I had a good experience. There was this worker that was helping me with everything and asking if I was okay when my product fell on me. I believe her name is Nathalia. Very nice and respect young lady. Will be going back ?
Absolutely love this store, they had exactly what I need all the horror shirts . Great customer service. They were very helpful and I was greeted from all the staff members who worked that day

I’ve always loved shopping at Spencer’s, but unfortunately I no longer feel safe visiting this specific location after a recent experience.
A couple of weeks ago, I was shopping with a friend and looking up at merchandise displayed on the wall. Because I was looking up, I didn’t notice something in front of me and almost tripped over it. I made a joke about it to my friend, and an employee became immediately upset, accusing me of kicking the item and telling me I needed to pick it up. I calmly explained that I wasn’t an employee and didn’t feel it was my responsibility to do so.
This was not my first negative interaction with this employee. There have been past instances where she has been verbally aggressive toward me. During this interaction, when I asked why she seemed to always have something negative to say to me, she responded by saying she was fine but that I was “not okay” and that something was wrong with me. At that point, my fight-or-flight response kicked in, and I started shaking, but I still tried to stand my ground and explain that I didn’t deserve to be spoken to that way.
My friend was too intimidated to step in, and I ended up leaving the store in tears. It was really upsetting because this used to be one of my favorite stores, and now I don’t feel safe going there.
Both my friend and I contacted corporate to report the incident. I was told the employee’s name may be Donna, and based on other customer reviews,
It’s very concerning to see repeated reports about the same behavior with no visible change. As a customer, it honestly makes me question whether there are internal issues or protections that allow this behavior to continue.
staff was very unwelcoming towards my friends and i, told us we couldnt go to the adult toys but we could look at lingire because we looked "underage"??? that doesnt make no sense lowk felt targeted cus 2/3 of us are poc but whatever bro ??
Came into the store to look around with a friend; we were greeted by an employee then a minute later questioned if we were supposed to be at school instead? We’re college students and had the rest of the day off. Weird question to ask a customer as soon as they walk in. Why would that be any of your business anyway? We walked out right after cause we were ticked off by the question. Who knew we needed employee approval to walk in and look around
My friend was trying to take a picture of me holding up a mug and the RUDE worker yelled at us “NO PICTURES” the literal SECOND my friend pulled her phone out meaning they were watching us the whole time. Is this how Spencer’s treats customers? Where’s a sign saying no pictures allowed? It was a mug and she didn’t need to be so rude + watching us as if we are criminals. Do better. This happened Thursday 8/7/2025 around 1pm. I work retail and not even i’m rude to customers like that. Taking my business ELSEWHERE.
Staff were super nice, kinda quiet and were always there to help. Bought a stuffed animal I didn't know was $50 bucks until they denied my refund because I paid with cash
I went in with a coworker during our break just to kill time. I decided to take a picture of a bobblehead i found cute, as a mental note to buy later in the week. I didn’t get to take the picture at first as I was rudely interrupted by a worker who was all the way on the other side of the store who just haddd to yell that we couldn’t take photos because of “store policy” I looked at her confused and said it was just a bobblehead that i wanted to buy another time and still gave me attitude saying it was against “store policy” I would’ve understood if i was taking a picture of the adult toys but a bobblehead? Be fr. Not even that but i’ve taken pictures of other items so many times before too.
And where is the policy about taking pictures in the store?? because i don’t see anything online mentioning a policy like this. Just some made up bs

Customer service here is terrible. Will never shop any Spencer’s store again due to a run around I received on a return. It’s no wonder they will be closing all their stores soon, they have no idea what being courteous to a customer entails and that’s why Amazon will always be the better choice. If you can find it on Amazon just purchase it there and don’t waste your time at these stores.
It’s been three times that i’ve visited this exact store and every time the same employee would start off with a welcome and a joke from the last time i’ve visited, but from the three times i have went, i end up leaving without buying anything because the employee who is a older women would follow me and my friends around and would block some parts of the store so we wouldn’t leave, last time i went to the store i was looking at shot glass’s and she made a joke as me and my friends laughed and continued looking and im guessing she thought we were taking long because later on she decided to block the way w a latter and herself. Later on my friend told me that she was “secretly” trying to take a picture of us, so we decided to leave after she made us feel uncomfortable.
I wouldn’t recommend going here. Horrible service, we came to do a return since we got the wrong shirt and we were served by an employee who had an attitude. If you don’t want our money then say so! Furthermore we came a day prior to do the return and they didn’t let us since we didn’t have our card physically even though we used Apple Pay. Then when using card,they told us to tap?? And got mad when I inserted . Like I’m gonna insert since you wanted to not give me my refund unless I had the card. Old lady got issues. I don’t know why she is still there. Retire already. She probably uses the toys during her break. And the cashiers are awful. So much attitude.
Horrible staff, would not recommend.
I went in for a refund expecting an easy transaction, but instead I was met with rude staff and theft. The staff had a horrible attitude when I asked for assistance. I was told I could only do an exchange despite the receipt stating I could get my money back on a gift card, but I was okay with an exchange at the time. When I had chosen a new product, the staff was not attentive. When the transaction was completed and I did not receive the difference from the exchange I asked about it, the cashier claimed there was no difference and refused to give me my money back. I have the original receipt that shows this isn't true.
Store is nice, full of all kinds of cool stuff. Nicely organized. The staff was friendly and welcoming, very helpful. The manager’s voice was kinda loud and annoying though, I could hear her berating the staff for the most silly stuff. Not very nice!
The store was clean, well stocked, and well organized. Laid out a little different than the one I'm used to. Not a store for anyone clostraphobic. But that's all Spencer's stores. Staff wasn't overly friendly.
Haven’t been here in over 15 years and it’s still my favorite store! Copped a fire Wu-Tang shirt and I didn’t felt rushed in the store while viewing the stores vast, wild-brew inventory! I’m coming back for this one particular shirt that has me swooning over it. Love this place ?
Always an eclectic mix of pop culture, adult toys and games, pride merchandise and candy. I love finding fun pieces of jewellery and silly gifts for friends here!
What can I say... the places is amazing.. the prices can be lower ... but other than that the staff was amazing an helpful... I didn't feel watched even thou eveey where I went there was a worker looking at us.. but I didn't feel no type of way cause once me an thenqorker met eyes... she smiled an I smiled back... ❤❤
The workers here are horrible. I am utterly disgusted with the looks I was given. I wish I could give this store a lower rating. The 2 ladies that work here on Monday at 5:30 p.m are horrible. One of the older ladies had said it was not allowed for people under 18 to go to a certain section which is totally understandable. But the attitude given with this statement was not needed at all. Me and my friends are 18 and after we had said that she had still not believed us and received some more looks with disgust. While me and my friends were here the whole time it was just looks with disgust, eye rolls, and more. I am just shocked with the horrible customer service received at the store by these 2 ladies working at this time.
I walked into the store with my friends and i was speaking in my regular voice, when i saw furry handcuffs and i got very excited. an employee walked up to me shortly after and told me to get out of the store for no reason, and i didn’t even get a warning. unbelievable.
Who doesn't love Spencer's? I always enjoy heading to any mall and checking to see if they have a Spencers, though they never have any of my sizes because I'm larger than what America thinks is an average woman, they're still items in the store that I like to check through. Mostly their jewelry, which is always amazing. I don't remember if they were any sales going on, but there were a lot of people in the store. I'm assuming it's just because the mall had just been reopened after covid-19. Anyway the store was very clean, the staff members were extremely nice. And all extremely attentive!
