Rick at the wolcott location was great. I got a new silverado from there and he was very helpful. He made everything very quick and easy. Even printed out some pictures for my kid to color at the table while we did paperwork. Over all it was a great experience buying a vehicle there.

I hate car shopping. Car salespeople are the worst! They call you and hound you 1,000 times a day, making the experience stressful. Not with Wolcott though! Evan was a pleasure to work with. He worked hard to get me in the van that I wanted. He didn’t hound me yet responded quickly when I reached out. He set everything up for me and explained it in great detail. It was a relaxing experience and I will be going there again for my next vehicle. It’s an hour away but worth every mile.

Patrick & Evan were awesome! We bought my son his first car today & we couldn’t be more happy with the experience. We knew what we wanted, they didn’t try to get anymore money out of us & they didn’t push ANY extra on us as well! What a wonderful experience for my family. I’m very thankful my son saw what a buying experience is supposed to look like!

Please stay far away from this shop, if you purchase a car through them, have it looked over thoroughly. Me and my family purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado 5.3 from Auto Outlets in Webster, NY on April 21, 2023. My 2nd day driving the truck my right side passenger brake light fell out. I fixed it. Within a month of me having this truck, my AC was not working and I was having transmission issues, my wheels were locked up while me and my family were were in the middle of moving to a new house.. I have texts from me contacting Keenan located at Webster Auto Outlets about these issues in the first month. he was very helpful. He recommended Auto Outlets in Wolcott because they have their own shop and they do not. I explained the issues I had going on, it took about 3 appointments for them to fix my ac, I had multiple appointments over this time span for them to inspect the transmission, I told them that my trailer gain system would keep coming on the dash at random points, I told them how the truck almost locked up in traffic. They never had any solution's, it was always "we will take a look at it", "They can't get the truck to imitate what I'm describing", and one mechanic even told me it was normal for those trucks. Dakota at the front desk at Auto Outlets in Wolcott was helpful the best he could be. On March 15, 2025 I did a ride along with the mechanic and he acknowledged that it was definitely something wrong with the transmission(after me dealing with this since I've had the truck) and said they would drop the pan and if they saw shavings they would put in a warranty claim. They did all of that and gave me a nice beater 4 door sedan rental in replace of my truck that I didn't have for over 2 weeks that I use for work. Once I got my truck back, I knew my warranty was going to be up by the next time I needed work done and I never looked back. There is a lack of customer service when it comes to certain people you speak to located there, especially the woman located in the shop department. They are there to the bare minimum when it comes to the services they offer. You have to pry and dig, at least that was my experience up until I had the mechanic acknowledge the transmission issue. That was the last time I went to Auto-Outlets, about 2.5 months ago the lifters failed in my truck and I needed to replace the engine. I had that done, and now my new transmission has failed after 17000k miles. I was 5,000 over the warranty miles and I was told I'm pretty much SOL. If you purchase a vehicle through auto outlets you probably had a good service, but as far as the mechanical side, it was absolutely terrible. My lesson learned is always get a 2nd or even 3rd opinion. I've never left a bad review on anything social because I understand how much it can hurt a company but the service I've received has caused me so many issues, on a mental, physical and financial level.

I purchased a 2022 Chevy Equinox from Auto Outlets in Wolcott. I had some trouble with the vehicle after the purchase and I'm grateful for the work of John Shields and his team to fix my vehicle and make things right. These are great people to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone!

Zach Goodman was extremely helpful!! He was able to get us an amazing deal on a used F-150! Would recommend this place to friends and family looking to buy their next vehicle!

Zach was incredibly helpful and made the car buying process easy and fast. Even after the car was sold he had helped me with learning the car’s features and has helped me with scheduling the Zeibart undercoating when I had problems with them. He has incredible customer service skills alongside the rest of the staff I met during the process.

Out of town buyer. Bought a truck what appeared to be in good shape. First week of ownership there was clunking and squeaking in the front end. Didn’t take long for my mechanic to tell me the issue, which was also $1,000’s worth of work in the front end. Called Auto Outlets to see if there was something they could do for me. They told me to bring it back down and they’d make it right. Great. Picked the truck back up a few days later, payed for the service of what they supposedly fixed what the issues were. About halfway home I still hear the squeaking in the front end. I wasn’t turning around. Waste of time and money driving over an hour to even bring it back to them. Thumbs up for my salesman Patrick. Thumbs down for their service department. Lost a customer and future business

Josh Roger’s was fantastic! I am in love with my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. I have bought three vehicles from Josh at the Wolcott location and have enjoyed every experience. The first vehicle was a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, second vehicle was a 2019 Chevrolet Trax and now the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and loving it.

One of the better car buying experiences I've ever had. Our salesman, Bobby, was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable with our purchase. The communication was efficient, thorough, and consistent throughout the whole process. The manager, Dale, was very knowledgeable. I was a little disappointed that he wasn't willing to negotiate on the purchase price at all, but it was a pretty fair price to begin with (I just like to haggle). Overall I am a very satisfied customer and happy with my purchase.

I cannot recommend Auto Outlets enough! The entire staff that we worked with from the front desk, to technicians, to our stellar sales professional Chris, was AWESOME! They were friendly, helpful, and NOT PUSHY! Our sales person Chris was incredibly personable and great to work with!! He intently listened to what was important to us, and recommended only what fit that criteria... which this customer LOVED! I hated in the past going to other places where they try to sell me on features that mean nothing to me! That was always a quick red flag. He was patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. A++ Again, the entire staff we've dealt with in Wolcott have been amazing! They did everything they could to get us into the van we loved with a price and warranty we needed!! This place is great! these guys aren't going to sell you something you don't want! Worked with Brad on trading in my 2013 f150 for something larger with 4x4. came to check out one truck that didn't end up working out and they showed me this other one that had everything I wanted and was newer! Bit more than I originally wanted to spend but I really feel like I got the best bang for my buck here. Their service is great, had the trucks ready for me to see right when I got there and let me test drive both on my own, its much more relaxed test driving something on your own and without people in there with you (no offence!) just a cool thing they do there. showed me all the features and neat stuff about what I was looking at getting because I had never owned this brand before, even after i took it home and found a part not working they let me bring it back and they took a look at it to explain what the issue was at no charge. I would recommend you come pre approved, they have a pretty good reach of lenders they can put you with but you will get the best situation if you bring approval from one you like. I was a unique situation for sure and they made sure I got into the truck I wanted and got to drive it home as soon as I was able to. They also didn't try to downsell me on something I didn't want or upsell me on something way outside my price range, so I did appreciate that! Great guys, Brads great, the whole team there is good stuff, felt like I got a fair trade in and a good deal on my new truck!

I bought my 2016 jeep wrangler Sahara and I’m absolutely in love with my dream car when I first got it the check engine light kept coming on and it keeps coming on but besides that I know that auto outlet has done nothing but try to help me and figure out what’s going on. I truly appreciate the service manager she has been nothing but amazing and understanding and very accommodating! I know we will get down to the bottom of it and it will be fixed. They truly take care of their customers even if I I’m a pain in the butt and Call so much!
