Besides the owner Dave being extremely rude and disrespectful to his customers they don't have an accurate parts database. Drove an hour on two occasions to be told in person they didn't have the part I confirmed over the phone they had or wasn't as described when sold. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache, aggregation and passive aggressiveness and go somewhere else!
I have a Acura MDX and I got stranded on Main Street Poughkeepsie NY. And Mike came to the rescue and come to find out it was just a bad battery. So he charged my battery and didn’t charge me anything. And the dispatcher was also great while I was under distress. Thank Redl’s
I have come here several times for parts, most recently a hood for an Infiniti Q45. Woman at the counter who also pulled the parts was very very friendly, funny, and helpful. Very fair prices and very organized. Huge selection of parts and they will communicate and help you find what you need.
My previous experience at this place was awesome. Auto parts for a Toyota Highlander. Got everything I needed. Give me the prices were reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We had a rental car that died and Greg came right away to help us jump the car, very efficient and knowledgeable, he easily was able to help us back into the car without a working keyfob, and he got us on our way quickly so we didn’t miss much our trip. All told once he got there it was maybe 10 minutes to help us get going again, and he kindly gave us recs for where to go in the area- really speedy service and the kind of helpful neighbor vibe you want when your car is down. I needed a replacement passenger side-view mirror. First, I called, and they quickly confirmed it was available. I went to the shop, and a worker went out to the field to grab the part for me. Best prices, I checked all the local salvage yards. REDL's get 5 stars for their prices, availability of invenftory, speed and courtesy.
Fast, friendly, comforting service. I stupidly left my headlights on when I got home and the battery on my fairly brand new car was dead as a doornail when I realized it many hours later. Within 3 minutes of calling for help I got a text that Eric from Redl's was on the way. Less than 10 minutes later he was here with his super cool battery pack and very friendly "we'll get this fixed up in a minute" demeanor. And it did take him just about 1 minute. He advised me to let it run for 20 minutes, gave a big smile and a handshake and was on his way. (Note: Since I was at home, I didn't need him to stay with me for safety.) The best roadside experience I have ever had in my life. Thank you Eric and Redl's!!
First time using this yard. Called for a specific part for a specific year vehicle. Great phone call, I asked and was told to come around lunch time to pick it up. Arrived when told to and was LAUGHED at and MOCKED by the condescending lady behind the desk who said "theres no way he told you to come during lunch hahaha" then the man I spoke with on the phone walked up behind me and said "I'd hoped he'd have a little more common sense than that, why dont you come back later" (no thanks, I rearranged my day around the time you told me to be here) so I politely said "that's okay i'll wait" and I waited 40 minutes until their "come around lunch" time was finished at which point a genuinely kind and friendly down to earth employee brought the part I had called for earlier that day, and I was out the door on my way.
The part was in excellent condition and fit perfectly.
If you're willing to put up with some high egos that dont value customers even slightly you may find exactly the part you're looking for.
I recently came in to buy a relatively small part, a taillight for my pickup truck that I broke. Both on the phone, and in person I was treated exceptionally well by the staff and they were prompt, friendly and the price was great. Thank you Redl's I will reccomend you to anyone that needs a great place to get used auto parts!

My brother went to get me a tire. He was given a price, he was cool with it but noticed a tag with a different price. He asked about it, received hostility, the owner got in his face, yanked the tire from him and the woman threw his money at him. Absolutely disgusting. He goes to them often, spoke highly to me about the business he's used to receiving. DO NOT GO TO THE.
