Have always had a great experience at Jacks. They do great work. I take my car here for regular oil changes, services, repairs, and details. Never had any issues. Their pricing seems fair and they have quick turnarounds. The front desk is friendly and accommodating.

I can not say enough GREAT things about Jack's Auto Service. They really came to the rescue for me and my car! They were able to diagnose and FIX the issue within my car that had baffled other mechanics. She now runs better than ever! These are experts in their field, and (maybe more importantly) they are trustworthy, helpful, good people. I have to mention Linda (office operations +). She helped me arrange a tow (remotely), tried to help me rule out possibilities/ understand the issue over the phone (she is very knowledgable) and was so, so courteous. I felt like she made solving my car problem a mission, and I think that the overall curiosity + the garage's competency made it happen. The repairs were also incredibly affordable in comparison to previous estimates (like 1/15 of the price). THANK YOU!!!!
I had a bad experience with Jack’s Auto service, my key fob broke and they couldn’t fix it, but anyways they charge me a lot. Also it took them about 4 weeks just to tell me that it was impossible. Then I move my car and it took only one week to fix it. I left with a bad taste in my mouth; but they always answered my calls and that’s cool.
Have used Jacks a number of times, recently my truck broke down on a Saturday, they came and towed it to their shop same day. Bare in mind we were expecting a major snowstorm the following Monday night, they had it fixed by Monday afternoon,truly saving me from countless issues. I brought my Toyota Prius here after the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with warning lights related to the hybrid braking system. I took a chance with Jack's since they listed had "hybrids" on their website. I was worried about having the problem diagnosed incorrectly, there are a lot of horror stories online of people paying thousands to fix the same issue only to have it return shortly after. Thankfully Jack's correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it as soon as the parts were available. I was glad to see that the final cost of the repair wasn't more than the initial estimate. I've driven about 1000 miles on the car since and everything works great!
Jacks Auto is the best from the knowledgeable front office to the techs in the shop! I will never bring my car anywhere else.... if I could give them more stars I would. They never disappoint and they are honest!!!
Went here for a year with my old car when i got it. He inspected it before i bought it. From the start, it was burning oil way too fast, burning gas, no pick up. They only did oil changes all that time and told me to bring it in earlier and earlier. Pretty soon it's burning the oil by 1500 miles. Either poor or no communication from wife, Linda, who seems to be in charge, finally left them, and in 2 days it was driving like a new car. They literally put my life in danger by ignoring the real problem - it needed a tune up!!! Unbelievable. I also heard they try to slander the competition and spy on them. Such a bizarre and dangerous experience. Highly dysfunctional place.
I cannot believe how fast and efficient they were. I went in to get an oil change, two tires, and a tune up. It literally took an hour and a half! It felt like I was in and out! My car runs amazing, I will definitely be back!
Appointment made with just one day's notice. Friendly welcome and right away a mechanic starts on my Pathfinder's inspection. Comfortable waiting area with bathroom, refreshments, television and reading materials. Very affordable service and convenient location!
