Family owned family operated since 1969. Taking all metal's with no charge on air conditioners, refrigerator, freezer ect which was nice and free dumpster usage for chazy surrounding areas really made easy to do business with bob and bob with simply notion cash for your unwanted metal...
Poor customer service if any at all! I called to inquire about a part for my truck and was called every name under the sun. Then the OWNER and HIS WIFE threatened me and told me to never call again for parts! There name is salvage so I guess I should have read the reviews first!!
They are not good people to do business with. They picked up our drivable camper 2 weeks ago and did not hear anything from them. My husband called today and was told he wasn't giving us anything for it because he had to take it apart and get rid of the wood and not much metal in it. The frame was all metal, 6 rims, the stove, fridge, cab part was all metal. He was giving at the time $110 a ton. So your not going to tell me it cost that much for the wood. Plus the fact I added extra metal on the inside. I don't know how people like this can sleep at night knowing how they screw trust worthy people over like that.
Brought in a load of aluminum today the scales were not in service so he gave me $7.50 for a huge load. Not a good place to bring metal to he won't get no more service from me or any body that ask about them.
I personally won’t do business there again. I was told all copper tubing is #2 and they clearly aren’t current on the prices. Hoping I can save a few others the disappointment. Not to mention the he lady acted like It was criminal to question not paying people fo clean or dirty copper.
