This company is absolutely amazing! As a truck driver, I got my front tires stuck in soft gravel and mud during extremely cold weather late hours Despite the difficult conditions, the owners went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. They did whatever was necessary to get the job done safely and efficiently.
I highly recommend this company! Whether the job is big or small, they have the experience and equipment to handle it. Their pricing was fair and honest I never felt taken advantage of or overcharged. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about helping their customer.

These guys went above and beyond to help us out with a late night call from Plattsburgh to Tupper Lake, incredibly nice and fast response. 100% would recommend anyone use this service if you are in need. This gentleman is also a disabled veteran, so if your in need of help please use him the help goes both ways.
Decent prices, very helpful. He was to the vehicle very quick, I paid him as he took pictures, he told me to get inside and stay warm while he loaded it. Got it dropped off with a picture and confirmation. Very professional.

Aurora was great to work with! Called last minute and they were able to come tow our truck in a timely manner. Very prompt, professional, easy to communicate with and even sent a picture of our truck with a text letting us know that he made it to the dealership. Highly recommend!

This post is a few days late but I do have to say. As I am new to the area is always a bit concerning when you break down. And need to have to dreaded tow. But Aurora towing took the call. I was greeted with a kind smile and was introduced to Brian he was fast and took great care on hooking up and cominicating with us. Most definitely affordable for we had a distance to go in our haul. I will most definitely be keeping Aurora towing in my call list. What a great company.

I called at midnight on a Sunday and Brian was there in no time at all. He towed my car for a very reasonable price and his professionalism and kindness was top notch. Service was quick, easy, and affordable. I got into a bad accident and needed someone to pick up my car from the Champlain border in short notice. Even after explaining my issue via phone he moved around his schedule to help ease my stress. Very professional, and was able to drop off my car the next day for a 6+ hr drive. Even though he was inconvenienced he still made sure all my issues were handled. Payments were easy and very reasonable compared to other companies charging ridiculously unaffordable prices. Definitely recommend !!!
I called Brian first thing in the AM to see if he could tow my sons car to the garage. He was very pleasant & professional. He did let me know a time and was def prompt & on time & to top it off .. Silly me forgot to leave the key in the car for him and he came out of his way to come get the key as I was working. He also sent me a picture when the job was done and the car was safe and where it needed to be. Very grateful and thankful I callled Aurora Towing. Highly recommended. TYSM rates were also much better than other places I have had to call in the past . Tysm
He was right on time. It didn't take long, but what took long was towing the car back to Vermont. He was nice and friendly. I would recommend them alot

I have never seen a business that gives this type of service. Brian was fantastic to deal with. I called the company and they immediately came to tow my car. Very fast. The customer service is top notch. I would recommend this company to everyone. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a tow.
