Called to have some parts put in for return pickup. Asked if my company ever kept any parts. It’s not my fault these salvage parts are insurance prices but not insurance quality. Terrible customer service and I’m hoping this is my first and last interaction.
Called in about a part and right away received so much attitude from the guy on the phone. Continued to talk to him and confirmed the correct part was still available. Asked for a picture because drive one way was 2.5hrs and was told they don’t have anyone available to do that for me. And still getting so much attitude from the guy for no reason. Called and confirmed that part is still available before heading out. Came there and was told the part was sold awhile back. Thanks for wasting my time
Called looking for a somewhat hard to find part, talked to Bill, he was very helpful in finding the part I was asking for and completed the transaction via phone. Item arrived a few days later, in the exact condition as described. I would definitely recommend this business for any auto part needs.
I called to confirm the availability of a part I needed for my vehicle-- online it said they had three of the part available. Unfortunately they did not have any of the part I needed, but at least they were able to tell me this before I made a trip out. Bottom line, online inventory may not be accurate, so call first.
Horrible service
I was looking for part and try to order it , smb assured that they will ship it but they didn’t . After that I will try to order , to pay and to pick up it in person , they said cash only . I got cash and was on the way , called them to prepare it , they refuse to prepare it and said no way to have the part that week .
Purchased a used transmission for my 08 Sierra here , price was good , customer service was good and part works as intended. I have read many bad reviews about this business right here on Google, what struck me was the brazen responses by the owner , as a business owner myself I do understand that as a customer you may believe you know what's best ,but sometimes situations could be handled better if you would communicate Instead of speculate. I would recommend these guys , just call before you go.
The people were decent they allowed me to put a down payment on my part and pay the rest off bi-weekly for about a month until I came and realize they have the wrong VIN number they had to help me find another part at another location but I was able to recover something to cover that which made it better.
For my first time being here I didn’t like my visit one bit!!! They charge way too much and the service is not really friendly!! People that work there are supposed to be friendly even if they don’t like their job and they need to quit being so greedy. It’s my opinion remember... everyone has a right to his or her opinion!!!!!
Shady, shady, shady...Bob was going to buy my broken down rogue we agreed on $750. Asked for a receipt or bill of sale and my wife was told the deal was off because “we didn’t trust them”. I wonder if he would send the $750 before getting the title? Probably not. Stay far away!!
If you call for a part, make sure you get out that day for it. Even if you talk to them, give them your number and tell them you'll be out to get it once you get the core out of the car, they still have no problem selling it out from under you and not even bothering to call you. And when you call looking for it, they act like they don't know anything and just swear at you on the phone.
Although they do pick up the phone and have the part available, do not expect a call back for a little while. I called twice they said they will pull the part and they did in a few hours. Fortunately it is cash on delivery so you don't fork over your money if you don't need the part later on. Go somewhere else if your are in a hurry but the prices are worth the wait.
Terrible people called in the morning and they told me they had the transmission that I need it I told them I was on my way was going to take me an hour I get there and they tell me they sold the transmission who does that waste people's time then not even a call back worst place ever don't buy here
WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR ...this place is the worst....Bill is a total d-bag. He dummy if there is a core charge why dont you tell them about it when they call and ask for price. We drove 90 minutes for that surprise...theres a reason we havent done business with you guys in 5 years...this will be the last time...GFYS
