These guys were awesome! My car broke down at my daughter's doctor's office so I needed a ride to meet him there to get the cash and give him the car. I was running late and he so understanding about that, waited for us, even chatted up my father-in-law who was kind of stressed out because he was going to be the one helping me and my wife get a new car lol. I was hesitant to use this business at first as the offer seemed too good to be true compared to what the dealership was offering me for my car. However, I am glad I did. It was pretty simple. After filling out information on the website, it gave me a quote and I accepted it. Then I got a phone call to confirm everything and then a phone call to schedule the pick up and payment of my vehicle.
I only gave 4 stars because of the pick up (tow truck) company. They didn’t show up to get the vehicle on the day they were supposed to and they were much later than promised on the following day. But once they took it, it was done.
