Great customer service! My windshield wiper came off when I was near here and I'm not tall enough to reach the end to reattach it, but Zach was very nice and helped me put it back on even though I wasn't purchasing anything. I will certainly remember that the next time I need any parts!
staff does not have very much knowledge in automotive industry they sold me the wrong oil and tried to recommend me an oil filter for a completely different vehichle and one of the employes were very rude after i went back and tried to have something done about my engine failure they said that the manager wasnt there and nothing could be done id much rather see different people in there than some old folks that dont really know how to use computers. I WOULD NOT GO HERE EVER....
For whatever reason, this location does not honor advance auto parts online advertised prices.
I was told by a cashier that they are unable to honor their own advertised price, unless I purchased the product online. I politely suggested that it was a waste of time, And that it would be easier to just give him the money directly.
The cashier then told me that it “wasn’t a waste of his time”
And that “ They are really trying to push Internet sales”
To which I replied, “good point, your competitor will ship it to my doorstep for less money. I will go ahead and do that. Thanks. Have a great day..”
Carquest Auto Parts sets the standard for excellent customer service. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also patient in answering questions and making sure the right parts are matched to my vehicle. Their inventory is well-stocked, and when a part isn’t on hand, they go the extra mile to order it quickly. It’s refreshing to find an auto parts store that combines expertise, fair pricing, and genuine care for its customers.
FYI, this location does NOT do car battery install. Website and signage literally on the battery shelf in this store states free install..."most locations" in the fine print. Why even bother hanging this sign in the store if it doesn't apply here? Extremely misleading.

Nice parts store but little over priced for coolant and oil. If you want across the street to the hardware store you’ll save 6 dollars a bottle on coolant. Oil is cheaper as-well. I always come here for my needs but doesn’t hurt to shop around.
I was away from home and in need of a replacement part for my air conditioning in my car. The folks at the NAPA store could not help me. Upon some advice from my brother I went to this place. The very friendly staff were very obliging and eager to help me.
As they did not have what I needed they immediately checked stock at other stores nearby. They found it 5 miles away, had the staff at that store put it aside with my name on it, and told me that I could either pick it up myself or they would have it brought over from the other store that afternoon. That is the definition of customer service and satisfaction.
Additionally, the part itself was only $19.95. The Subaru dealership was going to charge me $80.00 and make me wait a week for it.
Cashier Mike was very uncooperative and rude when I tried to return windshield wipers that were in package never opened. Didn't have receipt but all credit card info on my iPhone of purchase. He refused to look up. I did read in advance auto parts refund policy this could be done.
Great experience walked into the store looking to get a battery, the worker instructed me that I can get a 25% discount if I order online right to the store. So I did that and five minutes later they were able to hand me my battery and I swapped it out immediately! Super quick and great savings
