We unfortunately had an accident that totalled our car. In all of the chaos after it happened we were able to get personal belongings out but completely forgot to remove our EZPass. I called Copart and explained what happened and they could not haven't been nicer. When we got to Copart they had retrieved the EZPass and it was waiting for us.
What a neat, clean facility and efficient operation! Great experience all around with them.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! my car was taken here after accident had to drive a hr away to retrieve valuables. they had took all my valuables out my vehicle and left me my floor mats, cleaning towels and my empty can bottles. what a joke. they have pictures of my vehicle after they cleaned it out as if it was their car. no dash cam, no cash, no sneakers, perfume and other valuables. somebody should be fired for this but of course when i came to do police report everybody looking around confused. awful business with awful and rude employees. they are bums who like to steal! make sure you DONT do business here or they will screw you over too. currently taking legal action as they thought they could just STEAL from their customers with no repercussions. good luck folks.
Told me my car wasn’t ready for pickup and then waited until close to tell me I won’t be getting the car today. Making free money off of an insurance claim and then they screw me. Terrible business
Drove there from 45 min away to drop off a car title and some forms. You have to check in on an app (which I didn't have and had poor service so couldn't download it) or on a website or by scanning a QR code - none of these methods for checking in work....BUT I was provided with assistance pretty quickly and was able to get in and out in a decent amount of time.
I live a bit out of town and needed to sell my son's older Toyota Corolla which he had at school in Batavia. Made a call to Cash for Cars/Copart and the process could not have been easier! Received a fair price for the car and they came and towed it away. Customer service was easy to deal with and they were friendly and helpful. Great experience!!
I won the bid on a motorcycle which said it had front end damage. Only to find out when I showed up to pick up the motorcycle after the auction, the rear fender was dented and rusted (not in pictures from the auction) the battery,seat and computer was missing that someone ripped out. When I asked to talk to someone a guy named Jeff came out. He just argued with me about the bike is as is and wouldn't do anything to better the situation. If it says front end damage only then it is false advertising. I asked who is in charge of listing info about the bike and he said he is. So clearly its their fault but won't accept what they did wrong and take money off.
BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! if I could give it a negative rating I absolutely would. ..beware
Awful customer service. So many rude people and unorganized. Very dirty and just plain awful, the place, the people the whole experience. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!
Customer service was perfect. No hassle. Driver called and gave a spot on estimate when he would be there to pick up the vehicle. Couldn't be more satisfied with the transaction.
As being a loader operator in this location, if you are in need of finding a vehicle don't be afraid to stop the loaders and ask us. We will direct you to the vehicle, if not bring it right to you. I made this review do to a recent negative review posted about customer not being able to find a vehicle. We cannot help you, if you do not ask. We strive for customer service, ask if you need help! Nobody knows the yard like the loaders, we have massive sale rows and cannot put all cars in one small location. Maps are provided at the front counter and loaders will assist with locating vehicles. Thank you!
My husband went to take look for a car at this location, Buy it now vehicle. Hi was given lot location by front desk staff, in yard he saw worker that pointed him where car might be located but at the end:" Car was not located there." He searched and searched lot and left very disappointing home, no one helped him to take a look at vehicle we wanted. Advice.... organize your vehicles in one raw so it is easier to see them as IAA auction do. Take care of your customers. One by one, stop what are doing and help.
Super helpful and curteous staff. Spoke with a few people and everyone was very helpful and willing to help any way they could. Worked a bit with Penny who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
