Only gonna give 4 stars cause, unfortunately, we didn't get to tour the whole campus, our fault, not theirs. But the experience we had was 5 star worthy. My daughter is looking at Colleges, and Paul Smith is one of her top choices. The Saturday open house was very informative, She's interested in a business degree and pairing that with a culinary/baking degree. They had great activities for the current students and for the guests to partake in. Hoping she may want to visit in warmer weather so we can walk the grounds and tour more of the complex. She is very excited about the possibilities. I know if I would of known Paul Smith existed when I was coming out of High school, they would of been a top choice college for me also.

Great school and atmosphere. Your experience is what you make of it, plenty of opportunity but it’s up to you to take them. I have thoroughly enjoyed attending college here and meeting my best friends!

Graduated with my bachelors in Environmental Science. The college will be good to you if you put forward effort. There’s always bad eggs and every college has them. Some of these reviews are inconsiderate. I loved it and I’m doing something with my life after. GO SMITS.

Paul Smith's is not only beautiful (if you've ever listened to a loon calling while looking across the lake at St. Regis Mtn., you know what I mean), but it has given me a wonderful community to be a part of. From day one, I have felt the camaraderie and openness that the college fosters, not just in its students, but in their faculty and staff as well.

Beautiful campus! PSC students are kind, gritty, and hardworking. Come breathe some fresh Adirondack air! Don't sleep on the Paul Smith's College VIC, this is a must check out if you enjoy beautiful trails and getting out in mother nature :)

Mid 80's grad. Absolutely gorgeous campus, fantastic education. Went there to study hospitality and culinary. 30plus years later still in industry thanks to the foundation they gave me. Thank you PSC.

Paul Smith's College is a phenomenal school if you love the great outdoors! You receive an educational experience surrounded by the gorgeous Adirondack Park with lakes, rivers, mountains and forests. Take advantage of fishing, hiking, skiing, climbing and so much more. Graduates have gone on to be some of the most respected and knowledgeable professionals in their chosen field.

This small, isolated college in the Adirondacks offers a beautifully scenic venue, college dorm-style housing, and wonderful food. Perfect for paddling.

Campus is pretty. There is a problem with the culture. Harrassment is dealt with very poorly. There isn't a respectful and diverse environment. Poor quality of education

Paul Smiths college is the WORST! I have paid 30,000.00 to them and have nothing to show. Passed all my courses. 99% job placement was a joke. sub par teachers and highly influanced on taking money. I do not advise anyone to go here. It is not worth the headache.

Wish I would have went to a different college. Teachers like to be fired halfway through the year and then the school flunks you and doesn't refund you. Go attend a better college when looking into forestry schools, or culinary. Sodexo food system is a joke on the campus.

Amazing outdoor and environmentally centered knowledge school. In the right location and also solidly attached to the realities of the modern world. A very worthwhile place to visit if in The Adirondacks! Looking back 40 years, found myself wishing i had chosen Paul Smith's

Was a Forestry student in 1973, and spent 3 semesters there. Then I found out that I didn't care for Forestry. But I loves the school and the Professors. When I went home, I became a New York City Firefighter. But I did continue my education, and now have aMasters degree in Fire Protection Management. And I do remember from my Dendrology classes, how to identify various classes of Trees.
