Very bad and wrong service, they reply very nice , clear and wisely they have it parts and confirm the fixed price too, but they donβt have it, very sad and wrong guide to customers.

This is the worst auto part business.. I purchase a use car headlight and was promise by the boss I would get my money back if the parts don't work.. I come back the next day and claims he never said that.. The headlight side reflectors fall out of place inside and you can not put back in place.. Then I try connect to car and nothing works .. Never again.. Be careful of fake business like this... smh
Terrible parts. Over priced. The people gave me TWO bad transmissions and sent me to a repair man that over charged me TWICE and didnβt properly install the part. Makes things worst I was only 2 weeks over my βWARRANTYβ and the man still tried to OVERCHARGE me for a βBRAND NEWβ transmission. I donβt recommend this place for NOONE unless you want to be robbed.
Worst junk yard ever. They try to sell me wrong parts. When i didn't want to buy it they started cursing at me. Take your business somewhere else. They are not worth your time and money
Incredibly unreliable parts delivery. Kevin the manager will just hang up on you when you call for a question about your part delivery and incapable of providing any level of competent service. Do not buy any parts from this place they do not care about their clients.
So unprofessional! I called and asked for a part and they said they have it. When i went they made me wait for over 30 minutes and then come out and tell me the part they have is junk. They made me drive 45 minutes for no reason. Waste of time and gas money. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
Don't Buy from these guys, they sold me the wrong part did not want to take it back started cursing foul language at me and i was cool and professional. All who was wronged need to come together and take legal action on these junk yards they think they are still back in the grandfather days. They just lost a good customer.
Guaranteed me to have a set of 4 rims in stock and on hold for the next day. I drove over 1 hour to get there to find out they only had 3 rims and wasted my time. Nick attended me. Horrible company
For my first time there, I find this place to be very resourceful. Item I'm looking for is a difficult time but the gentleman that attended to me is willing to do research to help me retrieve what I need. Five star.
Bad customer service ,If your a motorcycle owner this is for you. I had the worst experience bringing my bike here they will take your motorcycle fast and ask about all the issues and tell you they will call you very soon but I waited like a week and called and this guy answered the phone was rude and hangsup the phone and tells you kevin is busy (kevin is the motorcycle mechanic) and after 3 more days I called and he told me that kevin took the weekend off so I waited until Monday and called and it was kevin that answered and he told me that there were bikes on line before me and he will start checking my motorcycle and said to give him a day or so to tell me the status update of my motorcycle so after a week I didn't receive no calls from them so I called and I asked for kevin and was told that he took a whole week vacation they only gonna waste your time so .........[(I just took my motorcycle to another shop and in one hour he told me the issues and how much will it cost and how long will the process will take, In just one hour)]
Pretty rude and not customer friendly. Website stays open til 6pm. Called and spoke to someone about bringing my bike in earlier in the week and they said it shouldn't be an issue . Was in a bike accident and just looking for some cosmetic repairs so I can ship it to Hawaii. Took the afternoon off work to get a Motorcycle trailer to drop the bike off. Called a little before 5pm to let him know I was on the way. Someone answers the phone telling me that he's closing now. I explained to him the website says 6pm and all the trouble I had been through to get there before 6pm. He says there's nothing he could do and he needs to change the time on the website. As I'm trying to plead with him to give me 20 mins to get there he hangs up. Definitely not ok and post poor customer service. Now I'm stuck with a uhaul one rental without a shop to take it too. Smh
I have an old bmw. Not soo easy to find parts for. But the rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Got me the part I needed at a reasonable cost. I will be coming back for my old car parts needs since new parts are beginning to become a needle in a hay stack.

I see people saying the owner is rude and a bully ππ, when I first met him I assumed the same but he's a good guy, the part I needed I priced it and knew what it should cost, the shop had an honest price and backed their product... it's a small location so you get this intimate family owned feeling
Ok the owner comes off Loud but the truth is he's a really nice man.. It may seem he had a bad attitude but it's just the way he talks.. He sounds like hes a know it all but he isnt. Customer service is great... I don't know about any of the things these guys talking about, everything he says he does. Every One works to make money so that last comment makes no sense. He's a business man in business to make money.. Thank you Kaotic for your patients explaining everything to me..And the beautiful work you did ...
