I provided my credit card to Gold N'Times for payment of shipping. I was not informed that Eric Helenbrook was the 3rd party shipper. I did not authorize Gold N'Times to share my card info with Helenbrook. Helenbrook charged my card $67.50 for a single 29x19x13 box weighing 16 lbs. He DID NOT contact me to authorize this charge, and I would have refused it because it's excessive. USPS could have shipped the items in question for less than $40 (2 boxes, USPS Ground Advantage - 14x14x9, 10 lbs; 30x6x6, 6 lbs).
Do NOT trust Helenbrook or Gold N'Times Auctions. Failure to obtain authorization is FRAUD.
Eric Helenbrook answers the phone himself, listens attentively then offers to do whatever he is able to satisfy his customers' needs. Mine was a pair of seat back anchors for a late model Volve 240 wagon. The price was very fair and the parts arrived here in Ontario, Canada within two days. Very well packed and exactly as ordered. Eric's follow-up service to a couple of questions was equally professional. All-in-all a good company to do business with.
