I needed a wheel and found one at Wibert's. Turned out that the wheel I was attempting to replace was not OEM so I needed to return the purchased wheel. Wilbert's kindly refunded my purchase. They were great from begining to end! So refreshing to know there are great businesses around.

The parts i receive are always clean (rust free) and in overall great shape! Parts are exactly as described when ordering, can't believe they deliver all the way to me in Pa. ( 3&1/2 hrs. i believe the driver said) but i'm glad they do! Keep up the great service!
Long story short I needed 4 new tires. My beautiful fiancé referred me to Wilberts, made the call etc. They got me in on my lunch, I got 4 really nice tires for a really good price. I once needed to replace one rim for my Toyota Camry. The wheel bearing failed, the bolts fell off, and the holes for the bolts were damaged. Buying new would have been unaffordable. The price of a used rim was reasonable. I called and it was ready the next day. That was in the summer, and things have been fine since. Thank you.
$238 for one recycled headlamp HA!! A brand new oem was $80 less. Not willing to sell a used part at even fair market price of a brand new part is a joke. This kind of business shouldn’t be legal Avoid these scam artists at all cost.
Been buying parts here for years, I run a large shop and this is by far the bast place to buy from. Free delivery to Youngstown NY and good quality parts, never a problem. My uncle bought here 40 years or so ago when they specialized in just Buick parts but fortunately they carry all makes now.
Prompt friendly service with a huge $400 savings on a "like new" OEM Honda part with only 557 miles, carefully packed and shipped for $20 and received in 3 days following a minor delay in PA from a huge snowstorm.
Fantastic helpful staff. Great prices. We came from Ontario, Canada to pickup an engine for better price than Canada. Engine was well prepped and tagged. Helped get it into my truck and make sure it was secure in the bed. Warranty at no extra charge. Will be back for sure. Well worth the drive. Canadian automotive companies could learn a lot from our brothers on the other side of the border .
Dont buy a used engine from here, the warranty is deceptive and they dont stand behind it when you have issues. I bought an engine and told them I couldn't put it in right away, and I wasn't going to buy it because I would essentially have no warranty after it sitting for six months. The salesman said not to worry about it and that if I had problems just come back and it would be taken car of. So we shook hands on it, and I got the motor. Long story short, the motor threw a rod and quit on me after driving it 100 miles on a trip to Cortland. I called them right away and the salesman avoided my calls so I went there to see what they were going to do. The salesman said that the owner said it was too bad, and that if he helped me out any then he would have to do it for everyone else with an issue. The salesman said he could give me a deal on another motor, but I told him I was out 1500 on the previous motor and it would have to be a great deal and be certified low mileage and to get behind it better. He called me back on a local motor and the deal was to knock off a mere 100 dollars. I told him that was absurd, especially since I was out 1500 dollars and all my time and effort putting the other one in. He said to take it or leave it, so I am taking them to small claims court and will update this afterwards. Btw, anyone knows that a motor doesn't throw a rod from sitting less than a year.
