My family and I were moving from Massachusetts to down south, we broke down in Fishkill and called Alltow. Not only did the owner Renato come and tow us, he showed empathy for us. He brought us to his shop where his son worked very hard to find us the best possible price he could for a new alternator, he also prioritized our vehicle so we could get back on the road. When we picked up the vehicle, Renato showed concern for us and even asked that we call when we made it to our final destination. It is very hard to find that type of compassion anymore. I would highly recommend Renato Sr and Jr to anyone that lives in the area.
My moms caravan broke down twice during our trip from MA to NC. We were fortunate enough to break down 5 miles from alltow! Renato got us a tow for a more than great price and took it to his repair shop. They knew we had already been taken advantage of and helped us out when we needed it most. They got us a great deal on an alternator, idler wheels, belt and we made it through the rest of the trip with no issues. Cant thank Renato and his son enough for their kindness. I would recommend alltow 11 out of 10 times.
Rinalto has always been nice to me when I worked at Copart yet Brent from Allstate wants to make his life a living hell for no reason. He and Sharon from Copart call him racist and said he wouldn’t tow her car because she is “black” I promise you he is NOT RACIST!!!! Alltow showed up when other companies left me stranded for 5 hours. They picked me up at 3am and handled my classic car with care. Even offloading, he backed me right up to my garage and helped me push it in. Very thankful for Alltow and their courteous and professional customer care.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent experience with your company. After I paid the agreed-upon fee of $800 to recover my vehicle from your tow yard, I was shocked and appalled when Renato Pistolesi, the owner, demanded an additional $300 before releasing my car. This unexpected and unjustified fee feels like nothing short of extortion.
I understand that businesses sometimes have additional charges or requirements, but this behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. It is incredibly disappointing to deal with a company that would resort to such dishonest practices. There was no prior mention of any additional fees beyond the initial $800, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
I strongly urge you to review the actions of Mr. Pistolesi and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other customers are subjected to similar practices in the future. The experience has left me with a negative view of your company, and I will be sharing my concerns with others to prevent them from enduring the same ordeal.
AllTow is an honest and fair company that was a pleasure to work with. They were extremely knowledgable and amazingly helpful in navigating the minefield of insurance appraisal negotiations. This is a very seasoned and experienced company that looks out for their customers. Highly Recommended!!!
can't say enough about Renato and this company!! we had an emergency tow - after hours and he responded quickly and gave us a very fair price...also he had to deal dropping off to a location that had a locked gate and was able to get this car dropped off safely and responsibly for no extra fee - SUPER thankful for his help and service!
5 Stars. This Guy Knew What He Was Doing. Was Very Careful With My Car Even Tho It Could Not Move / Wheels Locked Up On Me So The Car Wouldnt Even Roll Which You Know Makes It Even Harder To Tow. He Did It For A Really Good Price And He Was Really Honest About My Cars Condition Throughout The Whole Experience. The Only Person I Call When I Need A Tow
My car got towed by the police. Is it there for two days and they didn’t even charge me to $400 For storage fee!!!… This place right here is amazing!… they are really for the people 20 years at that same spot amazing!.. I would recommend them any day of the week
2017 Honda Accord, father and son family business passing out very useful information to the community. Never have I come across a towing and auto body business that makes sure people know and do what’s in the BEST interest to them and their situation, because these insurance companies do not care!!! Renato, the owner is extremely dependable and honest. He was very prompt and came when he said he was going to come. He dropped everything to help me tow my vehicle. If you want a professional with years of experience, you have come to the right place. He is very conscientious and offers a fair price for the job. I am very happy with the job that he did for me! The Pistolesi family at All Tow took extra time to educate me on how to best navigate one of the more stressful events of my life. Renato and his son could have easily let me figure this mess out on my own. Instead, they treated me like family and helped me without even being asked. I hope I never have another accident, but if I do, I will gladly use All Tow.

Renato not only showed up on a cold night to tow my Tesla (after no other towing company wanted to touch it) he also stayed to help me troubleshoot and get the car to drive. The man had the patience to help me out WAY more than he needed it to. Other companies/people would have just come in ask no questions load the car on the bed and leave. But not Renato so if you're looking for someone you can trust your vehicle to I would say Renato is your guy.
Mine and my husband's experience with All Tow & Action Automotive was exceptional. They were professional, courteous and looked out for us in the process ... they were willing available to answer questions and provide us guidance. Amazing service. I called in a panic after buying a used car for the first time and realizing I couldn't drive it without plates. Renato calmed my nerves and not only towed the car, but also looked it over for me. I went from being completely terrified to reassured in a few minutes. I highly recommend ALLTOW.

It’s so rare to find a good honest person in this world today. Today we were blessed meeting the owner of this company Renato. My son’s car was stuck in a local parking lot and we only needed a tow to a Firestone just across the road. Our road service through the insurance company sucked. We reached out to this company. We called for a quote ( which was very reasonable) and said we would call him back. Since he didn’t hear back from us he called us and said he had a cancellation of another job and said he can be at our location in 30 minutes. This man is truly a man of his word. He came, rolled the car onto his flatbed and promptly and efficiently and professionally delivered it to the Firestone. We recommend this company highly because of this professional and personable person.

My daughters car broke down in the city of Poughkeepsie on a Friday during rush hour & they came right out made sure we were safe. Renato loaded the car in in under 10 minutes & took the car to our local auto shop. He was kind, caring & very professional. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Ronaldo is a good human who conducts his business with kindness. I was very thankful that he was the person who showed up to help me. He arrived earlier than he said he would. He quickly loaded my car to be towed. He made a smart recommendation to get my car to a dealership in the event that a warranty would cover the needed repairs. In addition to the suggestion and the destination for the car being towed to the dealership he drove me and my partner home. Exceptional service. My car was in a total loss accident and Renato and his son were fantastic helping me with the tow and to deal with the insurance company. They are very knowledgeable about their business. Customer service is top notch. They really care about their customers and follow up with them to make sure everything is done right. Being a business owner myself I know there are so many options for people to do business with but when you meet a business owner like Renato who really cares about their customers is truly rare. I was stuck on the side of 84 with a flat tire early on Friday morning. Renato picked the phone up on the second ring and was to me within 45 mins. He was a real gentleman and offered to help how ever he could, from suggesting which place would be easiest to get fixed and what was most convenient so I wouldn’t have to wait to get back on the road for work. Great people with great customer service, thank you guys, highly recommend!
