The night before I was supposed to take my car in for inspection, I hit a deer smashing a turning signal and damaging the headlight lamp. Even on a Saturday these guys got me replacement parts quickly, for a price comparable to anything you'd find on eBay or the like.
Sold me a defective part. Cost me over $700 in labor then told me to pound sand in regards to picking it up and refunding my money. I called them every week for a month and all they did was lie and make excuses. RUN AWAY
Been ordering parts there for over 10 years never had a problem. Recently the employee that touted he has worked there for 12 years answered the phone the last couple times and was an arrogant prick because he made the obvious mistake. Not doing his job correctly. Great place to buy parts bad employee attitude towards customers.
I bought a 2jz from an is300 off them. I had issues with a leak down test on some cylinders on the motor and they were kind with excellent customer service. They ended up giving me a refund. Its unfortunate that motor didn’t work out but I would gladly buy from them again 5/5 stars
Don't waste your time, The guy acts like he's doing you a favor by picking up the phone, parts are not in the condition that he states. Wasted half my day to find this out.
I called today to get a price for scrapping a vehicle. They showed up this afternoon and paid exactly what they quoted. No hassles. We will use them again
Man I bought a starter from here is said fomoco on it so clearly it was factory it was beat up and it didn’t work after I asked him if he tested it he said yea waste of 60 bucks I had to crawl under a burnt car I had to get a good part poor place to get parts you’ll waste time here people
Was rudely informed that this is not a u-pull yard. Employees showed no interest in retrieving a part. Spend your money elsewhere, you will not regret it.
I live about 2 hours away, so I called a week in advance, told them I would be up on Friday, I used a vacation day at work to be able to go I work 3 jobs getting a day off is hard, thankfully I called in advance before leaving, in a week the couldn't get the parts pulled and tried to blame it on me, saying I told them a different day. Do not go to them, they are rude and flat out lazy.
Love Nuwer. The people here are always doing a quality job for their customers. Great prices. Lived in Holland. Take the ride for the part. You won't be disappointed. Just be Very thourough when describing what you need if traveling a distance. Very Nice people. Beautiful area.
Nuwer's has helped me out quite a few time's when I've needed parts and if they couldn't get to it they told me right out, So honesty is the best policy.
I have shipped back the part back to them, before shipping back the part tried reaching them from one week no response and after week Shawn answered my call and telling some part is missing which they sent me very rude staff. please don't order parts from them bad customer service.
Extremely rude on the phone, got a mirror was a grade "A" plugged it in nothing worked, opened it up and the wiring was destroyed then found out it wasn't even OEM.
They in most cases have what I'm looking for. Large scale operation, areal view is impressive. Not so much on the ground. Outdoor impressions are ready for improvement.
Have had surely phone people since 92.but they know their stuff, price pretty well, and have never disssapointed me. Better than most. Usually worth the drive
They sold me a $300 broken part I picked it up brought to my mechanic and he said it was broken. I called them and told him he said to bring it back and because his employees didn't write on it in there marker said it wasn't theres. So not only did i do an hour long trip twice i was out $300 and his solution to it was i could sell his broken part back to him for scrap, if I didn't need the part I wouldn't have just paid $300 for it and to offer me $12 for the part he just sold me is a joke. I even had the receipt of used my credit card to pay for the proof. I would've brought it back the same day I got it but they were closed which is why I called when they opened the next morning

If you're a car builder or just looking for some car parts this is one of the biggest yards I think I've ever seen I only seen a quarter not even huge isn't even the word
Terrible place very high prices and terrible customer service would not recommend doing business with them unless you have too some parts are the same price as new parts
Horribly run company with an incredibly rude staff. I want to buy things and you don't want to be bothered to see if you have it. Good business model. I spend over $300K a year in used parts now I remember why I don't have a lot of invoices from you.
Not pleased all around! Very long wait for the parts and parts were not as described. Have caused many issues due to their poor condition. Would not recommend purchasing parts with this company. They seem like a decent bunch of guys but in the long run I regret buying my parts here.
