I have been meaning to drop this review but “Breonna” I believe is how you spell it, well the whole team but especially Breonna behind the print area when you first walk in was PHENOMENAL. This summer I lost my grandmother and we were working on the programs for the funeral and she was so patient with me, so helpful, so informative and we went through lots of trial and error with the program (due to me trying to fix it on canva - then going back to the store) going over different things with me, but she was awesome!!!!! Thank you so much girl!!!
The worst customer service I have seen so far! I was standing on line me and this other men and the workers were in the back of the store! They basically ignore the men. I had this young guy help me with my return. The only one who was willing to do his job! I will not go there again!!!
The Associates at Staples in Harlem on 125th street were very helpful and resourceful. One associate pointed out that I had reward points which reduced my bill at checkout! Great Experience
My experience at Staples was really great!!! Cashier employee was very helpful and encouraged me to sign up for the Staples app.... in which I did. It was a quick in and out at the store. Thank you much for a great experience

I want to commend Sanjay at the Harlem store. He was exceptional , knowledgeable, kind and personable and hard working. He helped me so much. I am older now and a bit slower and he was simply wonderful and an extraordinary tepresentative of Staples organization
This one star is specifically for the print shop. They printed 400 copies of an order I made and there was a random blue line on the pamphlet that wasn’t in the PDF upload (I think their online upload portal did something with the formatting that didn’t show up in the print preview on my end). It was obviously not supposed to be there and they didn’t call to check like the other three Staples I sent the order to, they just got mad when I asked if they could redo it. This is perhaps the worst Staples in the city.
Do NOT return your Amazon packages at this Staples location
I returned an item on May 19 and it’s now July. I still haven’t received my refund because someone at this store failed to scan the package. That mistake cost me both the item and my money.
I called the store and they tried to blame Amazon, but Amazon confirmed the issue was on Staples’ end. The return was never scanned, so the refund couldn’t be processed. No one is taking responsibility and no one is helping.
This location is completely unreliable. If you need to return something, go to the Whole Foods across the street. They’re 100000% more reliable, I returned an item there recently and got my money back within TWO hours.
All the staff is just standing around and no one has offered to assist and they don't have have any knowledge in hospitly and the don't know how to speak with customer they speak like they are talking with someone who doesn't have any respect and don't have knowledge whatsoever they are doing
It never fails. I always find exactly what I want at Staples. There's a variety of merchandise at all levels/price points. There's something for everyone's pocketbook, lol. Totally satisfied all these decades knowing that what I want is at Staples!

The worker named denis help me to the max I was taking a passport photo and left my wallet with her help I was able to do it ty they are some good ones still in customer service
The Daytona Beach store is superb. Julie is one of the finest Staples managers I have encountered in Florida. She knows what she's doing and does her best to help. Donnell, her assistant manager, is also great. Yesterday they worked together and went out of their way to help me handle an unusual situation. Superb on all counts. The cashier was also good, a new guy and former linebacker.
That's why I stick with Staples. Commend them all for great customer service.

The staff in the print marketing department is very unhelpful and dismissive at the 125th street location. I would rather go out of my way to The Staples on 43rd & 3rd in Manhattan. That is the best one and their staff goes above and beyond all the time.
The people there are great! The only issue that I had with the store was finding some lower priced versions of what I went to the store for. I figured they must have been out of the items, but later I went to the website and found that they had them in stock. But I did not see them on the floor. Next time I will put in for a pick up in the store.
Really poor quality printing and customer service. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have my resumes printed because the quality was so bad. The first prints from Staples were off color and faded. When I asked for reprints the second set were darker but with no details ie too high contrast. The associate didn't seem to know how or care to try and adjust the prints for better quality. So I went to Fedex instead - great quality, cheaper, and awesome staff there. I guess I'll have to give up on Staples, or at least this location.
I have to give this store complete respect. I went in, this past Sunday, to purchase an item and was received quickly, courteously, and with respect. Unfortunately, the item, that I purchased, was not the right item that I needed, and had to return it back today, (Tuesday). I explained the situation to the young Lady, (Kathy), behind the counter and she quickly handled the situation, asked questions and gave me good advice as to what to try, then proceeded to give me a refund. She did so with a smile and clearly showed that she cares about the customers. It is because of her that I will be shopping at that store regularly when supplies are needed. If anyone that may need supplies, and is in the West 125th Street area, stop in and say hi to Kathy. More retail stores need employees like her. Thank you Kathy and Thank you Staples.
The cashier that attended to me (who doubled as an associate because no associate was available) was courteous, highly professional, and helpful. She assisted me to revive my Staples reward program account and helped to find the type of ink I needed for my printer. She went far beyond my expectations. Kudos to her
Imani needs to be retrained. She presents as unprofessional, disrespectful and ill equipped. She lacks product knowledge and competency. Needs to be removed from floor pending further training.
Mrs. Brenda at the Harlem Staples on 125th St is truly one of a kind. In a service landscape where genuine hospitality is often rare, her exceptional care, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail stand out.
Came in to grab some supplies and had a great visit. The store is two levels. Top level is the computer stations & printing. Downstairs are all of the office supplies. They have a huge inventory with tons of items on sale. Things are very reasonably priced. Zeena was my cashier & was extremely informative & friendly. She gave me all of the information I needed for my label maker (batteries, warranty, etc.) & helped get my rewards points on the right account.
