My family and I were camping down the road in Peru NY and noticed that we had a 30amp fire that blew which made the camper inoperable as we were dry camping at Ausable Point State Campground. No store in Peru had a heavy enough set up for a camper and it was suggested to go to the Napa in Keesville a short drive away. Terry was the employee who went above and beyond getting us set up with a new fuse holder, ring terminal and fuse to get us back to camping. Terry even went so far as to use heat shrink connections to make it weather tight. It is great when someone goes above and beyond their job to help you out. Amazing guys who work at this Napa.
We were in the Keeseville area for vacation. We're from Pittsburgh, Pa. On our way up we noticed some grinding as we braked to a stop. I knew immediately what it was but not having any tools on me I kept telling myself I'd just change the brake pads and rotors when we got home. By Thursday I just couldn't take it anymore I called the nearest NAPA Friday when they opened (only auto parts store around) to see if they had the pads, which they did. I figured I'd just have to buy the necessary tools to get the job done. After explaining the situation to Henry, he volunteered his tools to me to get the job! Terry was a tremendous help as well! Both are first rate guys!
Great prices they can get much get you anything you need they might have to order it but they get it, and their friendly the guy that works there helped out and put my new wipers on my car! Thanks guys
Great shop. The guys there are very helpful. Are always willing to point you in the right direction even if it means sending you to a different auto parts shop.
