I was in the area from out of town and my brakes went on me. They got my car fixed very quickly considering the circumstances and charged me a very reasonable price. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. I would not hesitate to return here.

Great little local hardware store. Intelligent workers that know what they are talking about. Slightly variable hours with it being such a tiny town.

I had an issue with my brake line where I got a repair done but a month later the problem popped up again. The brake fluid tank was completely empty from a continuing leak. I'm new to spencer so I thought I would try calling Spencer auto and after hearing my issue they got me in to check out the problem right away. They were super helpful and found the problem. I was able to take my car to get the issue resolved for free from the original shop to correct their bad work. Without getting a second opinion from Spencer Auto I probably would have been taken advantage of for a lot more money on a job badly done. They definitely won a new customer out of me and I won't be going back to that other shop.
It always amazes me how you can go to a smaller local business and they have better pricing on the same thing as the bigger stores. Keep up the great work Spencer auto supply.
Tried to charge me 39.95 to check a code, literally just to plug it in when you can go to auto zone and do it for free, might be a great mechanic tho but helping there fellow town members with tiny requests is not in there reservoir
I called this place up because I needed brake pads in a hurry and it was the end of the day. The owner waited for me to get down there to buy them and I ended up ordering a transmission filter kit while I paid for the brake pads, to be picked up the very next morning. Great service, friendly service... I think I might just have them DO the work next time, I'm sure the quality matches the personality. Keep it up the good work, great job. 5 Stars!
Great place to get your vehicle serviced. Honest and fair people deliver timely reliable service. It is the only place we have used to service our vehicles for many years. Hardware and auto parts on site, have saved a lot of travel time. We have bought more than a few used vehicles here as well. Highly recommended.
Great service. Will be going back to them for any further work that needs to be done on my vehical. Recommend them for and major or minor repairs on your vehical.
The dude who waited on me was a little rough around the edges or perhaps he was just having a bad day ....you did have what I needed although the price was almost double of HD
If you're a small business supporter this is one that you definitely should get behind Marty the owner is a awesome stand up guy great mechanics in the back too this guys will set you on the road with quality work at decent small business prices (who cares if it cost 2 more bucks if it supports your fellow man) besides if you get your car worked on by them too you'll get that money back on what you saved not getting screwed over or lied to about fake damages on your car from some other chain unit
