Mr. Odell is very professional, knowledgeable and quick with his service. My truck had passenger door damage. He corrected the damage and my truck looks brand new again. His standards for quality service is outstanding. I recommend him for all of your collision needs.
I'm pretty sure I left a review last year showing the great work Odell did. I just wanted to post a second picture to show how much better Odell's paint is compared to the Honda Factory. I might have to pay him to paint the rest of my car with whatever he put on my hood!
Worst collision shop ever you can't call him out on his imperfections because he will get mad at you and if your not aware he fill your car with bondo you terrible you know that you in and out for a reason you work is trash after 2 months with a vehicle. I ain't mad you mad I called you out on all your mess ups

I couldn't have had a better experience getting my car fixed. My vehicle had gotten its front fender/bumper scratched up in a parking lot, and Odell not only gave me the best rate, but the quickest timeline. I even went to a secondary shop to get a different estimate, and it was over a thousand more than what In and Out was asking! As a small woman, shops often see me and try to take advantage of my perceived lack of car knowledge, but with In and Out, that wasn't the case. They kept me updated and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and now I have my car back as good as new!
Amazing experience. All around great guy, great prices, very down to earth! Was able to drop off my car when I went out of town and came back to a new car after someone backed into me. Thank you Odell!!
I need to update my review. Odell you really disappointed me. I cannot believe the work you do & I can’t believe you would try & play me for the 2nd time. The 1st time you didn’t even prime the bumper & the 2nd time you didn’t even use the right paint. I went to the dealership to trade in my car & they said it was a complete different color from what the car really is. On top of that it wasn’t even applied the right way. The finish wasn’t smooth & it affected the trade in price I got from the dealership. You lost me money & that really got me upset. I don’t recommend this shop. Choose elsewhere!
I had a great experience with this shop. The staff was super friendly and willing to come in on Mother’s Day to take a look at my car. They were very professional and got my car fixed within two days of it being in the shop for a very reasonable price. I was very happy and satisfied with my experience and will definitely be using their services again.
Odell was AMAZING! I had a run in with a FedEx truck and when I called I had a very short window of time to get my vehicle fixed. He got me in right away and was done with everything in under 12 hours. He made everything look brand new as if nothing had ever happened! And I can’t forget how kind and understanding he was! I didn't believe Odell when he quoted me 1200 after my hit and run. For 1000 dollars cheaper than the competition, he not only got me a new bumper, but blended the paint so well I thought it was a different car.
The service I received at In and Out Collision was FANTASIC. I was able to bring my car in right away and they worked so quickly to repair the damage for me. They were so flexible with bringing my car in and picking it up, and the pricing was very fair. They went above and beyond cleaning up the interior of my car as well which was not expected, but very much appreciated. I will recommend this shop to anyone looking to have repairs done on their car, they do fantastic work.

Great work and fast turnaround! My door wouldn't open after someone backed into it. Odell fixed like new and worked with the insurance company to make sure I had a rental car and everything I needed.
Took my car there and after spending $3000 my car came back no ac, door off track, missing parts and a broken hood. Took back to Odell who acted like he was too busy to see about car. I also paid for paint which he spray painted my car and refuses to remedy matter. Would not recommend this scam artist. The parts that were purchased was a door a light and a fender. I was then called and told to take down the review in order to have my car fixed properly. My ac worked perfectly fine before bringing in to change what was supposed to the radiator mount which was never changed either my car was in an accident which is why I took to a collision shop. I have pictures of my car before and after my car was in great shape before the accident and I did not expect it to be perfect but the work I received was sad
Odell was great. He fixed my daughters car and it looks great. He kept us updated along the way and was very professional. Hope to not need him again but would definitely go back again if needed.

We are from Toronto and were just in town to go shopping when our van started having engine light problems. We searched Google for the closest shop in the area, and In and Out Collision was the only place still open. I called the shop just to make sure someone was there, and Odell was the gentleman that answered. I gave him a run down of our issue and he said he could do what he could to help us out, as he was a collision shop. We drove over quickly as they were closing in 30mins and he came out to our van to run the diagnostics. He did everything he could to help us, not only with our vehicle, but also helped us find a hotel to stay in till we could get our vehicle fixed. I can't thank Odell enough for all his help and being so generous, even stayed past closing time to help us out in the freezing cold and referring us to who we needed to go to.
If you ever need body work done on your vehicle, he is the guy to go to!!! Just simply an amazing person!!! Thank you for all your help tonight!!!
I can’t say enough great things about In and Out collision and Odell. My fiancé and I were traveling through Buffalo on a road trip. We got in an accident on Saturday evening and it was nearly impossible to locate a collision shop that was open. Odell was extremely responsive from the start!! Odell had our car completely fixed (and cleaned) within a few days. The car looks exactly the same (if not better) than when we dropped it off. Not to mention the fair price (even when he knew we were in a pinch).
If it weren’t for Odell, we would have been stuck in buffalo and missed the holidays with family. Would recommend In and Out Collision to anyone who needs work done!

If I could give In and Out Collision 10 stars, I would. Back in September, my car flooded and water was accumulating in my car. There were no shops (including the dealer) that could take it in and told me I would need to wait 4-8 weeks. I stumbled across In and Out on a Google search and Odell was the only person that told me to bring it in right away. Since then, he has been incredibly helpful and I couldn’t thank him enough. He helped me through my 100 questions, with both the repairs needed and anything insurance related , with kindness and patience. As he was working on fixing the initial problem, he continued to help me with other things I brought up while my car was in the shop (cracked windshield, new carpets, etc.) with no hesitation. I got my car back a few weeks ago and similar to other reviews, it was like NEW. For all future issues that will inevitably come up, Odell is my go-to. I have told friends and family about the shop and I wanted to share my thoughts in a review as well for anyone needing repairs and such. THANK YOU ODELL!
I looked this place up online and saw all the great reviews so i stopped by and met Mr. Odell myself. He was very professional and thorough he gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. I dropped my vehicle off and was given a date and my vehicle was done and sparkling like new. I couldn’t believe someone had even hit my door. Thanks for great service and for being in and out. This place deserves the good ratings it gets. The person running this shop is very chill and honest about what needs repairs. Doesn't try to get you for your money like other repair shops with even better quality repairs!
