Cris was extremely helpful in assisting our company with the placement of a unique logo when we couldn't get the information from anyone else. Thanks so much.

Cris from Cadillac Parts and Restoration is absolutely amazing! She treated us like family and went above and beyond to help make sure our ’63 Coupe DeVille was finished in time for our wedding. With only 3 weeks to work with, she sourced multiple hard-to-find parts and made it happen. Thanks to her, our dream car was ready for the big day — we’ll be customers for life!

Frank and his staff were completely professional. They had the car ready for my fiancé and I and were very accommodating towards pictures and styles. The Cadillac was beautiful and made our engagement photos stunning. We received a lot of compliments on the vehicle and I would certainly recommend them to use a timeless beauty for any event! This was exactly what we were looking for! They are awesome and we are so thankful! Highly recommend

Wanted to give some praise to Cristina in the New York office for support and help assisting Bob's Car Tech with finding some very rare parts. She researched and got back with our company regarding the parts, alternatives as well as making sure we were informed of everything needed associated with the parts in question. I highly recommend using Cadillac Parts and Restoration for rare items. And ask for Cristina. Cristina you are awesome. Bob Bobs Car Tech

I wanted to share my experience with Frank after dealing with him directly to purchase one of his cars. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions and provided an honest and accurate description of the car. He was very patient with me and understood my situation giving me the time needed to complete the transaction. He also helped me with arranging a transport company that was very professional as well. And after the car arrived, it was actually better than I expected which rarely happens. This experience couldn't have gone any smoother, Frank and his crew at CPR were fantastic!

I went to CPR yesterday for help with my 1985 Cadillac. Spoke with Frank who's really friendly. He explained that he really doesn't deal with 80's era Cadillacs but still helped me out with an issue I was having. I was checking out his shop while I was there, really nice shop, super squared away and clean. He had some pretty impressive 50's & 60's Cadillacs in there he was working on!

Frank and his team were great getting me a hood for my 1958 series 62. They will be my first call for any other items needed to complete my restoration.

CPR is the only place to shop for anyone trying to restore a classic Cadillac. Christina is so helpful and such a pleasant person to work with. When trying to acquire those hard to impossible parts to find, CPR is your answer.

My fiance and I decided to elope, but wanted to have special photos to look back on over the years. Our first call was to Frank at CPR for your car, because we know his collection is the best out there. Frank was extremely accommodating as we arranged scheduling the shoot, and was consistently in touch to make sure all of the details were confirmed. The day of our photoshoot, was a stormy one - and wasn't looking very promising. Instead of cancelling, Frank went out of his way to put the car we had chosen, into his trailer and drove it straight to the shoot location (without us asking him to do so). He was so patient and kind as he waited for us to finish with the photographer, and even drove us to different areas to get the right shots. The car itself was in pristine condition, was absolutely gorgeous and literally turned our wedding photos into a dream come true. We cannot thank Frank and CPR For Your Car enough for the beautiful memories we will have for the rest of our lives! *Photos taken by: Caitlinn Mahar-Daniels*

I had recently bought a Coupe Deville from Frank Jr and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Throughout the entire process, Frank was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. He is undoubtedly a true virtuoso in his field. His passion for Cadillacs is contagious, and his authentic personality shines through in every interaction. It is evident that he genuinely loves what he does. Hang around him and his crew long enough and you’ll become an expert yourself.

I buy parts for my 1960 Cadillac from Cadillac Parts & Restoration for many reasons, price, reliability and integrity. But mostly because Cristina treats me more like a member of her family than just another customer and I like that. I trust her knowledge and integrity.

I’m so happy I found these guys. The last few family owned shops with excellent service and work ethic. I was looking for a convertible caddy for about a year and came across a lot of people but Frank and his family are a perfect and extremely trustworthy. I bought a car sight unseen and shipped it to LA. Honestly the car was better than I expected. Weird because in a million years I would never buy a car without inspection and putting eyes on it but Frank and family are extremely honest and made it a breeze. I’m extremely grateful. I love my new car. Literally spent an entire year looking and in a few phone calls and e-mails we wrapped it up. I wish I found them sooner.

