We are a local owned metal recycler buying all ferrous and non ferrous metals. We also offer a pick-n-pull yard where you can pull your own parts for a cheaper rate.
Please keep in mind we do not keep inventory of our stock because we are primarily a scrap yard.
We take vehicles in daily and crush what has been picked over, so unfortunately keeping a record has proven to be difficult.
You are welcome to stop in and walk the yard NO CHARGE!

I've sold these people scrap for years, and lots of it. I let them know they damaged my trailer fender. No apologies, no nothing. Worst thing is before I unstrapped the truck I bought, forklift "operator" and I'm using the term lightly asked if he could pull it off the back from behind. For some reason the idiot crushed my fender trying to unload it from side. I'll be going to Syracuse for now on.
Can’t say enough great things about this place. I was in a tight spot with getting my RAM inspected due to a problem with the license plate marker lights being out, and I was in need of both connectors and a section of wiring to splice into my harness due to the corrosion on my truck’s current setup. I couldn’t find what I needed at the local parts stores and online results were coming up empty. I stopped into this business and though she doubted they had anything as new as my RAM in their yard, she said I was free to pick and pull. As luck would have it there was an older Ram that shared the same setup and I was able to get what I was looking for.! Amazing place and great customer service

I absolutely love this place! The people here are awesome! They found the part I needed for my car. I didn't realize it wasn't right at first. Came back and I showed them the style I needed and they made sure they found the right one for me. Plus they figured out an issue I had with the same part and made sure I was able to fix it. North Star always seems to please. I don't ever seem to be there more than 15 minutes. It's a yard that will take most metal materials. This is only a couple things to say about it make sure you call before you bring stuff so you know what price you're getting and when you're there try to drive with your eyes open so you don't run over something Sharp.
Wonderful place, wonderful people. Can’t ask for a better experience. This place is actually amazing. They are honest, trustworthy, and always ready to help. It is super easy to drop off your scrap metal and really convenient as well. Unfortunately we moved but anytime I am in the area and need to drop off scrap metal, I know where I am going.
A very nice and organised place. They have a great parts yard for used parts and reasonabley priced ! ALL the staff are friendly and will help you out. It's worth the trip Im going back soon.
Scott is a true American. After I pulled an injector connector from a truck that sells brand new for 33.99 and a few molded vacuum hoses that cost about 10 bucks a peice he told me 5 bucks and it's yours. I dodnt have any cash on me but I had card. I even offered a higher price for the products he said nope 5 bucks. I tried to pay 10 bucks since I had to pay in card. This man (Scott) said you know what dont worrie about it, just come back again and buy something. This guy saved me some money and he provided excellent customer service. I'm stationed at Fort Drum and over 1k miles from home. This place is my go to for anything my truck may need that doesnt have to be new. Thanks again Scott!
WOW What Great service my Old GMC Truck Was Dead in the Driveway When I Called for a Tow I got a Good Price Quote from them and They Said they would be Here in about an hour and They Were!!! He backed in our Driveway set the Bed Directly under the Tires without Scraping the Drive way Well Versed in Towing and Recovery Would Definitely Recommend them in a pinch Again Thank you Northstar For the TOW
The people here are awesome, they are the coolest bunch of people and are always looking to help you in any way they can and the prices of the parts are not bad at all.
This place is a joke. If you plan on visiting you need to wear rain boots. There are deep puddles and mud everywhere. I have never heard of an establishment where they do not monitor their inventory so there is no way of knowing what they have in stock.
