A 3-week headache. I took my car there for a repair. Before I agreed to any work things went well, good outside of the fact that they quoted me over $2000 work of work and none of it addressed the issue I bought it in for. I express that the only reason I was there was because my normal mechanic wasn't available at the moment. I was told every other day for 3 weeks that the 1 part I was waiting on would "be in tomorrow" even though when I agreed to the work they said they had the parts in stock and it would be 3 days and getting updates was like pulling teeth. 3 days after it was shipped to be done they say they had to order the part. The part finally came 2-weeks later and all of a sudden there was a 2nd part I was waiting on. For at least 2 weeks my car was left outside with the hood popped open and at one point they told me they were going to have to break my window because they couldn't get into the car. Two days after I FINALLY get my car back the original issue started again, I have had issue with my other door (i think they"fixed" the wrong door), and the lining on on the door they did the work in is detached. I don't trust them enough to take it back. A valuable $1600 lesson learned.
I worked with Jack and Joe and they both were great. Very efficient and got me the car I wanted without all the hassle. I will definitely go back when I’m in the market for another vehicle! Hands down the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I've been looking at different 7 seating vehicles and wanted to test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Seeing this SUV on the lot is a great exsperience which makes you want to test drive and see it up close. The test drive was beyond great. Our salesmen Greg was not your typical salesman. Was not pushy he listened and delivered what customer needed and more. The brand new location on Sheridan Drive is beautiful. My family and I watched this location being built, and all the staff was friendly and took the time to help and made you feel comfortable. Not like they had too but more because they liked their job seemed very happy as an employee and genuinely knew their vehicles. I am very happy coming home the same day after just wanting a test drive. This is my first time owning a Volkswagen. I have had many well known vehicles in the past and this is my best. I love the Atlas.
The team members were extremely friendly and explained the repairs needed on our new car and answered questions we had thoroughly. They worked quickly to get a loaner vehicle and get us on our way while the car was being worked on. We received several calls to update us on the progress along the way.

Superb customer service. Last week I drove into the dealership on my way back to Toronto, where I live, because a warning light came on about loss of pressure in a tire. The service agent, Peter, immediately pulled my car into the service bay. After 30 minutes he came out to tell me the service guys sprayed the tire and checked it carefully several times. They couldn't find anything wrong with the tire. They inflated all tires to the correct pressure and reset all the warning lights. He said I should be okay. I asked how much I owe and he said, "nothing, have a save trip home." On the way out several staff members also wished me a safe drive home. I have never had service like this in my life. Outstanding.

My experience purchasing a car from Northtown Volkswagen was not only seamless but very pleasant.
I had found a car at Northtown Volkswagen while searching on line that I was interested in. Greg Achranovitch returned my call immediately, but unfortunately that car had just been sold. I made an appointment with Greg to look at other cars, and before the appointment he had pulled several cars meeting the criteria I was searching for.
My appointment was at 9:30am and by 2:30pm I was home with my “new” car.
Everyone from Greg in sales, the guy in finance, to the tech guy who showed me how everything worked and helped me clean out my old car were extremely kind and personable.
Northtown (and Nick) made our purchase quick and smooth! We knew what we were looking for and looked at their inventory. As soon as we agreed on a vehicle, they started the process. Most times, car purchases take multiple visits before being finalized. We were in and out by the close of business day. From our salesman to our finance manager, everyone was very honest and straight forward. The sales manager came out at the end and introduced himself and gave us a cute VW monkey to ride along in the car! I would (and already have) recommend Northtowns to family and friends!!
A few months ago, we needed to purchase a third vehicle for our kids, something reliable, safe, and reasonably priced. I contacted Northtown Volkswagen to Inquire on my warranty because I recently started to have some minor issues with my car and I had found a Vehicle on their website I really liked.
I bought my 2018 VW Atlas from them in 2020 and was impressed by the Service I received then. When I found out my warranties were up on my Atlas I knew I wanted to start looking into my trade options. They quickly and efficiently got me set up with an appointment to see the car I contacted them about. I live two hours from their Dealership and not a big City driver. Greg contacted me before my appointment to let me know he would be the one taking care of me, and he did just that!! Not only by helping us find their newer location when we couldn’t find it, but when the numbers didn’t meet my strict budget for the 2025 VW Taos he was able to come up with a couple other Great options. I ended up purchasing a 2023 VW Taos with 15,000 miles and all the options that I wanted with the 2025 Taos.

Following my previous car being rearended and totaled, I was so frustrated with the car buying process and wanted to give up— then I walked into Northtown Volkswagen. Everybody here was so kind. I met Michelle who was kind, attentive, down to earth, and personable. We test drove a Jetta and I loved it, so we talked with Josh, the business manager, who was yet another very nice and knowledgeable employee. He explained everything well and answered my (many) questions about the financial side. Michelle checked in often, answered questions I had, and made sure to go the extra mile to make sure for us. Even on the fly when I said I could pick up the same day she made sure the car was detailed and ready to go home with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We also met with Josh the sales manager who was another stellar employee who strives to create lasting customer connections. Great people and great experience, truly.

Michelle (salesperson) and Joe (sales manager) went above and beyond for me. Never pushy, and nothing but assistance and support the whole time. I was able to get into the 1st edition Buzz! I was willing to get a rear wheel drive or non-first edition, but Michelle and Joe told me we could make it work for the one that was in the show room. I can’t believe there are still car sales employees who care more about the customer than just the sale of the vehicle. I can’t thank them enough.
