mike the manager was above and beyond helpful. He was patient and found the proper bulbs to match perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Ad frustrated as I was he made it easy. I will be back. Headlight replacement bulbs can be more difficult than I expected. Not this time.
Looked on their website for a particular battery and site said they had it in stock. I paid online and half hour later got an email that it was ready to pick up. Drive to town and they tell me "no, we don't have that and we can't get it today"! Are you kidding?? Why did you let me buy it? Why didn't you contact me when you got the order and knew you didn't have the part? Don't use this store!

Today I went over to buy a 5gal of rotella t6 sign on it said clearence 125 marked down to 80 then i looked at the sign under it showed 82 so they marked it up 43 to mark down 45 so you think the sale is amazing but in reality you saved 2 bucks the person behind the counter did give me another 10% so they redeemed themselves alittle
So I checked some other clearence tags and the samething
7:40 am on a Thursday. Thought I'd pick up my parts order and get some headlights. But no signs of life. Store is not open at the time stated. Making me late for work. Not a great way to run your show. Like the people but they need to get out of bed!
Only reason I even gave it 1 star is because 0 stars isn’t an option! Guy behind the parts counter couldn’t even give me the correct oil filter. I left with multiple parts tore my truck apart only to find out everything was wrong and was without a vehicle. I’ve recieved wrong parts the last 3 times I’ve dealt with them and now will never be back! Save yourself the time and aggravation and take your business elsewhere.
Great parts store, but I checked online for my item. It said they had it in stock. I got there and they didn't have it. They said you need to call and check, the online stuff isn't accurate. Why even have the inventory online if wrong?
Went to another store first then came here. Wow. Selection of electrical parts for wiring is superior. Nothing like the right stuff for a professional looking job! Thanks, Auto Zone!
Stopped here to buy wiper blades. There is a female working in this place, with a mouth like a sewer. Everyone in the store could hear her. I never saw her, but heard her filthy mouth spewing out horrible things from behind the stock shelves. As fast as possible I ran my children out of there. Never will my family go here for anything in the future. Shame on you all.
Helpful staff and competitive pricing. I like especially that they keep a database of what you purchased so you don't have to worry about keeping a receipt
They always get me the right parts the first time out. They are courteous, and very helpful.They have a great crew there. I am always glad I went there first.
By the time I got to Autozone on Lakeville, I was tired, frustrated, and really cold. Sean at Autozone made my day one-hundred percent better.
Assuming my battery was dead, I went in to get a new one and get it installed. Sean was quick to help me, looking up what battery I needed in seconds and (more importantly) telling me that they had it stock (and it was cheaper than the one at Wal-Mart!).
Before installing it, he insisted on looking at the battery and my car to make sure that was what I needed. Sean patiently got my key out of the jammed lock, in the freezing cold, got my trunk open, and looked at the battery and connections.
To make a long story short, Sean determined that I didn't need a new battery, fixed my cable problem (in 7 degree weather), and saved me over $100. As a clueless, tired person, he could have sold me a new battery, but he didn't. Instead he helped me, gave me a smile, and told me to have a good day.
Autozone, I will be coming back again and again- I was amazed by your excellent service and staff.
