I recently had an excellent experience with Integrity Auto Sales. After inquiring about a few different vehicles, I worked with Matt, who was fantastic from the start. Initially, I was just window shopping and unsure of my budget or when I would be ready to purchase, but Matt was incredibly patient and informative throughout the process.
I even asked him which vehicle he would 'choose for his own daughter,' and it was clear he genuinely cares about his clients’ needs. Out of all the dealership salespeople I’ve encountered, Matt stands out as the most laid-back, honest, and personable. From our first interaction to the final purchase, everything went smoothly—I truly can’t complain about anything!
Matt went above and beyond, holding a vehicle for me and even arranging delivery. I sincerely hope Integrity Auto Sales keeps him around for a long time! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle; my experience was truly wonderful!
Bought a few vehicles off this company. Always within budget, I know exactly what I'm getting. I ll forever return, normally buying the cheapest on the lot. Much respect to these hard working honest fellas!
Run from this auto lot. They sell salvaged cars without salvaged titles and they do fraudulent inspections. Just read all the reviews, all the stories are the same. People lose homes and jobs over this guy doing bad business. Dealing with Integrity Auto Sales has been a struggle. Purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe about a month ago. Was told the following would be fixed before delivery; Cluster, brakes and rotors, evap leak and I believe a water pump. The evap leak was fixed and the water pump was replaced when the vehicle was delivered about 2 weeks after purchase but nothing else was corrected. The very next day the vehicle would not start, a new battery was put in by Integrity. About 3 days after that, after only driving the vehicle twice, the brakes completely went out while driving, we also noticed excessive oil leakage and the fact that the ignition switch chooses when it wants to work as well as the fact that the lift gate didn’t work and the brake lights were out, the lift gate needs to be fixed in order to change the lights. These issues were brought to the attention of Integrity and we were assured that the oil pressure sensor would be replaced and no mention of anything else’s When we received the vehicle again, there were new brake pads on the front brakes but no hardware. We were told that integrity was still waiting on an aftermarket cluster to put in the car and was still waiting on the parts for the Oil Pressure Sensor. That was about 2 weeks ago. Communication was never good to begin with, but now all communication has ceased to be. I took my vehicle to Oriskany Auto to get a second opinion as they are my mechanics and was told the following issues needed to be taken care of; A/C belt & alternator belt (both of which I replaced myself yesterday), front brakes missing hardware, both front wheel wells are missing, Oil Pressure Sensor immediate replacement, cluster not working, ignition switch, LR ABS not working, leaking transmission lines, new ac tensioner, new alternator tensioner. Most of which I do not mind fixing myself. The Oil Pressure Sensor and the Cluster was supposed to be fixed by the dealer and now there is zero communication. Integrity is not what this company has, they do not live up to their name and I wouldn’t purchase another vehicle from them, which is their bad because I had $6200 to purchase a truck they also have for sale but will no longer be purchasing it. I would not purchase a vehicle from this company. We reported him to the DMV and are dealing with the inspectors now, then we will be suing him.
Purchased an older pickup, had an issue after I got it, he took care of it. I'm satisfied with the purchase. Worked with Matt, met Mike; seems knowledgeable. Could work on response time for text/calls.
Buys auctions cars for nothing and do nothing towards them than put a new inspection stickers on the cars without a proper inspection and resell it triple the price they pay without fixing issues or even cleaning the car’s interior or exterior the 5 star reviews are fake are fake account of friends and family members of the owner to make there business star not a 1 like it should be
Horrible people that will waste your time and money. Dishonest, unresponsive, and shady guys running the place that will try and take every last cent from you while doing no work at all.
Terrible experience. I've had to resend my insurance cards more than once due to an issue that I WAS NEVER CONTACTED ABOUT . I called the dmv to find out why I haven't received the title or registration and was told to contact dealer. I contacted the dealer and was then told there was an issue and to resend the cards, ok did that. Now nobody will answer or return my call.
zero stars. My husband was all set up to go look at a truck and more than likely buy it and the guy said he was out of town. So my husband asked if Tuesday morning would work and it was all agreed on. Today my husband messaged him to let him know he'd be there tomorrow morning like discussed to see that the truck was sold. and with no intention of letting my husband know that it was sold. And we would of drove 2 hours tomorrow for nothing. Terrible business. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone if that's how they treat people. especially when it was in writing when my husband was going to come out. And it would of been sooner but this person said they were out of town for the weekend. Shady if you ask me!
