I have a 2020 Lincoln Aviator and I had a number of issues that other dealerships throughout the mid Atlantic and Northeast could not resolve. The last of these issues resulted in my car being towed to North East Ford while I was visiting friends in the Millerton area. This occured in 2025 and the technicians and service department were fabulous. They were the first to resolve a complicated issue. Communication was fabulous and I have not had a problem since my car was in their good hands. They worked closely with Lincoln headquarters to troubleshoot and powered through this. I can't say enough good things about this location. THANK YOU! One last note: I stopped by recently to ask a question about fluctuation in tire pressure and they took me right in and checked my tires and adjusted the pressure.

Many buyers don’t like their car dealer. We all know the pain. But they haven’t met Northeast Ford. In all aspects they are the un-dealer. Everyone I met by phone, by email and in person were not only professional, honest, and helpful but also kind. I only bought a truck. They treated me like I bought 10. Hats off to Northeast the un-dealer.

I love Northeast Ford !! My car broke down in Connecticut halfway between New Hampshire and Delaware on a trip to see my family. I was stranded and I called this small dealership and asked if they could help me and they helped me without hesitation. My car had been to another dealership for 3 and 1/2 hours the day before without a diagnosis or a repair. When I called this dealership they diagnosed the problem over the phone. They squeezed me into a busy week and they fixed my car properly. I don't think I'll ever forget the excellent service or the kindness.

Chris was helpful and knowledgeable when we bought our new car. He shepherded us through the purchase process and when we picked up our car, he walked us through the dashboard computer and controls to set up the options to our liking.

Went for an oil change and a tightening of a very loose negative lead on my battery. The service was done quickly and the waiting environment was very comfortable.

I just purchased a car from north east auto it's probably been a couple of months now I cannot say enough good about this place and I had been to many different dealerships where I went in and said this is what I can put down this is what I can afford monthly on a payment other places were pushy this place by far is totally the opposite I went in said this is what I can put down this is what I can afford monthly they are not pushy they are very friendly and helpful my payments came back lower than what I could afford the person I dealt with was Carter who is great but again they are all great in there we take our other vehicle there to be worked on now I highly recommend this place if I could have there name on my car to advertise them I would I went back quite a few times with the car with questions they don't get frustrated with you again by far this is the best place I have been to thank you all again Theresa

The personnel at Northeast Ford, were very professional and competent in helping us choose the right vehicle. They made sure that we understood how to operate the vehicle as well as explained the financial considerations available to us. Details of the intricate functions for this all electric vehicle were explained in a very clear manner. We cannot say enough for the wonderful staff at Northeast Ford! We want to add an additional review. When my partner's car had a dead battery, they came over and provided a boost. They would not accept any payment for the service. I purchased a car here for my daughter. They sold it without an inspection sticker. I took it back multiple times for over a month for them to fix the issue and.finally inspect it. We got no compensation from it. The vehicle came with only 1 key. We had 2+ yrs of oil changes here. All her oil was changed here and is on car fax. After 2 yrs I changed her oil. The oil filter installed at top of the engine was never changed by them. They drained the oil (hopefully) and then just refilled it. The oil filter was caped with smudge (this only happens when the filter is not regularly changed). The engine was starved of proper oil circulation. The car engine was good when purchased, now it burns alot of oil and doesn't run very well. I called and spoke with John, he promised me that the owner 'Lan' would call me the next day. Never happened. Its been over a week now. They're ignoring the issue. BIG mistake trusting this dealership. Only choice now is taking them to court (which is coming). I have 5 other children that are yet to drive. IF they had done me right, I would've done more business here.

I had an amazing buying experience with salesman Chris and finance manager Samantha. They made the process of purchasing my family’s first suv stress free. We had some issues with the SUV and owner Lann was the first to reach out apologize and work with use to get the issues resolved immediately even if the suv needed to spend some time in the shop. I would definitely purchase from the North East Ford team again! It was worth the drive for us because the level of customer service and transparency was unmatched and I felt well informed making my purchase. For such a high level of customer satisfaction and empowerment you will not be disappointed. I want to thank the team again for their hard-work and diligence assisting us in our purchase.

North East Ford Service is best in the business. Fast service done right the first time.

Horrible experience. While the manager/owner made an effort to resolve the issue, the service staff clearly didn’t care. Mistakes happen, but the level of negligence here is unacceptable. Being asked if someone tampered with my wheel and told to check my Ring camera was absurd. Claiming the vehicle left with all five lug nuts intact was an insult to common sense. Not a single apology for this failure—just another sign that Ford’s service, especially their appointment system, is broken. If American brands want to be great again, they have a long way to go. Now there is a chirping noise, which means they have left something unresolved or there is damage due to them failing to simply put the wheel on correctly.

I loved my experience at North East Ford. From the very first phone call we we treated warmly and felt welcome. When we arrived to see the truck, Ashley greeted us by name - and the best part was that the entire dealership worked as a single unit, collaboratively, to answer questions, to provide insight, and applied zero pressure. The communication was impeccable, personal, and transparent. Every single financial item was illustrated and shown, on screen, and this transparency made the process one that that left us happy - and even excited. I have never had an experience like the one at North East - where everyone seemed interested in making sure we were comfortable, informed, and happy with the truck. It truly felt like a team, and that we were welcomed into their home as valued guests. I highly recommend a visit to North East to meet Lann, Sam, and the entire team, when looking for a vehicle!!

In October 2023, I took my 2021 F150 in for service. I saw 2023 Red Edge sitting in the showroom. It just caught my eye. I had to have it. I started talking with Ashley, the sales lady, about the car and price etc. Long story short I bought the car. Ashley, Lann, and so many others that helped make the sale stress free.
