Working with Antonio G from Northtown Honda was an absolute treat. What we didn't expect was to have him throughout the sale process for the other dealerships as well. From start to finish there was little to no pressure at all. We weren't hounded like you hear about. When we got into a vehicle he just cleaned off and i could barely fit in the passenger seat, he met my discomfort with grace and we just laughed about it. Im not "big" just tall. Didnt want to hit my head going iver every bump lol. Communication was top notch and he did not bother or flood us with many texts/calls/emails. Ultimately, we went with a Volkswagen and at no shock, Antonio was still here guiding us through the process. Dreading going to buy a car again is no longer an issue. We were comfortable through the entire process. If you read this and are looking to purchase a new vehicle, make your first stop at Northtown Honda and make sure to ask for Antonio G. I can basically assure you, your experience will be a pleasant one. We will be back again in a few years when I decide on buying a new truck.
I purchased a used Pasat less than three months ago. Excellent experience during the transaction process, and afterwards promises kept and honored; rim repair, tires changed agreed during the sales process. And the best part is that an issue cured about a month after I purchased the car, and they did not give me any hard time whatsoever to take care of it. They didn't even charge me the $50 deductible for it. Ban, the salesman, was great, respectful, and professional.
I've purchased cars at several different dealerships over the years and this experience at Northtown was by far the best one I've ever had. No pressure, gimmicks, or anyone trying to sell me anything I didn't need. I got exactly what I wanted and nothing else.

From finding the car to test driving even the paperwork didn’t seem like a long process he walked me through everything was very patient and worked for with me to get what I wanted. Greg was great. As well as Raihan, who knew everything about all of the trim levels and showed me how to use all of the features during my test drive. Very helpful. Easy going, in and out, with a trade in and test drive, in three hours. Buying a car can be intimidating, but with Greg Achramovitch at Northtown VW, it was an enjoyable experience. Definitely 5 stars!! We worked with Michelle for buying a new VW and had a great experience. We had our choice of 4 local dealers but so glad we went with Michelle and Northtown. They made test drives easy and relaxed, and she and Joe worked with us all along the way! Michelle was really helpful and responsive and, even after buying, she continues to be!
My experience was NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I wish I had the positive experience many others had on their reviews. I went to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I haven't purchased a vehicle since 2008. I went in on a Saturday, I found a vehicle I liked. I did the paperwork. I advised the sales rep Molly I already had pre-approval from my insurance company for the loan. Apparently the finance guy wasn't fond of my insurance company and wanted to search other companies meaning pull my credit again, and again. I was approved by a bank to their liking I signed the paper work, and put the vehicle on my insurance. I was to pick up the vehicle on Monday as this was a Saturday sale. By Monday I was advised the vehicle needed a part. I was placed in a loaner vehicle for almost two weeks. No part came and no ETA, I was back to square one looking for another vehicle. This time more stressful, I had to remove the first vehicle off my insurance. That came with several phone calls. I selected another vehicle, the same style. I was told the vehicle was detailed and certified. Well I could tell it was not detailed. About a week later I closed the driver side door and the door came apart. I brought the car back to service. I was advised the new part had to be ordered. It has been a few weeks and I'm driving around in a supposedly certified vehicle with the door handle disconnected. While I was there for the door the service lady was nice enough to put a windshield wiper on the back window. There was none. Yet this vehicle was certified? I'm riding around like this unhappy in a vehicle I purchased from this dealership. Whatever happened to integrity? My experience is a SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS. I sent an email to the general Manager. No reply. If I could give half of one star I would for each time I am in my car and I close the door. Not a GOOD EXPERIENCE I am close to contacting the BBB and The NYS Attorney General office. Who drives around in a newly purchased car in this condition?

I've been looking at different 7 seating vehicles and wanted to test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Seeing this SUV on the lot is a great exsperience which makes you want to test drive and see it up close. The test drive was beyond great. Our salesmen Greg was not your typical salesman. Was not pushy he listened and delivered what customer needed and more. The brand new location on Sheridan Drive is beautiful. My family and I watched this location being built, and all the staff was friendly and took the time to help and made you feel comfortable. Not like they had too but more because they liked their job seemed very happy as an employee and genuinely knew their vehicles. I am very happy coming home the same day after just wanting a test drive. This is my first time owning a Volkswagen. I have had many well known vehicles in the past and this is my best. I love the Atlas.
My experience purchasing a car from Northtown Volkswagen was not only seamless but very pleasant. I had found a car at Northtown Volkswagen while searching on line that I was interested in. Greg Achranovitch returned my call immediately, but unfortunately that car had just been sold. I made an appointment with Greg to look at other cars, and before the appointment he had pulled several cars meeting the criteria I was searching for. My appointment was at 9:30am and by 2:30pm I was home with my “new” car. Everyone from Greg in sales, the guy in finance, to the tech guy who showed me how everything worked and helped me clean out my old car were extremely kind and personable.
I contacted Northtown Volkswagen to Inquire on my warranty because I recently started to have some minor issues with my car and I had found a Vehicle on their website I really liked. I bought my 2018 VW Atlas from them in 2020 and was impressed by the Service I received then. When I found out my warranties were up on my Atlas I knew I wanted to start looking into my trade options. They quickly and efficiently got me set up with an appointment to see the car I contacted them about. I live two hours from their Dealership and not a big City driver. Greg contacted me before my appointment to let me know he would be the one taking care of me, and he did just that!! Not only by helping us find their newer location when we couldn’t find it, but when the numbers didn’t meet my strict budget for the 2025 VW Taos he was able to come up with a couple other Great options. I ended up purchasing a 2023 VW Taos with 15,000 miles and all the options that I wanted with the 2025 Taos. I was very pleased with my second experience and will definitely go back again. I highly recommend looking up Greg at Northtown Volkswagen, you won’t be disappointed!!
Michelle (salesperson) and Joe (sales manager) went above and beyond for me. Never pushy, and nothing but assistance and support the whole time. I was able to get into the 1st edition Buzz! I was willing to get a rear wheel drive or non-first edition, but Michelle and Joe told me we could make it work for the one that was in the show room. I can’t believe there are still car sales employees who care more about the customer than just the sale of the vehicle. I can’t thank them enough. If you are buying a vehicle, and want to be treated as a human (not just a sale) please contact Michelle! Michelle’s desk mate was a pleasure as well. He didn’t work with me on the sale, but he made me feel right at home. Grabbed me a water when I was waiting, and I wasn’t even his customer. Congratulated me when I picked up the Buzz. He was just as excited as I was. So happy and thankful for the whole experience.
