These guys were excellent! We broke down over the weekend and called them for a tow they came out pretty quick had it loaded and towed it back to there shop price was very reasonable highly recommend.

I was having problems starting my car and I was half an hour away from my house but ended up getting a ride home and John was really kind and stopped by my house to pick up my car keys to see if my car would start and saved me the towing process and the trip to drop off the keys to him. I would love to take my car to them and have them take a look at it and fix it for me. They seem very reliable

This company is EXCELLENT! I was recently in an accident. I called Mike and he came to tow my car. Mike was there when he said he was going to be, he was very nice and thorough with what would take place. The price was great! If I ever needed to use them again I would not hesitate to call. Mike was amazing! I was in desperate need of a tow after moving out of the area, and he came out on a Saturday night towed the truck, stored it for a few days, and even towed it long distance to where we needed after not being able to make it to pick it up! This service was unbelievable efficient, helpful, and compassionate during a stressful time. The tower, who was in the middle of a non-stop series of town, arrived quickly, communicated clearly, and got or car out if a complicated position, taking great care not to hurt the car. Next Level is THE perfect name for this company. Imagine getting stuck out there under some crazy condition only to have a tow truck driver show up and add more stress. Well this is not that kind of company. I was submerged in water yesterday and Mike came out and made a horrendous situation very bearable. He was prompt, friendly and an extremely fair businessman. He talked me through every step of the removal of the car and gave good advice on how to handle getting the car disposed of. And even though it was all handled through insurance this man would not allow me to tip him. Don't make a mistake of calling anyone else...the best in the business is this guy!! Fantastic! I was on I-84 when my car started overheating and was undrivable. The owner of Next Level showed up within 25 minutes of receiving the call. He was courteous, attentive, and made sure I was alright. I will definitely call Mike if I need any assistance in the future.
By far one of the best towing companies I've worked with. Driver was very quick, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and looked like he put his heart into and enjoyed his job. Definitely feel like this is an honest company, hard to find someone like that these days. In the future this will be my first choice for towing any of my vehicles.

This is without a doubt the best tow company in the area. My car died on route 9 and I google searched for the nearest tow company. Next Level was the first shop to come up, and I’m definitely glad it did. Mike is a great guy, and he operates his business in a fair and honest way. That’s something that doesn’t come along often in the industry, and I fully recommend him to anyone in need of a tow in the area.
Mike rescued me after my car died on 84 W. on a Friday night around 6pm. He got to me within a half hour and before he got there he called Five Star Automotive to ask them to stay late to help me out. He could not have been nicer or more professional. Great experience from start to finish. Company kept in contact with updates and was very prompt with an arrival time. The driver took extra special care of my vehicle while loading it onto the truck, which could not be more important to me. The ability to take credit card was very convenient. Would recommend over and over.
Mike is a great guy and he really saved us when we broke down on Route 9. He towed us back to Poughkeepsie to drop our stuff off, then recommended a very solid repair shop in Wappingers Falls that fixed my vehicle without issue. Very happy with the service, would recommend to anyone.
Awesome service, highly recommended! Very fast, friendly & kind. They really take care of your vehicle & gave special attention to how low our vehicle was to make sure the bumper did not rub. We will definitely use them again in the future !

My car broke down by the galleria. Called a few places, but he seemed very nice, and the price was reasonable. It took him a while to get there, but I get that he was busy. But it all worked out, for he dropped a car off at the car lot, and then got me. He was super nice, quick, and the price couldn't be beat. I now have them in my phone, and will use them always.

If you ever have an emergency on the road definitely contact Next Level Towing LLC. The owner Mike is incredibly nice, patient, and honest. I live in downtown NY, and was in the area when suddenly I caught a flat tire. I called my insurance company and the towing company that they contacted took over 3 hours to let me know they were going to start heading my way. Once I called Next Level Towing LLC, Mike assured me he would be at my location in 15 to 30 minutes and he was there within that time frame ready to help. He provided great service and my car got home safe. PS: If you have roadside assistance coverage your insurance will reimburse you. You will save money & time. Thank you! :)
It was a great pleasure doing business with Mike. He is very friendly and has a true desire to help his clients. He helped us to get our GT3000 towed from Waterbury and he handled it with great care. He even took the time to push it into garage and he charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his service.
Mike literally came to my rescue tonight and I don't think anyone can compare to or top the quality of the job he does, speed to which he does it, or price!!!! My GTI gave out on me last night so I had to leave it in Newburgh. Now I absolutely love my car and I NEVER leave it overnight anywhere except my driveway but unfortunately I had to last night.. So I called late tonight around 11:30pm (I would've called sooner but I work long hours) to get my car towed from across the bridge. He met me within 30 minutes which is the fastest I've EVER had a tow show up for me (my last tow was maybe 5 years ago and I waited 4 hours on the side of the road with my younger sister!!) To add to that, I also have a lip on my front bumper which could've easily been scraped up, but Mike took the time and care to make sure my bumper wouldn't get ruined; he laid out wood planks and pulled my car onto the bed cautiously while watching to make sure the bumper didn't scrape. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate him taking those extra steps!! When he got my car to my house, he unloaded it just as carefully. Due to my driveway and the road I live on, it was easier to just unload my car on the side of the road and let it roll into the driveway, but I did a horrible job steering it in, and Mike even helped by physically pushing my car into place!!! Literally ALL this extra care, time, patience, and help, and he was so far beyond more than fair with the price!! To top everything off, he's also just a really cool person, very nice, and he was even talking cars with me!! I highly recommend calling Mike if you ever need a tow!! Again, I don't think anyone can top his quality, speed, or pricing!!
We were holiday shopping the other day, the car broke down on the side of the road so we called next level .The guy showed up very quickly and was very nice , he was able to help us and tow us to the dealership for a very reasonable rate. Excellent service Highly recommend these guys would use again.
My car had two flat tires, and it being Fourth of July weekend, wasn't sure I would find a tow. I also assumed I would pay an arm and a leg for it. Called Next Level Towing, and the gentleman was there, in a timely fashion and sooooo helpful! He was very understanding and made a stressful situation go much smoother then expected. He was also VERY reasonably priced. I appreciate everything he did, and if I ever need a tow service again, will most certainly be calling him.
