I manage a 300 home facility and need my vehicle for daily work. I will only take my truck to Denners from now on after a nightmare experience at Bob Johnson Dodge in Waterown. Denners was fast, fair and fixed it right the first time. This after 3 trips to the dealer who consistently misdiagnosed my issue which turned out to just be a bad spark plug. Kim and Holley were awesome, listened to my input on the issue and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road quickly. Thank you to all of you for your amazing service!!! Fast quality work at honest prices Dropped off my truck for some exhaust work. Told me it could take the morning and they would let me know, up front about the labor cost per hour. They called me up an hour later and said my truck was done. Didn’t try to upsell, didn’t charge me prorated time for beyond the hour, just spare parts cost and the labor. Truck sounds great. Pleasant staff behind the counter who had answers for all my questions. Wish I would have discovered this place years ago. Will definitely return for future work

Denners garage is the place to go to for auto services. Years ago I tried to replace an O2 sensor for my 06 jeep wrangler on my own. It's was seized and nearly stripped it. Denners got it out no problem and put the new part I brought in no problem. Fast forward to today I brought in my 2016 GMC Yukon XL to get all the fluids and spark plugs changed. Told me it would be an all day job they got it done by 2pm. Team is awesome. Highly recommend.

I called Denner’s to have four new tires ordered and installed on my vehicle they ordered them immediately, got my sales vehicle in did an oil change, replaced the tires and went through the vehicle to ensure that it was safe for my travels. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and service at Denner’s Garage. Just see for yourself you will not be disappointed!

I had a busted hose on my truck the Day before traveling. I called Denners Garage and they picked my vehicle. Denners Garge got my vehicle back running in no time (48 hour turn around). They didn’t outlandishly charge me to get my Truck back running. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for I quality work at an reasonable price.

I called Denners the Monday before Thanksgiving with a problem with my coolant and my engine overheating but they were unable to get it that day. They picked my car up the next day around 1:30. I got a call around 4 that unfortunately they had to order parts and unfortunately wouldn't have them before the holiday. I was told they would get to it on Monday. Then over the weekend we got hit with a snowstorm and they were unable to finish my car on Monday (even though they tried!) due to the time they had to take to dig their parking lot out which was totally understandable given the feet of snow we got. They apologized and said it would be done Tuesday and it was, by 10:30am. They were friendly and kept up communication and they charged me exactly what I was quoted the week prior. I would highly recommend them and I'm pretty sure we just found our new garage! Thank you Denners!

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a garage. After being over quoted at previous garages I have anxiety when it comes to taking my car in for repairs. Denner’s was able to identify the issue quickly and they were so helpful with explaining the situation to me. Will be coming here again in the future. Would absolutely recommend them!

My chrysler pacifica developed a bad injector and was heavily misfiring. The folks at Denners took great care of me, diagnosed the problem within an hour and called with a quote. This repair was completed same day, at a great rate. I highly recomend them!!!! A+++ service. Dimitri

I’ve been taking our vehicles to Denner’s for quite a few years. I’ve never had a complaint. Staff is super friendly and strives to provide top notch service. Prices are fair for today’s market and the mechanics try to get the service done as quickly as possible. They even have made time to drive my vehicle to find the noise I couldn’t describe.

Dennars took care of me when my truck broke down. I was stranded on the side of the road and had it towed to their shop. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, installed it, and had me out quick. Incredible shop that I highly recommend!

I've come here a number of times now for work as simple as an inspection to full brake an rotor work on different vehicles. I've always been treated well and priced modestly. This garage has become my first choice when needing vehicle repair.

Can't ask for a better local garage. Extremely friendly staff. It's definitely worth making an appointment to come here. Tried other local places that did walk-ins and never again. Denners garage will be the only place I take my vehicle.

I thought I had a bad wheel bearing but it turned out I didn't. They could have easily charged me for the replacement but choose to only do the (much less expensive) necessary work. Work was completed while I waited and I drove away happy. Couldn't recommend enough. Get work done here, highly trustworthy.

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Denners Garage at All Costs! I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Denners Garage, and I can honestly say it was the worst customer service experience of my life. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on my worst enemy. From the moment I walked in, I could tell something was off. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the 90s, and the employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. But it only got worse from there. First, they quoted me an exorbitant price for a simple brake repair on my Jeep. When I questioned the cost, they became incredibly defensive and tried to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary services. It was clear they were just trying to milk me for every penny they could get. But the real kicker was when they finally started working on my car. It took them twice as long as they originally promised, and they didn't even bother to keep me updated on the progress. When I asked for an update, they gave me the runaround and acted like I was inconveniencing them. When they finally finished, my Jeep was in worse shape than when I brought it in. It was making strange noises, and the brakes were still squeaking. It was clear they either didn't know what they were doing or didn't care enough to do the job right. In the end, I had to have my Jeep towed to another shop to fix the mess Denners Garage had made. The new mechanics were shocked at the shoddy workmanship and told me it would have been dangerous to continue driving my car in that condition. To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss a refund with Denners Garage, they were completely uncooperative and refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes. It's clear they have no integrity and are only interested in ripping off unsuspecting customers. In summary, if you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Denners Garage like the plague. Their terrible customer service, shady business practices, and lack of competence make them a complete and utter disgrace to the automotive industry. Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable shop that actually cares about its customers and their safety. Denners Garage is an absolute disgrace, and I wouldn't wish their incompetence on anyone.

I would recommend this shop any day of the week! They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever come across in the mechanic business. Extremely happy with their work! From old vehicles to new they have great knowledge and skills to get the job done! Absolutely recommend! Military or civilian they treat you with the upmost respect and take care of you!

Such a trusthworthy shop with honest business. I have been bringing my cars here for 3 years and not once have I had any issues getting an appointment in a timely matter. The customer service is excellent!! If you want a family oriented and experienced staff, Denners Garage is the one!

Took the car here right as the coronavirus pandemic kicked off and they were already addressing concerns about health and safety. I felt very comfortable dropping the car off and picking it up. Furthermore, the quality and value of the work was outstanding. Will definitely be using this location in the future!

I went to Denners and received excellent service. It is hard to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic. I was charged less here than I was quoted elsewhere. I would highly recommend this place. It is always nice to support local businesses. I will definitely be coming back again in the future for all my car repair needs.

I had a great experience here. From the beginning the staff felt trust worthy and professional. They diagnosed the problem with my car quickly and gave me multiple options to chose from for getting it fixed. The end price was very reasonable and I would have paid more just for the speed and quality of service. I highly reccomend this garage.
