just had great service from Buffalo Towing. i was able to schedule in advance (already had a service appt when the car died) and it was quick and easy. i was able to pay online and then they got there right on time and quickly got the car on the lift and to the shop. would definitely recommend

I called this company for a tow and no one responded to my call. I received a text message, where I was informed of a wait time and price for a tow. I agreed to wait. Despite the promise of arrival, this tow company never showed up. I was left stranded and alone for 5 hours. No one answered my phone calls, or texts past the initial correspondance of having messaged back and forth several times about pricing and location. I heard nothing. This company makes the claim of being a ‘24/hr tow service’ but considering the lack of communication and the fact that my car never got towed, I would say that’s blatantly false.
I would never recommend this tow service.

I can confirm that I contacted the number listed directly on your official website, and I have records of the text message exchange that followed—including the quoted price, ETA, and location details. If, as you claim, this wasn't your company, then it’s extremely concerning that a competitor or third party would have access to your listed phone number and be able to correspond with your clients.
Either way, the experience I had was directly connected to the contact information you provide to the public. Dismissing my review as “false” or assuming I contacted the wrong company doesn’t address the real issue: a complete lack of follow-through and communication after an agreement was made. I hope you take this as an opportunity to investigate any potential misuse of your contact information.
The guy who helped me tow my car was friendly, professional and his prices for service were fair. Classy guy wouldn’t even accept a tip for a 50+ mile tow. Would highly recommend.
Mike was very punctual, helpful and on time! Kept in contact with me the entire time up until he made it to my car and even after he delivered it, since i was unable to be present! I appreciate him so much and will most definitely use him again in the future
Just when I was off to a bad morning Buffalo towing services came after one call and got me back rolling. Mike was super nice, polite, and understanding. I will be calling him next time I need services. He came in less than 30mins. And fixed my issue in under 5mins with a smile. Now that’s customer service.
Best customer service, very flexible as well as dependable, I know I bothered for a whole 24hrs and they still came through as agreed upon with great check in\confirmation communication great communication throught the first contact, from vehicle pickup to drop off; driver took their time and put care with vehicle with the pickup and drop off\unhooking. Contrary to what the business responded with - they did not give me a reason until after i posted my review. They also never said they would be able to tow tomorrow.

Buffalo Towing did a great job helping my son with his car. His car was immobilized in Fredonia after the key stopped working. I'm in Syracuse and couldn't help much. Buffalo Towing towed the car to the nearest dealership 60 miles away for a reasonable price. They were quick to respond to our needs and were all-around helpful and friendly.
I would definately recommend them to anyone needing urgent help.

I was going back and forth with a different tow company for over a week. Out of frustration, I called the FIRST Tow company that came up on Google and THANK GOD it was this one! Mike came out, assessed the situation, and due to a mistake that I made, he personally drove back to his shop to grab tools, came right back and got the job done so smoothly. Most guys would’ve given me a hard time with how bad my truck not only looked, but where it was parked and the difficulty it presented trying to get it out. Not Mike, he was courteous, accepting, and was able to lighten the mood with light humor. I can’t recommend this company enough! They’re now my first point of contact going forward. Thanks Mike!
