The people there are helpful and friendly.
Even though it isn’t a loop-around setup, I was given assistance with backing up for weighing and drop-off, as well as help with unloading. I didnt realize my trailer was not secured on properly and they helped fix that as well. Great service and much appreciated!
Shop u she says she'll be there at a time was there but they didn't have no money to pay u for your scrap wouldn't recommend coming here go to Crosby Hill in Fulton I will spend the extra 10 in gas from now on to go there I have had good pricing and everything when I go there and always get paid when I drop my load off
Call to see what merchandise they took and they told me and then told me I had to have an appointment I’ve never heard of a scrapyard telling you you need an appointment wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re looking for convenience
I called to confirm that were open, I was told at 10:30 a.m they were open until 5 p.m, went right there from my house ( 5 minutes away ) and no one was even there. Went back home called the number again, and now they won't answer. Not a very good way to run a business.
Do not depend on their hours - very undependable. Called and asked how late they were open, got there 45 minutes before the closing time and no one was there.
They were an hour and fourty minutes late picking up a scrap car from my home. I live four minutes from their business and the appointment was for 9:00am. I couldn't even get them to answer their phone the entire time I waited. When they did show up the guy told me to come out to the road and he'd "show me". He wanted to fight me because he was late and I said something! They didn't even take the car.
This place is okay if you are nearby. I showed up on a Friday a half hour after they were supposed to be open. No one was around but there is a sign on the door saying to call the number listed and someone will be down to help. Well when you call it goes to an answering machine that you can't leave a message on. While I was waiting there for about 10-15min figuring out what I was going to do one of their trucks rolled in with two guys in it. I don't know if it's because I tried calling that number twice or if that's just when they decided to show up. Either way after they weigh the truck you unload everything by hand. I didn't get the best pricing for the scrap but I wasn't looking for cash, I was just cleaning up. Because I live right down the road I will continue to go here.
