I've been trying to find a company for 2 days to tow my car to the shop. After a bunch of frustration and calling around I decided to reach out to Cassatt & Son's. They were very friendly, professional, and quick to get out. Even with an emergency call before hand they reached out and were still able to do it promptly and for a fair price! ***** 5 stars and very deserving. When it comes to pricing, professionalism, and transparency I can't think of anyone better to call.

Top to bottom the best and easiest towing experience we’ve had. Our car died on us and they responded so quickly. The folks who answered our call were kind and courteous and organized. Kyle arrived with his truck within the hour and had our car loaded up in no time. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable and we knew were in good hands. Thanks all!

If anyone is looking for a dependable, inexpensive tow service, call Casatt and Sons Towing in Sinclairville. I have known Matt since a very young age. I grew up on a farm just down the road from him in Sinclairville and have known him for many years. One Saturday night, well after 8pm, I had a emergency. Meaning I was a sitting duck on the side of route 60 in Fredonia. I called him, in which I was in a very tough spot financially at the time, but Matt sent his driver Dakota with their flatbed and hauled me home. He kindly and patiently waited for me to pay him back, which was a huge help. Aside from that, he also charged me only $100 to haul it home from Fredonia. Any other towing company would've charged me at the least $180-$200 and would've left me sitting there being I didn't have the money right away to pay them. So a great big thank you to Matt and Dakota for your help. If the scale was more than 5 stars, you'd be getting more than a 5 star rating from me.

I woke up to a dead battery this morning. I called them and they someone out to help in about two hours which was quicker than the other places I had called. The guy on site was extremely nice and tested my battery. It was completely shot and helped with replacing it. They are extremely upfront with all pricing which I found amazing. Overall great service at a great price and extremely happy with the customer service I received today. Everyone was extremely nice on the phone and in person. I would recommend to anyone as they offer battery replacements and can save you a tow to the shop.

My husband and I called for an emergency tow and they were there in minutes! Speedy and efficient service dropped off our vehicle to the garage to get fix and then brought us home. Went out of their way to get us and our vehicle home safely. Very wonderful people we recommend them 100 percent!

I really appreciate your service. All three times I've needed my battery jumped they have sent someone out quickly. The last time he was out here, the driver ran a test on the battery for me. Sadly it's bad, but he was able to let me know in my driveway. Would definitely recommend you all for timely and helpful service. My driver was really nice and professional. Very kind and incredibly helpful. I was stuck an hour from home after an accident. The driver let me know when he was leaving, when he was almost there, and when my car was dropped off, even when my phone automatically declined his call he sent a text to keep me informed. Will definitely call first if I ever need service after an accident again!

I am beyond grateful to Cassatt & Son’s for their incredible help when I slid my truck and trailer into a ditch during a snowstorm. Before calling them, I had reached out to another local towing company, and the experience was awful. They tried to take advantage of my situation by overpricing the job and adding to my stress. Thankfully, I decided to call Cassatt & Son’s instead, and it was the best decision I could have made. The weather conditions were absolutely insane—blinding snow, freezing temperatures, and icy roads—but that didn’t stop Cassatt & Son’s from stepping up. They arrived quickly with two tow trucks and three guys, fully prepared to handle the tough conditions. Recovering both my truck and trailer from the ditch was no easy task, especially in the storm, but their teamwork, expertise, and professionalism were remarkable. Despite the harsh weather, the team stayed calm, focused, and reassuring. Their kindness and understanding of my financial situation made an already stressful day much more manageable. Unlike the first company I called, Cassatt & Son’s didn’t take advantage of my predicament. Instead, they offered fair and transparent pricing and made me feel truly cared for. Kyle was extremely helpful when I needed my truck towed to the repair place. Kept me updated with time frame of arrival and when he arrived he was very friendly and willing to look at issues with truck and how we could fix it. After driving all the way to my location and possibly not even having to tow it yet Kyle was kind and very personable. I would highly recommend Kyle and Cassatt and Sons towing!!!

Krista the dispatcher was very nice. Kyle helped diagnose our dead battery and and Dakota came out to replace the battery but said we still need more done. They were all very nice and helpful and on a Sunday too! It sucks we couldn't go home as planned, but they made it not so bad.

So amazing! Friendly and fast. They dropped us off to the rental spot and then took truck and trailer to the dealership. He then took the time to wait till we were at there to ensure the truck and trailer were safe. If you’re in a bind these are the guys to call! Thanks again!

Dalton came all the way from Sinclarville, NY to Penfield, PA to tow us from our breakdown point back to Fredonia, NY/home. He was kind and answered all of our questions and concerns. He also called to check in for a time of arrival. I highly recommend Cassatt & Son Towing.

I had an excellent experience with this towing company. My 1988 Ford Bronco broke down and I was stuck on the side of a busy highway late at night. The temperature was around 25°. Cassatt & Sons was on site within 10 minutes. My son and I were in my warm house and my Bronco was in the driveway in no time. I would highly recommend this company.

A control arm unexpectedly snapped on my car while going down the road which resulted in my wheel being caved in enough where it could have caused significant damage to the vehicle. Cassatt & Sons showed up quickly to help me out. I’m so thankful they had the right tools and took their time in carefully loading my car on their flatbed to avoid doing further damage. They offered the same care in offloading the vehicle at the shop as well. Taking a few extra minutes of their time probably saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars of further damage where other companies may have not offered the same level of service. Thank you guys!

Drove all the way to Bradford pa in a winter weather & wind advisory to help me… stayed in touch the whole time that he was in route.. the tracking app updated me and allowed me to see ETA… then without care laid in the cold winter slush and hooked my truck up while I looked from a warm house… wish I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ cuz they deserve it!!!! Very helpful at figuring out how to get my Hyundai Santa Fe plug in running again! Friendly service and very personable. Arrived quicker than expected! Waited in his car until he saw that vehicle ran, stopped and started again.

What a great experience when your car breaks down. I needed to use this service twice in the last few days. Once when I was on the side of the road and then to a shop out of town the next day. Both times the drivers were professional and polite. They treated my car like it was their own. This is a top notch wrecker service that I would highly recommend.

Had a hell of a day. Git in car to head off to the Ole workplace and car wouldn't start. Caught a ride to work and left early to get car towed, using AAA membership. Kyle texted me shortly after and said he's on the way. Very polite guy, knowledgeable and got car on back of flatbed in a jiffy. Was in constant contact and he let me know when the car was dropped off at the shop. I highly recommend this company and (God forbid) if I ever have to use a towing service, it WILL BE CASSATT AND SONS. Bravo! Appreciate ya, Kyle.

So as soon as I got off the phone with AAA because my Van just stopped running, he called me. Then rushed right over to the rescue. I’m a wheelchair user and use hand controls to drive so I was stuck in a hot car that wouldn’t start. But he showed up Quick then helped me out of my vehicle. I will always use these guys for any of my towing needs, Awesome customer service, very Respectful and down to earth. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend these guys! Kyle called me back immediately after I contacted AAA. He got to me and my truck quickly and got it towed back to our shop in less than half the time AAA had quoted me. Efficient, professional and friendly! Very impressed with the level of service! After a pretty awful night, they definitely made my morning! Thank you again for all your help!