I recently purchased a 91 Cadillac Brougham D’Elegence from CPR. I had virtually no experience buying a vehicle sight unseen. I made a phone inquiry about the vehicle and immediately I received a call from Frank. He answered questions I had about the vehicle. I decided to purchase the car and along the way, Frank provided a few other services to satisfy my specific needs. He arranged shipping the car to my door, too. Frank's services exceeded my expectations. He's very trustworthy. I highly recommend his dealership.

I Have delt with Frank on more than one occasion, on both levels of buying and selling.I have always found Frank to be up front and reliable even with his busy schedule he has always gotten back to me in a timely manner. With his love for these fine automobiles growing up in the restoration business, it shines through In his work, I've been around Cadillac's since about 5 years of age and definitely not an easy task sometimes sourcing parts, but Frank has always proved himself and continues to come through for his customers. And let's not forget Christine who has to deal with all of this as well thanks again guys Anthony

I had the pleasure of speaking to Cristina by telephone this morning. She is incredibly well informed, kind, and was so so helpful. I commend CPR for maintaining incredible records that stand up to the reputation from coast to coast (I'm in California). Cristina thank you again for taking the time to answer all my questions and providing such great guidance.

Cristina helped me chase down parts my mechanic couldn’t find to repair my 1968 DeVille convertible. She was helpful and knowledgeable from our first conversation. She sent me pictures of the parts before they were purchased or shipped so I could show my mechanic. The parts were shipped right away. Cristina even followed to make sure the parts fit! You can tell these professionals care about cultivating repeat customers by offering honest value. CPR is the go-to source for parts - buy with confidence!

I inherited my dads 1958 Biarritz just over 2 years ago and Frank has been a gem to deal with full of information, answers, suggestions and has provided both parts and reconditioning service on parts even from 1200÷ miles across the country.

I recently decided that it was time to sell my beloved Cadillac convertible. Frank was able to take my car in, take great pictures and videos then market it to the right clientele with great results. He handled all the tedious phone calls and emails and described the car honestly with his his seasoned Cadillac eye. I would highly recommend!

A great outfit to do business with. I needed a part for my 1959 Cadillac that was unavailable anywhere else that I had searched. After determining exactly what I needed CPR was able to make the part. I particularly liked the fact CPR would quickly respond to my emails answering any questions.

CPR worked on my 1976 Eldorado convertible that was in mint condition with 22,000 original miles. I have owned the car for 10 years and purchased it with 6500 original miles. Everything mechanical or suspension had been recently rebuilt or new before being sent to CPR including the engine and transmission. I sent the car to CPR, believing they were Cadillac experts, to have a few items fine tuned and double checked. I dealt with one of the owners Frank Nicodemis Jr. In my opinion, the majority of the repairs were deficient and the car came back with additional problems that were not present when the car sent to CPR. To add injury to insult : 1- Many of the repairs were unauthorized 2- There was duplication, and in some cases triplication, of labor on the invoices 3- Labor time seemed excessive for certain repairs 4- Charges that are not supposed to be on the invoice such as hazmat fee and shop supply fee 5- In opinion, some my mint interior trim pieces, which you cannot find in that condition, and the base of my carburetor were switched out from another 1976 Eldorado that was not in good condition (I have photo of carburetor from before it was sent to CPR). When I tried express my concerns to Frank he did not want to hear it and became agitated. I was forced to file a NYS DMV Shop Complaint against CPR for the aforementioned reasons. DMV does not investigate a complaint unless they feel there is credence to the allegations and does not issue violations, that are applicable to the complaint, until after an extensive investigation. After such an investigation the NYS DMV Shop Complaint Unit, a neutral party, found several violations. The violations were, but not limited to, failure to provide quality repairs; preforming unauthorized repairs and gross overcharging and felt I was entitled to a refund of $12,381.22 out of the over $17,000 I was charged and paid. DMV could not initially force CPR to make any refund however if they refused there would have been an administrative hearing which could have resulted in a revocation of their DMV license and having to refund the $12,318.22. CPR refunded the $12,318.22 , therefore avoiding an administrative hearing, and was cited with numerous violations that will remain on their permanent record. If I were CPR, and felt I was in the right, then I would have opted for the administrative hearing and vindicated myself. In my opinion, actions speak louder than words. Despite the refund I still suffered a loss due to having to spend over $11,000 to repair the deficient work and new problems created. All auto repair shops have to adhere to New York Motor Vehicle Repair Shop Regulations and every consumer should google " know your rights in auto repair" on the NYS DMV website. Don't hesitate to file a NYS DMV Shop Complaint if you feel you have been overcharged, the repairs were deficient, work not preformed in a timely manner or the invoice is not clear/concise just to name a few items and stand your ground !

