Worst towing company by far, I needed a sample Winch Out, because my car was stuck on the side of a country road in Mannsvill NY, it was snow blizzard, their driver called me and said that he will arrive in 54 minutes, that was at 6 pm.I was waited for them two and half hours driver was not picking up and the app tracker was saying that tow track is on his way and updating the time until 35 minutes ETA. Around 8:35 pm. and then they just cancelled after I waited for them two and a half hour. and left me stranded, no desancy at all, I told their driver that I was waiting 4 hours already with no food and water when he called me at the beginning.
My husband and I got caught in heavy snow that pulled us in the ditch. Our car was buried. M & K Towing came and pulled us out. The two young men were so helpful and kind. We appreciated them and would highly recommend them.
I was told I had to pay $307 for a winch out. I had to wait 45 minutes after the winch out with a screaming infant in the car just to get a total price, overheard the owner cursing on the phone, and then got a different total on the invoice. Because of the extended wait time with a child present, the price discrepancy, and the unprofessional language used, I would not recommend M&K Towing. I’m leaving 2 stars because driver who got my car out, Nick, was very professional and tried to help in any way he could. The owner is the one who made it an unpleasant & stressful experience.
We are not from the area and got a Work Van stuck in the snow leaving our airbnb, called this shop up and he was there within the half hour and got the van out no problem!! Absolutely amazing guy, super friendly, was there quickly and got it done for us! Definitely recommend!
I needed a tow this morning and had a great experience with this company. I road with the driver to my drop off destination. I felt comfortable and safe.
