I was traveling for work when I got into a car accident. I was in a rent a car and the rental car services said they weren't responsible for my stuff. Lauzon's was able to remove my stuff and held onto them securely until I was able to travel back out there. This location was three hours away so it took two weeks to get back out there.
My wife took my F550 dump truck to this company for a NYS inspection. She said that the business was extremely clean and tidy with very professional staff. Everyone was very polite and friendly. She said that they were all very nice people.
I normally work on my own vehicles. Myself or my wife. Three hours into our move I blew a tire on the truck, the trailer ended up pulling the truck and I totalled my truck leaving us with no stuff and one car. Lots of work and help later we made our move to Malone. That is when this happened....
I was driving down the highway on my daughter's birthday when the car died. Accidents happen and my wife forgot to put the hold down back on for the battery. Welp on top of that we had just moved to Malone and we are very short on cash. The fine people here helped us out! They got the part ordered, sured up the cables and inspected it making sure we are NY legal ready to be registered! Next time I need some work done on my ride it is going back here.
I can't recommend Lauazon's enough. I ran into a niche technical issue with my Volvo when passing through, and they spent hours figuring out the problem (where other mechanics might have told.me to go to a dealer). Despite having a busy work day they managed to get me back on my way so I could avoid spending the night. Thank you!
I bought a car for 9000 dollars and brought it home. Right away, the battery died so they came and charged it, drove it into the city, and the battery died again charged it. They put a new battery in it, my radio won’t set the tire pressure mount system light is on consistently. They wanted me to put 1000 miles on it. I can’t even get 100 miles on it without something going wrong with it so it won’t be long before I get a hold of the lemon law
I have to give these guys 5 stars. We ordered tires from Wal-Mart and made the appointment to have them installed there. We got there and they could not get the lug bolts off. Apparently, Wal-Mart is not allowed to have powerful enough equipment due to liability. This is unsettling. They suggested Lauzon's. We needed to have this done the same day. I called Lauzon's at 12:30 pm. They fit us in at 2:00 pm. They got the bolts off and new tires installed by 4:00 pm. They were understanding, throurgh, and professional. I would have paid any amount of money because we were in a pinch, but it was reasonably priced. Thank you, thank you Lauzon's!!!
I’m so very impressed with the entire Lauzon’s operation. I called to setup towing a derelict fifth wheel RV from a seasonal campground. They scheduled the tow for the very next afternoon. The tow operator arrived and set himself to work lowering his tractor type truck the able to hook onto this old RV. There was an issue with the front landing gear not retracting and he found the manual extension rod. Using an adjustable wrench, he retracted the land sufficiently to be able to tow the RV to a recycling address. Using secondary roads and slow but steady speed, the tow was completed and the RV delivered to the recycler. The driver/operator went out of his way to make sure the tow was done safely and completely. The office staff were very cordial and competent. They quickly advised me of the towing costs, which were quite reasonable, and took the payment. I would definitely recommend this company for your towing needs.
I've been a customer since the highway assistance folks sent their tow truck to get us off the road too many years ago. They are honest, skilled and thoughtful.
First time took our mini to Lauzon’s couldn’t find any garage around us that could get the engine light off. They did it! They are efficient, present a clean positive work space and very reasonable rates. This is where we will go from now on….
Honest, dependable, great at what they do. I have all my work done there, and have purchased a vehicle at Lauzon's. I have had only tremendously positive experiences at Lauzon's.
When I totalled my car they came quickly gave me a ride back to there yard and allowed me to stay and wait for a ride after they closed so I could unload my car entirely packed with all I owned... I'm grateful for that at least I needed the compassion that day
Incredibly kind staff, fast work, reasonable prices. Nice to see a shop that takes great care of others vehicles and ensures safety prior to returning the vehicle to the owner.
Went there to purchase a Volvo. Had cash in hand,but the staff told me that the vehicle needed a part and it would be a week before I could make the purchase and they would call me when ready. After a week I called them and they had sold the vehicle without ever telling me it was ready for purchase. I felt lied to and like I had the exact vehicle I needed sold out from under me. I don't trust this facility and if this is how they treat customers, I'm glad I didn't end up doing business with them.
They towed my buddy's vehicle 20 miles in the wrong direction after his girlfriend had flipped their vehicle he gave them the vehicle for scrap and they still charged him $600 some odd dollars and he still had to give them a $150 cash. Absolutely took advantage of someone in a time of need I didn't have anything to do with this vehicle personally I just saw how they dealt with my friends situation and I would not recommend scrapping your vehicle to this yard. Unfortunately it looked like they took complete advantage of someone that was a little frustrated with the situation and they pushed price up.
Lauzon’s was extremely helpful! Staff is very friendly. I had a flat tire and was so upset. They came to help me change the tire and gave me options and recommendations for a new tire. He called right on the spot to see if they could order a tire and they called me right back and had the tire for me in a couple of days. I made an appointment that day to get the tire put on first thing that morning and they were able to get me right in and out. Excellent customer service!
Originally AAA said it was gonna be 45 minutes for Lauzons to come unlock us and then they said 30 minutes after the 45 minutes was up. And then lauzons lies and told AAA that they were here and they weren’t. After the 30 minutes were up we had to wait an additional 35 minutes.
