Very bad experience. I bought a 2018 Honda pilot transmission . When they delivered it to Honda City where my car was the technician saw that it was
broken. Alliance took it back and send another one . When it was put on the car that transmission to was not good . It was damaged . Now my car was being repaired at the dealership service center Honda City. When alliance was contacted about the damaged transmission I was told that I had to contact the warranty department. It was a back and forth thing with. Them . I told them to go get their transmission and refund me my money . I had to be back and forth on the phone . After about month I finally received my refund. I ended up paying labor twice to put in and to take out and to put in a new one which I bought from somewhere else . Alliance is the worst . Never again.

Very good experience purchasing a transmission for 09 altima. The transmission was in good condition and was delivery promptly the next day. It is running smoothly and no issues so far. 6 months warranty provided. Their parts only come from totaled cars in accidents. There is this assurance that the cars were in good working condition before the crash. I will come back for more parts in future.

My husband needed an engine for his Highlander, dealt with Austin who was very helpful and honest, gave us a fair price and got the engine down to our mechanic's shop quickly. We had previously called around to many other places to find an engine, and alot of the guys we dealt with were rude and shady. Austin was great, A-plus customer service skills, our experience was a good one and we heartily recommend his services and Alliance as a result.
Excellent customer service based on my initial phone call. Got to speak to someone fast, no waiting or being rerouted. The guy looked up the info on the item I needed and texted my phone a pic to confirm. Good price as well.
Yes they have it! I was amazed how easy it was to order auto parts, once Jerry had my vin I had a nice low mileage transmission ready for me to send my delivery driver to pick up. They have had every part I’ve needed. Great service.

Super friendly and my Audi A4 tail light was 100 dollars and yes they had it in stock so professional and cheap anywhere else 200.00-250 and wasn’t in stock.One place in New Jersey wanted 75.00 but it was a run around and it wasn’t in stock so to the awesome service thanks I’ll be back but hopefully not too soon. Was recommended by a friend and I must say that they are very professional. I ordered the piece I needed for my truck and in one day it was delivered. Yes I'm happy with the part. I really appreciate the way sales rep kept in contact keeping up to dated. Communication is key for me.. The color match is great. Although the fender has a pinstripe on it and my car doesn't, this is not a big deal. I look forward to do more business with you guys
I go to alliance auto for almost all of my parts, they are reliable and always get such great service and parts there. I just bought an engine from them for my mercedes and it was delivered the next day!! I highly recommend if you're looking for quality parts and service.
They were courteous and eager to help. The sales person (Carlos) located the part I was looking for and promised to have ready the next morning by 8am. (It was not immediately available in the store.) True to his work it was available for pickup at 8 am as he promised. I was able to fix my problem and still make my 11am commitment.
We ordered transmission and engine on Friday they offer us for Saturday and it arrived on Saturday then they tell you for Tuesday. Be alert when you order in this place do not comply with what is offered
