Tully’s Auto Body came highly recommended by the community, and after my brand new truck (not even two months old) was rear-ended, I knew I needed a shop I could trust to make it look like nothing ever happened.
From the start, Tully’s exceeded every expectation. Liz guided us through the entire process, handling everything from paperwork to updates, I was notified throughout the whole process and any question I had, she answered. John told me my truck would look like nothing ever happened and he absolutely stayed true to those words. John and Josh took exceptional care of my truck, and I had it back in just two days looking like I just bought it.
This was my first accident and they answered every question with such patience, making a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Their workmanship, communication, and genuine care for their customers sets them apart from any other business.

Don’t use this auto body shop, I got into a horrible car accident when this body shop was called and the man who was going to tow my car from Tullys called my mother and I retarded and then proceeded to use physical force to push the both of us on the ground. I ended up having to tell the police that I was not comfortable with the man taking my car. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR, WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO THE STATE.
Just picked up my Jeep from Tully's, and had to write about my wonderful experience. From the very start, Liz was awesome, adjusting a problem with the rental car company, and getting someone over immediately to tow my car to the shop. Communication was top notch, and so accommodating! Such an absolute pleasure to work with, and so impressed with how it turned out, and how clean it was returned to me. The level of customer service is unparalleled! I would and will recommend them to everyone!
"How do you like your brand new van?" which was what John Tully, the owner asked me when I went to pick my car up. Only 5 stars??? Does this mean I can't add 5 more, because I would if I could. Josh, John, and Liz were an absolute pleasure to work with! I chose Tully's from a friend's recommendation, and I'm so glad I did! They knew exactly how to negotiate the best deal with my insurance company, and what was a major repair job cost me zero dollars!! On top of all of that, the van, indeed, looked brand new!!

Very rare you get top tier TRANSPARENT service in the auto industry. Years back John did great work on my wife's car after she had a hit and run. Recently about a week ago, I had a freak accident with my Wrangler that required a new door -- I have a very specific color on the car and Josh wasn't certain he'd be able to find a matching door to replace and blend the paint with. After telling me a fairly quick turnaround time, he was able to get the job done PERFECTLY a day earlier than originally projected and at a completely fair and equitable price. Very happy with the work they did and I'll 100% continue to recommend them when people ask me who does good body work in town. Thanks again guys!
Tullys auto body fixed my husbands car after someone rear ended it. They did an excellent job in a timely manner and were nothing but nice and easy to work with! Would definitely recommend this incredible business!
Another great experience at Tully’s. I went through the car wash and it broke a bolt in my front bumper. I took it over to Tully’s to see if they could just fix the bolt. I was seen right away by a very professional courteous young man who took a few minutes to fix the problem and didn’t charge me, even when I protested! It’s really nice to know that there are still people out there not willing to rip you off. I have taken 4 cars to Tully’s in the past with great outcomes, would highly recommend.

I HAD A CAR ACCIDENT ON JANUARY 26, 2023. TULLY'S TOWED MY CAR; HAD AN ESTIMATE IN A WEEK AND THE REPAIRS WERE DONE 2 WEEKS LATER. "JOSEPH RELLER" THE SHOP MANAGER WAS MORE THAN PROFESSIONAL; HE WAS KIND AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY SITUATION. "LIZ" AT THE FRONT DESK EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WHEN THE ESTIMATE CAME IN AND WHEN THEY WOULD POSSIBLY HAVE MY CAR READY. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT THAT EVERYTHING WOULD WORK OUT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND "TULLY'S!" THANKS TO ALL!!
My wife’s car was rear ended back in December. Fortunately she was fine although the car…not so much. We were directed here by our insurance company and had a great experience. Liz, John, and Josh (I think that was his name) were all very thorough and helpful. They even called the rental car company and had it delivered right to the shop. Although the car was totaled and we never saw their actual work I know they have a great reputation and was impressed by their courtesy. Of course we hope we never need their service , but if we do we would absolutely go there first!!
Service was beyond excellent and the price was great. I also appreciated how they kept in touch on a regular basis to update me on the status of my car. This business is run by people you can trust!

The first thing that was said to me was “we’ll make it like it never even happened” and boy did they deliver. My BRAND NEW car was hit while I was at an appointment within 2 months of owning it. Because I was dealing with the other insurance I was given the option for approved body shops and Tully’s was one. I’m so glad I listened to the other reviews and went here. It’s a family run place and they are so helpful and accommodating. Very pleasant people to work with and they made this frustrating process smooth and seamless. I had more trouble getting the insurance company to answer me than it took to fix my car. 10/10 would recommend. They even detailed my car and took care of some surface scratches from my door I was going to buff out on my own. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
They were 100% professional and do high quality work. They even work with a local top notch rental car company. They call them to pick you up at the shop. Then when your car is finished. All you have to do is drive the rental car to the shop. They take care of getting it back to the rental car place. What a smooth and classy process. I would highly recommend them!

The owners been there for over 25 years and I've seen their growth. I always noticed they've been busy and never knew they were great until I experienced an unfortunate accident with my car. I had the car brand new less than 42 days and the workmanship was above my imagination. The car looked like it was never hit, paint job to specs and the ride was back to brand new. Mr.Tully told me "before this car was released I want to make sure everything is perfect, the same way when you bought it!" I'm overjoyed with the level of service from Tully's. Hopefully, I never have another accident, but if I do, they're the first place I'm going. Thanks again.

The staff were great; super friendly, and very clear and considerate when doing estimation, drop off and pickup.
They broke down the exact areas of damage, what may or may not need to be replaced and what they would try to work around to cut part cost and labor time.
When I came to pick my car up, which was also ahead of schedule, it looked as good as new. They also were able to shave several hundred dollars off the estimated costs as they had said they would try to do, which I think speaks for itself in terms of their integrity and honesty.

I never leave reviews but my experience with Tully's was amazing and reviews of body shops are crucial because you get the real answer about shops. The dealerships near them recommended Tully's which is always a good sign. Was torn about getting my quarter-panel fixed because my Jeep has black crystal metallic paint that is hard to match, but John assured me, "If it's not perfect it won't leave my shop". He gave me a great quoted price and worked quickly. He will take the time to talk and get to know you. Tully's is the only shop I will use in the future...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
I've gone to Tully's at least 3 times. Mr. Tully has a fabulous outgoing, jovial personality! They do great work - always satisfied!! His staff is also friendly - never grumpy or grouchy like some other places are - they are very pleasant. You never truly look forward to getting body work - but it's nice to know that when you need it there are very pleasant people willing to help you!
