I should’ve read the reviews and read the reply’s from the business before going. the people are rude and have a very low business standards. I needed a tire rod and got a headache instead . But hey it’s a junkyard . So I guess you get what you pay for . Save your self money and time and go else where . (Lkq) etc. good luck to the future customers If I could’ve gave it zero stars that’s what I would’ve chosen
Probably some of the worst customer service I've had in Catskills. The person who spoke to me seemed to be the owners. I needed an auto part which they definitely had....but they just didn't want to help...it was my last resort after doing all the auto part places in Catskills and they didn't even take more than 30 seconds help me!
The guy answering the phone has a very ignorant attitude. Absolutely nothing to do with the hold or price and everything about the tone and attitude. If you're having a bad day/life or hate your job, don't try and pass it onto others
Called and asked about a part and the person who picked up the phone said hello I asked to get a price on a part I needed and instead of giving me the price he hung up on me I guess he didn't want to make money by selling me the part
The only reason I give them 2 stars is for their large inventory. Customer service stinks. I'm surprised they have stayed in business as long as they have with their unfriendly we don't care attitude. I would not recommend unless you enjoy being belittled and basically being told to go F yourself because that's their attitude. Thanks for nothing guys and sorry for putting you out! It won't happen again!
First time going here got some parts for my truck and jeep it was pretty quick and easy no problem everyone was professional and or super nice be back for sure.
Always had nothing but great experience there!! I'm so happy a few local businesses are still rocking & rolling and I'd recommend them to anyone around!!!
Don't go here expecting to get help. When you try to talk to someone, they send you to the office. The people in the office pretend you aren't there. Guy at the local Autozone says they are always like that. I am glad it isn't just me they treat this way. Stay away.
They told me they had the part but I needed to pull mine out and bring it there. Pulled it out waited in line for an hour for them to tell me they don't have the part now I'm out of the vehicle they were supposed to help me find one, almost two weeks no call back.
This is my first dealing with their towing business. They towed my father in laws car less than a mile to their yard from an accident in the middle of the day and charged five hundred dollars which included clean up fees that they didn’t perform. I will not be recommending their company to anyone in the future. I would give less than one star if possible.
Always helpful with fair prices .I would recommend post brothers to anyone looking for second hand parts they have almost anything you would need in stock!

If they know that it's a dealer part or that u need it asap they charge u 3 times the amount they wanted 40$ for one bolt dealer wanted 18 the gentleman at the counter didn't seem to care just said "u don't like it go to the dealer " 50$ for an alternator 40$ for one bolt def taking advantage of people who have no other way to get the part so I called there drove an hour to get there and they don't have the part I came for
