Easy in and out. Scale attendant is quick to scale and help with directions. Staff is friendly and efficient. Every time I need to scrap anything, I drive the extra miles to see Ed. There are closer facilities but I'd rather take the scenic route. He always brings a smile to my face and brightens my day.
The drivers of these trucks are part of the worst truck drivers anyway. They are constantly tailgating other drivers. One almost hit the vehicle I was in today up by the town hall. I was driving for the conditions and this driver sped up and didn't back off when I put my signal on. It happened about 10:30 this morning. Very unsafe!
Super friendly super experienced just absolutely super in every way aspect or form just bring your stuff here and get taken care of the way of business and the Scrapper should work! From deliveries to trucking they have it down to a science!!
Super friendly staff,very helpful, got loaded and it was over in an axle of my trailer,they were nice enough to work the load again,the dock is a Lil tight,(quite a bit of stuff around the edge of the perimeter, but enough room to maneuver
This company is a 10 out of 10! They are helping over at the Tractor Supply cleaning up the old location and have accommodate the needs to the team in a short notice which it truly incredible! Doug in dispatch is a rock star and I cannot thank him enough for helping me and Tractor Supply!

Been here several times always been treated fairly and good prices for all metals ferrous and non ferrous. Owner always there and friendly. Staff willing to help and even off loaded my 3K+ load of steel using magnet loader on last trip. Would rather drive here than other places!
Best scrap processing facility I have been to in the Genesee County area by far. Every area was very well kept including the scrap lot you drive on which was peace of mind (if you've ever scrapped before you know some lots can look sketchy to drive on). Transaction process even for a new customer was quick and easy. Staff members from office to yard are extremely friendly, professional and willing to answer all your questions making my initial experience at this facility a 5 out of 5 star. I'm in Geneseo and prefer to drive here than go to Metalico. Their prices are higher and everyone is a lot friendlier. it's easy to back a trailer into the area up front where they take care of the small scrap. I had a truck full of copper and aluminum I sorted into their different grades and came away with over $500.
These guys are the real deal!!! Easy to work with, competitive pricing, friendly experienced staff and even helped the entire unloading process. They EARNED my 5 star feedback. Can't wait to work with them again in the future. Other yards across the country could learn from these guys... a handshake still worth having!!!
Took copper pipe there today and they put it down as #2copper instead of #1 completely ripped me off ripped me off on the lead to i would never go there again a bunch of rip offs!
