If you have scrap, I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere! You may think you're doing local businesses a favor by not driving to other scrap yards but you're just setting yourself up to be scammed.
I called to get prices over the phone, then when I got there and got everything unloaded, it was SIGNIFICANTLY less than what I was told....so either a mistake was made or they have employees attempting to scam women and and keep the extra for themselves.
I have contacted them via messenger and was told to put it in an email and it will be addressed on Monday.
Let's see if they "right this wrong"

Most disorganized, least customer conscious "business" I have ever dealt with.
They have no idea what they have, where it is or if it will work for you and could care less about whether you buy from them. Customers are an annoyance.
Good thing their primary business is scrap. Anything that required the least bit of service or knowledge would be rocket science to them. Minus 100 stars would be kind. Go elsewhere, don't waste your breath.
The gentleman at the counter was very nice, he told me he did not think they had a 2010 Buick Lucerne but let me go take a look for myself. He was right they did not have one but I appreciate him letting me look.
People are rude and the place is not clean or easy to walk around. The best thing the parts are overpriced. I live local less then 10 miles from metalico and ill go to buffalo or Rochester before I go back there
Terrible place. Talked to guy about a part, said he thinks he has a couple out in the yard. Said he would call back NOT! Tired calling a couple times the following week and no one ever answers the phone.
I wouldn't even give 1 start if I didn't have to. This place has complete disrespect for veterans that are cancer survivors my father went in and asked politely questions they treated him as if he was being rude and yelling but he is partially def if you couldn't tell he is disabled I don't know what wouldn't give it away maybe his missing eye or hearing aids don't worry he won't be back
Bad service.no customer service skills . The guy in front counter doesn’t know how to have a civil discussion he does not like when you ask him questions that make sense .constantly acting to show who’s the boss .
This is a red neck rat hole! Not worth the gas to get here. Slop, mud and weeds smattered through out the entire unorganized mess. Includes getting hassled from the "kid" that couldn't take his nose out of his phone.

they are not polite at all. If you have heavy tools with you, it will be very hard to carry them in the yard. You are allowed only to walk in there. They care less if they sell you the part or not.
