We were recently stranded in Carmel NY on Christmas Eve when our car broke down. We called our motor club and they in turn contacted Cars and Carts to provide the tow we needed. They were wonderful. They kept us updated as to when they would arrive and even provided very helpful information regarding where to tow our car which saved us a lot of money. They were professional and helpful and I would gladly recommend them.

Can only speak to the towing services here but- professional, courteous, efficient & communicative. Not sure what more you could want from towing situation. Would recommend.

I recently have my car got serviced here and honestly the staff is nice, friendly and will checked out anything I ask them. But the reason im giving them a one star is the fact that they made me pay for something that they broke and that isn't right. Let me explain; i brought my car in to get a wheel bearing changed and they did the job, but in doing so the broke my abs sensor and told me that it "just went bad" which i know that was not true. I brought my car in with everything working fine, no lights on the dash. Any way I just said ok replace it. When I got my car back, out of curiosity I ask the mechanic who did the job what happened. He told me he was trying to remove the sensor but in doing so he broke it by accident (which was understandable) but he then said "I was going to put the car back together and ignore the broken sensor and in doing so, I took the car for a test drive and I noticed the odometer was not working and your speed was not showing, so I know I had to replaced it". (That right there was a red flag) but I ask him if you know you broke it why is it that I must pay for some you damage, he then try to ignore the question and try to talk about something else. I try asking for it to be reimbursed or something he said he couldn't do that. I had a similar experience with my other car but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't pay it any attention. So after all this I will not longer bring my car back here. And if you do just to be careful and ask questions about you vehicle if something doesn't sounds right!

Danny is the man came threw when I was in a pinch and took extream caution with my vehicle and even though I hope I never see him again I will gladly call him when ever I need a tow.

Being broke down on the road as anyone can say is not fun . But I have to thank Cars & Carts so professional, and understanding had my truck at their facility checked out and repaired the next day .For a very reasonable cost .I recommend them highly .

I have a Tesla, so not the favorite car to tow. This firm not only was on time, but went way beyond expectations as the car was totally dead and this required an extra hour of work. This was a great experience and I highly recommend.

This is an excellent tow shop, Jay came out of his way late when they were short handed, had my BMW carefully lifted and got me dropped off in very short time. Extremely knowledgeable and careful, obviously knows his craft well and very pleasant. Highly recommended for local or distance towing. Thanks a million for getting me late on a deserted road, Jay!

We were out of town and our truck wouldn't start. Called them up and spoke with a very nice lady. She got someone out within 30 mins to give us a jump and get us going.

Cars and carts driver arrived promptly (dispatched through AAA), fixed my problem and gave me good advice on dealing with garage. Good communication on arrival time and location!

We broke down around midnight in the middle of Duchess County, and Danny from C&C came out with his tow truck and with his crew. He towed the car and kindly helped us find a taxi (no easy feat) and waited for more than an hour until we could get a ride so we wouldn’t be left alone on the desolate road. Extremely nice and decent guy.

Cars and Carts are awesome! Cara at the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable! I had to have a tire fixed and was out in 35 minutes. The second day they plugged in to find out why the engine light was on. They took me in right away and I was out within 20 minutes! Thank you Cara and the mechanics who worked on my car!!

Im very pleased with the tow that Jason of C&C towing provided.He went over and beyond as my bmw528i is a difficult car to tow.Jason took on the task head on with precaution and skill, while other towers left me stranded and wouldn’t even try…thank you again for getting my car home safe..

They showed up when another tow company said no thank you. They removed the car from a garage and brought it safely to us. Jay was responsive and the car was treated with great care. Two weeks ago Hunter came out from C&C when I called in a flat to AAA. Although this was on a country lane in the late evening, he found the car and I was was on my in minutes. Amazing service!

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Dan for 4 years, and I was so happy when he opened C&C! The guys are always professional, timely and work is clean. Everyone is friendly and no matter the issue, something major or routine, they deliver consistently!! I’ve had roadside assistance as well as in shop work. Their prices have always been great! I highly recommend going to C&C!

Nothing like walking into a mechanics shop and knowing some of the folks working there. And.........knowing they hold high standards and won't talk down to you because you are a woman, or a guy that just doesn't do cars or trucks and needs routine stuff done. Here's your place! My God! First time there! A friend recommended them. Try to squeeze me in all week because they were so booked. Got me in at 4:45 to do an oil change and inspection. had two people after me. So he doesn't just close at 5 pm. He closes when his customers are finished. Everything seemed reasonably priced. Did safety inspection also to let me know a few things. Said that for a 26 year old vehicle was in really good shape. Looks like they're going to be my new mechanics. I was going to somebody prior to them for 23 years. Lynn was very pleasant and so were his staff I interacted with. So far so good!?

I went to Lynn's last week and they got my car done very well, with very reasonable price. The owner is also very nice. After the repair, he explained what they did for my car. Definitely worthy.