Man o man, where to even start! Frank is simply the best.....last minute issues left us scrambling for parts and advice. One call to Frank and Christina and BOOM parts overnighted, advice freely and openly shared on how to do the repair without making us feel dumb or like we inconvenienced them. Professionalism at its finest, big time shout out to CPR for rescuing our car!

Christina from CPR is truly a gem! I found CPR online in search of an answer to our 1989 Cadillac Coupe DeVille brake issue and Christina was able to point us in the right direction. Although CPR usually deals with restorations of much older Cadillacs, Christina demonstrated knowledge beyond belief for many makes and models. She spoke eloquently and was able to give us much more information than we could have gotten anywhere else with just a phone call. I highly recommend CPR since they go the extra mile for customers that care for their Caddys and cars. Thanks Christina for showing us what true professionalism is, you gave us hope!

Frank has a passion for Cadillacs and it shows in their superior quality restorations. The attention to detail is incredible . Award winning Cadillacs is what can be achieved at CPR.

Everybody knows that negative reviews are often posted in the heat of the moment while positive reviews (well-intended as they are) tend to arrive late to the party……if they come at all. My review of CPR Cadillac Restorations would fall in the latter category as I too should have done this long before now. Frank Nicodemus Jr., his mom Elsa, and the staff at CPR restored my dad's 1959 Cadillac 10 years ago. Honest and trustworthy, they walked me through each and every step of the restorations needed to bring my car up to the condition I had always wanted it to be. Never the hard sell, I was contacted every time an issue presented itself and was encouraged to drive down to see things first hand. Every hidden and unforeseen problem the car had was brought to my attention and explained to me in depth on how it was detected. Truthfully, I was not surprised with the problems found. Even after 50 years of loving care…my dad was now gone and his car was succumbing to the effects of old age and wear. Elsa explained to me in great detail what was priority to repair and what was going to be my personal choice to fix. After all, the car had to be safe and mechanically sound before anything else could be done. Elsa said I could have a nice driver to enjoy or we could make her a show winner if that was the direction I wanted to go. However, either way...she was not going to put her name and reputation on a quick fix. So, when a decision was made to restore/repair something….it was going to be done meticulously and properly. Well, a decade later and the car still looks and drives like new. Having chosen the full restoration, Elsa restored the car exactly as I wanted by leaving just enough of my fathers markings on the inside to remind me it was still his car. Awards and trophies line the wall beside the 60 year old show winner and the cherished memories of my dad come flooding back with every turn of the key. BUT, my interactions with CPR didn't end years ago. I continue to check in with Frank Jr. from time to time and still rely on them come and pick the car up for service when needed. Why? Because when you have done business with someone you admire and trust.....you stick with them.

