Absolutely phenomenal service, stopped in with Chevy issues and Mrs Kimmy was the biggest help I could’ve asked for. She worked with me for the better part of an hour trying to help find the right item for my car. I’m very thankful to have this business and someone so dedicated in my community, thank you Mrs Kimmy!
On 11/28 I went to AutoZone in LeRoy to have my battery checked and I needed a new one. The employees on that day were friendly
and knowledgeable. They had me on my way quickly. I appreciated their assistance.
Needed a new battery... brought my old in for core charge instead of returning later. Young man would not accept it, because I didn't have a receipt...how would I have a receipt if I hadn't actually bought the new one yet. Laughed at me...
NAPA, 20 bucks less and proper service.
If core charges are too difficult, why would anyone buy parts here?
After 2 hours and a delayed close, Rob was more than helpful in finding the right windshield parts for my car. He ensured that I had right parts & pieces to fit onto the wipers. He had even placed the wipers on for me after struggling throughout the day. This man needs this recognition and a raise if possible!
I walked in to purchase a battery for our ATV, there were two workers who didn't even take the time to help me even after asking for their help. Went to Napa instead.
Belinda Shawn and Dan.... were extremely helpful. As soon as we walked in they asked how they could help us. Shawn explained everything that was on sale and then proceeded to help us find all our cleaning supplies.... a great place to visit and shop
Was great until I learned I got a Canadian Chevy Tahoe...and bc I do..the American part I need is 24_$..... Canadian part...69$..why the what the how the _#@&!!!!!!!
Friendly staff and store is taking off well for a small town and crazy times. Store manager is very knowledgeable and seems to be doing a great job training her staff. Customers should also remember some of her staff are new and it’s their first job so try to remember what it was like. Hats off to LeRoy AZ
When you have to explain what a head gasket is your in the wrong place. Thankfully there is a NAPA auto parts right across the street that has a good staff.
