Forty five days later between interval iterations, I'm back at another Staples for printer ink cartridge prices. After reviewing previous reviews, this Staples location is exactly how described which prepared me to be in and out. I entered to go to the lower level where the retail items are located. No comment for the shipping/ printing services as I did not utilized and have no immediate need. Customer service is attentive, efficient and welcoming as the cashier/server made many effort attempts to "price match" my printer ink cartridge attaining a lower possible price. I was prepared with my Staples loyalty rewards card and earned 67 points with this visited purchase. He suggested to return emptied/ used cartridges for recycling as a sustainable world which I admitted I "chuck" to discard such items for the inability to travel to the nearest Staples.

Huge thanks to BRENDA and SANJAY in the Copy Center at the Staples on 125th Street in Harlem. When I ran into issues with the PrintMe system, Brenda jumped in immediately and got everything sorted with such kindness and professionalism. Both Brenda and Sanjay stayed late to help me under real pressure for an event the next day, and I truly appreciated their patience and generosity. Outstanding service.

Terrible experience at Staples.
We came in just to print a few documents, but the employee deliberately sent us to use a computer without mentioning that there was an extra charge. Because of this, we ended up paying more for absolutely no reason.
When we pointed out that she had misled us, the employee became openly aggressive and unprofessional, instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to help.
The level of service was unacceptable. I strongly advise staying away if you don’t want to deal with hidden charges and rude staff.Dec 12, 2025 -
The BEST in the world. As a Systems Analyst from Wall Street and Wash DC and as a Secret Level USA security clearance holder the Lead tech Louis(sp?) and his immediate team member Katherine (sp?) as well as their expert computer sales team member Shyanne(sp?!!!!) are the very BEST in the world!!! I have VERY high standards when it comes to computers. I hope their manager Mike remembers when I spoke to him about this great experience that I had in leading my good friend to a new HP laptop w/ service contract, mouse, software, etc at Staples 125th Street in Harlem that his team made this purchase easy and perfect AND VERY wonderful for my friend whom I guided for these puchased items AND I told my friend this Staples at 125th Street was the best place in NYC to buy a new laptop computer with accessories. They all, these Staples employees mentioned here made a complicated purchase very plug 'n play. Thank you all!!! Michael from Hampton VA USA.

I had an Experience at Staples stores, particularly of the one in Harlem on West 125Th Street the sales person was very courteous very polite. I have three different types of email and he helped me go through every single one of them and found all of the products that I purchased on three different emails. It took a lot of patience and expertise and we got to the bottom of it and now I’m 100% satisfied I highly recommend Staples as you go to store all the stationary. Computers, etc.

I have been meaning to drop this review but “Breonna” I believe is how you spell it, well the whole team but especially Breonna behind the print area when you first walk in was PHENOMENAL. This summer I lost my grandmother and we were working on the programs for the funeral and she was so patient with me, so helpful, so informative and we went through lots of trial and error with the program (due to me trying to fix it on canva - then going back to the store) going over different things with me, but she was awesome!!!!! Thank you so much girl!!!

The worst customer service I have seen so far! I was standing on line me and this other men and the workers were in the back of the store! They basically ignore the men. I had this young guy help me with my return. The only one who was willing to do his job! I will not go there again!!!

The Associates at Staples in Harlem on 125th street were very helpful and resourceful. One associate pointed out that I had reward points which reduced my bill at checkout! Great Experience

I want to commend Sanjay at the Harlem store. He was exceptional , knowledgeable, kind and personable and hard working. He helped me so much. I am older now and a bit slower and he was simply wonderful and an extraordinary tepresentative of Staples organization

This one star is specifically for the print shop. They printed 400 copies of an order I made and there was a random blue line on the pamphlet that wasn’t in the PDF upload (I think their online upload portal did something with the formatting that didn’t show up in the print preview on my end). It was obviously not supposed to be there and they didn’t call to check like the other three Staples I sent the order to, they just got mad when I asked if they could redo it. This is perhaps the worst Staples in the city.

Do NOT return your Amazon packages at this Staples location
I returned an item on May 19 and it’s now July. I still haven’t received my refund because someone at this store failed to scan the package. That mistake cost me both the item and my money.
I called the store and they tried to blame Amazon, but Amazon confirmed the issue was on Staples’ end. The return was never scanned, so the refund couldn’t be processed. No one is taking responsibility and no one is helping.
This location is completely unreliable. If you need to return something, go to the Whole Foods across the street. They’re 100000% more reliable, I returned an item there recently and got my money back within TWO hours.Jul 10, 2025 -
The Daytona Beach store is superb. Julie is one of the finest Staples managers I have encountered in Florida. She knows what she's doing and does her best to help. Donnell, her assistant manager, is also great. Yesterday they worked together and went out of their way to help me handle an unusual situation. Superb on all counts. The cashier was also good, a new guy and former linebacker.

The people there are great! The only issue that I had with the store was finding some lower priced versions of what I went to the store for. I figured they must have been out of the items, but later I went to the website and found that they had them in stock. But I did not see them on the floor. Next time I will put in for a pick up in the store.

The cashier that attended to me (who doubled as an associate because no associate was available) was courteous, highly professional, and helpful. She assisted me to revive my Staples reward program account and helped to find the type of ink I needed for my printer. She went far beyond my expectations. Kudos to her

Imani needs to be retrained. She presents as unprofessional, disrespectful and ill equipped. She lacks product knowledge and competency. Needs to be removed from floor pending further training.

Came in to grab some supplies and had a great visit. The store is two levels. Top level is the computer stations & printing. Downstairs are all of the office supplies. They have a huge inventory with tons of items on sale. Things are very reasonably priced. Zeena was my cashier & was extremely informative & friendly. She gave me all of the information I needed for my label maker (batteries, warranty, etc.) & helped get my rewards points on the right account.
