Amanda, and Gunner went above and beyond. Amanda is very knowledgeable, and was so helpful explaining to me how to fix some things on my vehicle for myself. Gunner was very so helpful, and considerate.
Both of them have great customer service skills. Our visit to O’Reilly’s Rouses Point was amazing.

I ordered an oil pressure relief valve for oil pan that was suppose to be in the following day from a Store transfer and three days later still no part and now they have none available. A phone call from the store when the part never arrived when expected would have helped so I could order one from a different place and save two days of down time.
They changed me $10.00 to order something that they didn't have in stock. I immediately tried to cancel the order but they wouldn't let me. So I was stuck paying for it. Then I went up the road to napa, and they had what I needed. Napa is my new go-to place.
Super helpful people inside. Helped me get the correct windshield wiper, and had me put it on before I left or paid to make sure it would work , saving me time and a trip back. Will go here for car parts from now on
Friendly enough staff that is always readily available to help locate items and such. If they do not have an item they minimize the wait time by ordering the part and usually they will have your item ready for pickup the next day. Only reason for 3 stars is I was told computer showed that they had a part in-store and available for pickup but 4/4 employees were unable to find it.
Secondly, I feel if you work in a auto parts store you should be atleast somewhat knowledgeable In auto parts, I overheard a employee asking the make of a Jetta and it through me off

The gentleman went way out of his way to make sure I had the right wiper blades and even went to replace them all on my Escape. Very good business. Highly recommend.
Service was really good, I am not sure if the gentleman that waited on me was new but he was very cautious on not getting me the incorrect item I need it. The boss I believe, was screaming to another employee about the gentleman that was helping me which he should have not done in front of public, or question his ability of being cautious.
They have great service and price for just about anything you want or need and the employee's are awesome so I go. There all the time for my auto 🚘 parts they are the best.
The prices are good, the quality is good and i have had no problem getting parts. (I drive an 06 Subaru in the have had to go to st Albans vt for common parts like brake calipers.) Since these guys opened i have had no issues getting the parts i need when i need them
