Honest shop with no-pressure salespeople. Definitely check them out if you’re in the market for a fairly priced used car.

It's a late Saturday afternoon on Valentine's Day and my car is stuck in a country roadside snowbank. With "Big Auto Insurer" saying nearest tow truck is many hours away, and the sun going down fast, I vaguely recall seeing a tow truck at Citywide Automotive North. Crossed fingers and rang the number... 20 minutes later Toby+Assistant have extricated the car from its cold embrace. I cannot thank them enough.

I was stranded in the woods and the owner was so helpful and patient! Really kind and reasonable price quote as well.

Unfortunately, Citywide North misrepresents the features of its vehicles. Currently, it lists a 2009 BMW 328 and, importantly, lists it explicitly as a manual. It is not. It is clearly BMW's automatic, and which no person who wants a manual would buy. Shame on Citywide for misrepresenting this.

Great people! We had an issue with our car, it turned out to be minor, and these guys diagnosed it and fixed it for no charge whatsoever. Use these guys! They deserve the business.

We were passing through town when a light came on in my car and we brought it in. The owner could not have been more helpful and courteous. He and his mechanic did a thorough check, explained everything well and were very generous. We could not have stumbled on a better place, we were lucky they were there! Highly recommend!

Toby was the best, they are professional and caring. He went over the details of the vehicle and the vehicle was clean and ready. They only had a few hours to prepare as I was coming from 3 hours away and they got it done. I told him a little story of our getting the vehicle and he was really compassionate so if they have what you need give them a call.

Toby and Anthony will get your car right! Had an issue with some headlights, needed to be looked at twice to finally understand what was wrong and they took care of it while explaining everything they were looking at. Anthony will fix anything you throw at him. Toby is one of the most honest mechanics you’ll find. Give em a shot if you need some repairs ?

I went there for my tire sensor to be changed. The staff was super friendly and they are fast and efficient. The shop was very nice and clean with classic cars. Thank you guys so much! will definitely be coming back

Fast, efficient, transparent, clean and professional. I took my car in after I hit a deer, well the deer hit me but that's a different story. At City Wide they were transparent and super professional. They had my car back in a week after the insurance company quoted 3 weeks lead time. They even drove my car to my palace down the road. Just trust them!

I recently had to call a tow company while visiting family in Millbrook. I called Citywide Automotive North who responded quickly and towed my car to their facility..their showroom was amazing with classic cars to look at while waiting for my repair to be done. Toby, from the office was knowledgeable and reassuring. Their facility, showroom and office was clean and neat. They were reasonable with their rates and made my experience with them excellent..I recommend this business to anyone who needs towing and or repair. Citywide North helped me out tremendously! After going to numerous mechanic shops and feeling like I was being ripped off I stopped by Citywide North to speak about some work I needed to have done on my truck. I spoke with Toby and Pete which I believe are the owners. They were able to get me in right away, kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their expertise for their craft along with their customer service is truly amazing. My truck drives like it’s brand new. I’m so happy they came to this area and look forward to doing more business with them.