I brought my 63 convertible to Frank Jr. and was very nervous at first, you see I'm from Connecticut and there's no place in my state I trusted so here I am in another state leaving my car with people I don't know and I was nervous to say the least. Frank was very open and very comfortable to work with and I was given weekly updates. Frank went through my car with a fine tooth comb and presented me a report on its needs which I was able to pick and choose what I wanted done and was very comfortable working with his crew, and may I add Frank would contact me with any problems or changes before he did a thing. My car was there for most of the winter months as I added things to get fixed, I must say I've had many show cars over the years so I'm well versed to shoddy work and I was amazed at the detail and quality that was done, amazing job guys! I checked out many other cutomers cars while there every week to check on mine and I was dumbfounded at the perfection I seen and not only was I thrilled with my car when I got it back but I made a great friend whom I will have for life. And yes I will be bringing my car back this fall for more detailed work on it, thanks frank and crew for restoring MY standard of the world, it was refreshing doing business with people who delivered to the nines. Excellent, Professional & Honest I have owned and operated this restoration and parts business for 40 years. We could not be in business for this amount of time if we treated our customers unfairly, we have a very good reputation, stand behind our work and have an open shop to our customers. I am not computer literate enough to contact Google regarding Ms. Giameta's post (whom I have never met). I had our attorney write Ms. Giametta and she responded by asking for proof of the legality of the sale, I do not want to pay a lawyer to provide proof which she or any concerned parties can get from the N.Y.S. Dept. of Motor Vehicles. It is legal to place a garage keepers lien on a vehicle in NYS, there are many guidelines and requirements but once you have met them you have the legal right to sell the vehicle to pay your bill. Hadley never offered to pay the storage charges due, she failed to come to my business to discuss payment terms and she never objected through N.Y.S. Dept. of Motor Vehicles. During the many years that I knew Tony Colon he never mentioned a sister, his partner was Nancy Gonzales. Hadley Giametta only made her appearance after Tony Colon died to collect on his estate. Her attorney never contacted our business nor did she come in to see me. Ms. Giametta only demanded that I give her Tony Colon's car, my business c an not give and owners car to any other person than the owner unless legal proof is given as to the disposition of the vehicle/estate. We received nothing but a demand from Ms. Giametta to release Mr. Colon's car to her. I waited one year to get something substantial from Ms. Giametta before placing a garage keepers lien on the car to recoup the money owed. Ms. Giametta demanded that I do something highly illegal. Reviews are allowed to be written without legal proof, Hadley Giametta is in violation of the basic premise of reviews being truthful. These website reviews are shallow based on the fact that no proof is required, I know of many restoration shops that have friends write false good & bad reviews. Google must develop a better system to root out fake reviews.

This message is in response to a review written by Haydee Giametta. My name is Nancy Gonzalez and i was with Jose "tony" Colon the late brother of Haydee Giametta for over 27 years. Jose entrusted elsa and not her ex husband frank with his 1967 ford galaxy in June 2013 after his car was damaged and in need of repair. He trusted elsa because of her and her son frank junior prior work on his 67 ford galaxy that he cherished and loved very much. He and elsa worked on this car for years to restore it to its mint condition. He loved this car so much that if he could have he would have been buried with it when he passed away in 2014. Before Jose passed away this car was in storage at this garage and money was owed on it before it could be released. Elsa tried to work with Josés family especially Haydee after his death by calling her and asking her what the family wanted to do with the car but all she got was hostility and anger Haydee refused to pay the storage bill and when Elsa asked her for Nancys phone number Haydee told her that she was not his wife and it was not any of her concern as to what was going on with the car. Nancy did get in touch with Elsa months later to get the car but it was to late. The reason it took Nancy so long to get in touch with Elsa is because she was in the hospital almost dying. Elsa told Nancy that she would have made a deal with her to get the car but Haydee would not giveher the number as Hadee had the phone disconected. Elsa knew how much Jose loved that car and would have wanted Nancy to have this car in his memory. The family is money hungry and they are now starting trouble with people because there is no money coming from Joses estate and they are now trying to find all of his assets so that they may be able to claim something or sue anyone who may have sold any of Joses property which is surprising to me as in the 27 years that we were together his family only came around when they needed money. So please do not take Hadees review seriously as Cadillac Parts and restoration owned by Elsa is a really fine establishment and the customer service there is really great and they are willing to work with the owners of the vehicles they take care of. I only wish that I could post a picture of the car and show you before and after pictures of te work done on this car. Sincerely Nancy Gonzalez former girlfriend/significant other of Jose "Tony " Colon
